This is a big store that is a combination drug store and grocery store. They have fresh produce and a very nice deli with a wide selection of cold salads, sandwich meat, cheeses and bread. They also have several aisles of food. They have an aisle of pet care products and several aisles of health care related products. They have cosmetics, greeting cards and almost everything you will need. We shop at Drug Mart regularly.

My father in law had just passed and I was trying to print photos for his memorial service. I was struggling and I don’t know the name of the blonde haired employee that helped me but I was so very thankful for her help. The customer service and caring that employee gave me will stay with me forever. The store I visited was on York Rd in Parma Hts.

I enjoy shopping and browsing through DDM. Im always amazed at the items they carry. They have just about everything. Today I was very impressed by the associate that was in the aisle talking on the phone with someone needing advice about medical supplies and she was very pleasant and even told them where they would find what they were looking for when they came in. The only complaint was the attitude of the cashier in lane 1(customer service line). She was visibly irritated and not at all friendly to me or the customer in front of me.

Ok the pharmacist, was rude said the product was row 2, theres wasnt row 2, its starts st 1 skips over to 3, Then I went second time to ask pharmacist weres row 2, she said its at the end, of whatThen she responds in saying ask somebody at registers theyll maybe help you, Pharmacist, normally come out and help you, this one didnt, watch out for her, she tall withGlasses, she will not help you and she is rudeAnd all for septic pen, for cuts, Dont go the this pharmacistBad news

Their pharmacy is the best around, in my opinion!

Went to parma heights for a curbside pick up and called as specified on the sign and was put on hold first time was 10 minutes and then was disconnected the second time was 12 minutes I got tired of waiting and decided to go in and pick up my stuff myself I will go to Independence a little farther away but worth the trip.

Slightly disappointed with the information listed on this site.It stated the Pharmacy open at 8am. What it needs to clarify is Discount Drug Mart store itself opens at 8am however the Pharmacy does not open until 9am.When asking one of the associates at the front of the store what time the Pharmacy closes she explained it opens at 9am and when I asked again if the Pharmacy closes at the same time as the store she assured me the Pharmacy closes at 10pm.Working in the medical field with wonky hours people should be able to rely on hours listed by stores.Hopefully this will be updated in the future.

I live in Parma heights and always come to this drug mart. I’ve known the one cashier (just from shopping there for years) and she’s so cute and sweet. She always asks how my child is doing. I like drug mart because they have everything you need still but in a smaller setting and I can get in and out 🙃Amanda

I just moved to Parma Hts. from Westlake where I always shopped at your Detroit Road and Dover Center store. I was glad to see a Drug Mart on York Road not to far from my home. I was impressed with the fact you carry a deli and other items that the Westlake store didn’t have. I love Drug Mart always have, I’m getting to know where things are in your store. Aisles are a little crowded, but you have a great selection of just about everything. Employees were polite and helpful.Keep up the good work.....😁

I come to drug mart average once A-day sometimes more I have yet in the last month to see anyone explain the red line and proper aisle to stand in to pay your bills at the courtesy desk no one says a word as they all lineup in different areas of the Room down the halls sideways and no 1 says a word they all cut in front of you and just assumed that they were there 1st I am so sick and tired of the communication errors that I may just start going to another town to a different drug mart if thats what it takes because apparently I have complained before and nothing ever happens

I was going to this pharmacy for years because they used to be right across the street from where I lived. But I realize now that they hold grudges against doctors they dont like. They just calledduring evening hours telling me they couldnt fill a prescription because they couldnt read the doctors name. Can anyone read any friggin doctors. and this is a doctor that has been filling prescriptions there forever. and they have made it more than clear they dont like this doctor in the past. This is the reason why small pharmacies are going out of business. And they will be next. They are running out of older population. I will never step foot back in this pharmacy ever again in life. They also fill prescriptions and if you dont pick them up they still Bill your insurance company anyway and you lose your refill. and this prescription Im talking about is an antibiotic. Not a narcotic. I think its time they get investigated.

I go there for the metro health clinic so far the two times were good liked the nurse and she took care of me. I made another appointment for tommorow. My insurance wont cover emergency visits for flu symptoms and colds glad that they have a walk in clinic to be seen it has been easy to get seen and make an appointment online.

Rude people except for the nurse practitioner. There is no one to open the restroom. Employee was bothered by me asking for a key. Pharmacy employees super rude. My first time here and will never return to this clinic. The nurse practitioner was the only saving grace! Super apologetic for everything. Just miserable people

3 weeks ago I was diagnosed with the flu and given Tamiflu. Funny thing is they didnt do a test, and they also said I might have cancer (False by the way). 3 days ago I went somewhere else for a second opinion and they tested me for the flu virus which came back positive. I cant get Tamiflu now because my insurance wont cover it. I also had complications which lead me to the ER.In short, they dont know what they are doing and are racking up one fine lawsuit for MetroHealth. I will NEVER go here or to any other MetroHealth facility ever again.

