Randy was very professional and did an excellent job. He explained the details and made sure he understood what I needed. Love the fact that he was sure to mention and inquire about vaccination status, and our comfort level with mask versus unmasked workers.

We reached out to Episode Speakers and they referred us to IMPEL Services. What an excellent buying experience. Randy was just the best! Responsive, knowledgeable, consultative, everything that you would want and expect from purchasing high end audio equipment. We worked through the purchase and the items were delivered the next day. Our installation was not local to IMPEL, but we sent Randy some photo’s during installation and he provided some excellent advice on speaker and wire location to avoid possible electrical interference. The Episode products are high quality and that aligns with a high quality representative and IMPEL tops the list.

Called impel on a Wednesday, set up an appointment to have Randy mount a 75 TV over a fireplace the following day and voila, he was on time prepared and banged it out in about an hour. He set up the new TV, cleaned up and charged us $175.00 which included a wire cover. On time, very knowledgeable, Fair price, Professional and just a good honest proprietor, I would hire him again in a minute and we already specked out another job in the future. Dont look for anyone else, this was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had with a vendor and he is just a good human being!

Randy came and installed a new TV for us today - he was wonderful! We were able to purchase the TV directly from him, and got exactly what we wanted. He was very knowledgable and gave us several options. He answered all of our questions, no matter how trivial. After installing the TV, he then connected our sound system and it works superbly! I have been using Impel services for years. Randy has wired television and home theater sound in three different houses for me. He is always honest, prompt and reliable. Impel has done a couple of TV installs for us over the years. Highly recommended. Randy is an absolute professional.Most recently they mounted a 50 TV and three free floating shelves.For an older project, He concealed some electronics on a built in shelf, pulled the wire through the wall, and it all looks beautiful. Ive put off for years connecting outside speakers to my sound system. I wanted to stream my music from SiriusXM, Pandora and other services when enjoying my deck. Bluetooth speakers just werent cutting it due to poor quality, bad connections and batteries failing during use. Randy offered a free consultation. I scheduled an appointment and he came, looked over my system and within an hour I had outdoor speakers which were switchable from my receiver and he checked out the rest of my surround sound connections.
