The Penske equipment I reserved in advance was not available at time of pick-up. The staff was able to rent me a truck on the lot but it was 5 years old, had 100,000 miles, and had writing and addresses all over the inside like it was previously some kind of delivery truck. This was not worth the higher price than competitors.