I walked in went up to the counter where an employee was at the register. I asked for a pack of cigarettes and she told go to the one of the lines to cause shes closed. so I went. not even 3 minutes later another man comes in and asked for a pack of cigarettes and she told him she was closed but she likes him so shes gonna help him. So what did I do that was wrong. I wasnt rude when she told me she was closed I said ok and went to the line. Was it cause I was younger? Was it the color of my skin? I really hope thats not the case. Or did you find that gentleman attractive? Should I try to seduce the employee in order to purchase something? If someone could please answer this question I would greatly appreciate it. I am sure other customers might want to know as well so they will be able to purchase their items.

Usually great service & you can find everything you need. But today there were long lines, and after waiting 10 min in one, it closed & the lady said to go to another register. Then she just stood there for another 10 min.

Went to the farmacy window and asked for Dibucaine Ointment 1% and was told we needed prescription. Amazon didnt ask for prescription so another win for Amazon.

I was disappointed in the value of the rock salt being offered. Drug Mart is shopped by a lot of elderly people, think, fixed budget, for an aprx. 1 gallon container, they wanted $11.99. SMH

Just reading the reviews...I see responses from headquarters on good comments only. I saw only one response on a bad review. That tells me alot about drug marts lack of desire to increase customer satisfaction and make an attempt to get to the bottom of the complaints. I know some complaints are baseless but they should be addressed

What a great place for just about anything you need! Cashiers are always friendly and the manager Ed is always helping customers, he even helps take groceries to cars and returns your carts for you!

Guys, I went to your store on Pearl Rd in Parma Heights this morning and had the worst experience ever. There were 10 people in line, 1 register open with what looked like a trainee with another employee. Your manager Elliot was occupied organizing the gum display at the end of the registers! Finally, he notices the line after I give him a dirty look and he asks the lady at the film counter to call for help. No help. Elliott gets on the speaker and calls for Karen and then asks if I needed something. I said you should have called for help 10 minutes ago to which he replies Have a Nice Day and then continues with the snarky replies to me in front of your employees and customers! Then, after 2 attempts to get help, Elliot himself jumps on register 2. (Why wasnt that the fisrt response option? Surely money in the register is more important than the gu8m lining up, right?) Surely you can hire better than Elliott? I used to like DDM but after today, I hope the next time I visit that location (probably never) I hope Elliot is gone! I feel sorry for the employees at that location that have to work for that jerk. Not a good look for DDM today - at least 10 customers and 3 other employees that will be spreading this story. I will also be posting this to Google Reviews and Yelp and everywhere else I can. Not sure what job Elliot is qualified for ar DDM, surely not Manager, maybe he really is best at straightening the gum and you could put him in charge of that for the sake of the other employees? Fire that bum today.

Usually when new stores in the area open, you get shills writing bad reviews for established and reputable places. One of the few stores left I would consider a neighborhood treasure. And friendly people, I would be proud to have as neighbors.

I think that as long as a store is open the pharmacy should be open too...especially a DRUG store!If a store is open 24 hours the pharmacy should be open until 10 or 11.Drug Mart pharmacy closes at 6 on the weekend...I am changing my prescriptions to CVS on Monday morning!

Theyre not as cheap as they used to be, so I dont go as often as I used to. Pharmacy closes at 6 on Sundays, and they dont carry 24 hour Sudafed. Staff is very courteous and helpful. I sometimes find items i didnt expect to find.

Great place with friendly people. Michael there is no need to update hrs. They are correct. You just need to wake up before noon.

All cashiers know my Husband and I there LOL .... but they and are always fun and efficient as possible. Manager excellent and takes care of any problems quickly and nicely. Pharmacy always helpful and quick as well as personable and knowledgable.

Horrible customer service! Worst Drugmart Ive ever been to. Ive never seen so many rude workers in my life. If youre anywhere close to another Drugmart or another store in that matter I would consider going there instead. If i could give a zero rating I would. Very disappointing.

I went to cash a check from the United States treasury (ssi check) the woman said 1 of the top 5 dumbest things I heard in the year 2018- the issuer of the check didnt have enough $ in the account to cover a $600 check. THE UNITED STATES TREASURY DEPARTMENT didnt have enough money in their account to cover the check???!!!!!

Does not really take walk-ins even though they say they accept walk-ins.

Completely annoyed I got my balloons filled here in April, now I come to get more balloons filled and I was told that they dont do that and that they have never done that which is obviously bull because I have had them done here before and I still have my receipt.
