I love The cleanliness but all the workers in there are nasty I don’t know why I feel like they look at they don’t ask if you need help how do you stay in there for a long time I like bring a lunch with me and I got really nice stuff
Was hoping for the half off deals for the last Saturday of the month but sadly I was told they stopped that so I turned around and left my cart of stuff. They doing know how to prove stuff to begin with! There was a speaker set and they had each speaker priced at $50 and $75... Thats rediculous! They need to hire people with brains and common sense.
Whenever I need a hat I always find one here i got a funny small shaped head
Good deals and friendly ppl. My mother goes here several times a week. She has great taste and finds great deals. I dont like the small parking lot though.
I really wanted a grater that was there. One of the workers didnt put a price tag on it and just put it on the shelf. That wasnt they only thing that didnt have a price tag on it. So the cashier said she couldnt sell it to me because of that. I was very dissatisfied with my experience.
This was was clean, orderly and the people were friendly. I like that books are .50 unless otherwise marked...this is the one on Joppa road. The one on York had a lot to be desired. It looked run down and stuff just thrown on shelves...it looked unkempt. I was disappointed in the one on York Rd.
Nice staff but prices were too high. There must be new managment at Goodwill Industries that imagines that customers will pay as much for thrift as for new retail. Ive always loved that Goodwill created jobs for people in need and also had bargins for people on a budget, and who appreciated thrift. We went to thrift stores growing up because thats where my mother could afford to shop (back when it was taboo to let anyone know that you got your clothes at the Goodwill). But now theyre charging $15 for every old picture frame ... and losing sight of the fact that many of their customers are also on a budget. Prices seem to have really jumped in the last 5-6 years, although the economy is tanking. I think theyre trying to market to the middle class professionals who have started making youtube videos about their thrifting experiences, and are abandoning their traditional customer base.
Not really a superstore but they have great stuff
Fast and friendly service, a nice place to find used clothing, furniture, DVDs, and household items
This spot isnt bad. Its really small so the selection of certain things is less, primarily less furniture and housewares BUT the womens clothes selection is really very good. I will visit again from time to time.
I got some great buys there!
More visits that were misses than hits
Reasonable prices

Great finds. appliances and clothing.
They have gotten really junky, prices up, no more special days or weekly sell offs
