Got the works package on my 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid. My lease is up in February 2022, so I checked in with Justin Post while my vehicle was being serviced. I ended up using my lease option to buy and was able to trade my 2019 Fusion in on a brand new 2021 Ford Escape Hybrid. New cars are not easy to come by now days, and Justin was able to find me the car that I wanted in only 2 days. Hats off to Justin and the crew at Liberty Ford.

I had a lot going against me (bad credit and not a lot to put down) the salesman I worked with, Justin Post, made sure I got into something more reliable as I have two young children. He went above and beyond to make sure he found something I liked. He worked tirelessly and through many obstacles. Everyone here is so warm, helpful and friendly. I recently bought a car there and everything was great until my old loan company took a car payment from me two weeks later. I was told I didnt cancel the automatic withdrawal... well if I did they wouldve declined the payment and hit my credit score. Why did it take so long for you guys to send the check to them. You cut the check June 23rd and didnt mail it till July 1st? Now they just received payment and it was late so Im not even getting back the full amount that was taken out of my checking account. You better believe that Im taking that check to Liberty ford and theyre giving me the difference.
I havent bought a new car in years, and Dennis helped me every step of the way. When they didnt have what I wanted, he searched until he found it and had it delivered there for me. Then he got me the best deal he could and took the time to explain everything to me and show me how everything on the car works.
Was a little nervous at first since I needed to make a 5 hour drive. Once I arrived staff was very friendly, they had a morning meeting as we arrived right when they opened. I had been speaking with Mayer Khalil about the vehicle I was purchasing. He immediately showed me the vehicle and we took it for a spin. After getting back we started the paperwork and it was super easy. Mayer made things quick and painless, he addressed all the concerns I had before I had brought them up. After we finished our paperwork he had helped some other customers while we waited for finance.Josh in financing was extremely helpful and made everything easy. They got me everything I wanted and more.Overall, great experience and I was happy driving off the lot.

By far worst customer service ever. It took them 3.5 months to fix my husbands company truck (went in for a tune-up and came out with needing a new engine?!).... cost $12,000! Then they kept switching out parts without our prior consent, wanting to tack on to the bill and charged us for the rental truck even though THEY were the ones who held our vehicle in the shop for over 3 months. Ridiculous. Beware!!
Awesome experience! This is my first new vehicle purchase so didn’t know what to expect - especially during COVID. I went to a different Ford dealership first and was very disappointed - there were no vehicles I could even look at or drive. Nothing but an empty lot. I was told it’d be 2-3 months before I could be in a vehicle. Then when I went to Liberty Ford Southwest a few days later, it was a completely different experience. I was greeted right away (Mikal was the best!), got to look at a model and test drive. During our test drive the agent was able to gather info about what I liked/disliked and what exactly I was looking for. About 90 seconds after returning he looked in the system and told me exactly what I wanted would be available in the following week and we proceeded that night with the deposit. I got my new car 5 days later, rather than the 3 months I was quoted at a different dealership. It was a very fast and seamless experience - no one was pushy at all. I asked tons of questions and had all of them answered. I was so pleased with this experience, I will definitely be returning to this Liberty Ford Southwest Dealership for any future vehicles. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service I received. The sales rep gave me misinformation that led me to contact the general manager. But neither the GM or the sales rep returned my calls. I found another dealership to go through, but I wasted time time and energy on trying to purchase a vehicle there.
Purchased vehicle. I put down a deposit. I had to wait a day and half to pick up. Was told the car would be filled up, detailed and the Jack would be put away.When I picked car up she said it could only be a quarter of a tank of gas. Which it was where I left it after I test drove. The car was just vacuumed not detailed. And the Jack was not put away cuz it was broke.The sales person called me to see how I was loving my car. I let her know she said let me talk to the manager and I will see if You could bring in for detail. 24 hours later no call.I purchased my first car from them many moons again and my dad was a repeat liberty customer. In my opinion they reniged multiple times.

Got the mustang key fob wet. I took it apart at home. Had trouble getting it back together. Took it into the service desk and they had me fixed with a have a nice day in no time at all!!!!
Was told I had to wait for a new transmission control module. Almost 3 weeks. They did not even offer me a loaner car or a rental. Called the service manager twice and he never called me back. Ill never buy a Ford or go to this dealership again.

5/14/21 UPDATE -- NO ONE from Liberty ever contacted me regarding my poor review listed below.PURCHASE OF A NEW 2020 FORD ESCAPE-Texted photo of a vehicle on Libertys online sales page to online sales woman, with price listed. I stated this is what we are looking for. Completed online credit app. Recieved text from online sales woman that I was approved for same vehicle in same colors as in photo I sent. I was provided a quoted monthly payment amount. Scheduled appointment. At appointment I was greeted by a young man who advised online sales girl not in office but assured us he had all our info. He pulled car up for us to test drive. First thing I noticed interior NOT the same color I wanted. After test drive I questioned this. I asked if vehicle AWD/4WD? Salesman said it was FWD. I told him I texted what vehicle I liked. He proceeded to tell me it was at another location. He offered to lower price a bit on test driven vehicle if we bought it today. I said I wanted AWD/4WD. He proceeded to tell me that I had just said the one test driven is nice. I was told monthly payment would be an additional $20 a month because payment quoted in text was for a FWD. He bantered back and forth with me and me telling him repeatedly how I have text messages of photo of car I wanted!!! The salesman kept putting blame on ME...he actually pulled up notes in computer to show me I did not say I wanted AWD/4WD. He then said he had a 4WD rental he could sell us, but it would not be ready till Monday evening. He tried to butter me up and say we could have the vehicle we test drove as a loaner for the weekend until 4WD model ready on Monday. By this time I was ready to walk out. I said I came here today to purchase and drive home a brand new vehicle that I was approved for. Why would I drive a loaner for 2 days and have to come back to dealership to actually get new car 2 days later. Put my foot down and said you mean to tell me with all the cars on this lot that there is not one I can buy today and drive home today?? I was then shown a couple and I picked one and bought it. Upset because I was approved and scheduled appointment and the car I wanted was at another location??? That car should have been ready and waiting for me to test drive as Liberty said in text. Instead Liberty tried to go behind my back and sell me a FWD rental!! Then tried to make me wait 2 days?? And the topper is the salesman kept implementing it was my fault!! Then 2 days after I had vehicle the salesman kept hounding me for 4 references and I told him I would text them.. First thing next day (8:30 AM) I texted references to him. Again he called that afternoon asking for references. Told him they were texted. How sad. I had Zplan and thought would be treated a bit better. I wont purchase from Liberty Ford again.
