Been buying appliances from this company since 2011. Great people and all the appliances we bought are still running through the years. I recommend them.
Had best experience bought it delivered within minutes of purchase. Nice guys to work with! Home depot was very disappointed experience 2 times. Thank you very much making it so easy!
The repairman showed up late outside of our repair time window and did not apologize. The repairman who came had his mask hanging off his face. He did not repair our washer when he came out. Said he would come back and then stopped returning our calls. Ended up having to repair the washer ourselves after learning about reading the error codes on the machine - something the repairman never bothered to do.
Went here for a new washing machine. These guys are great! This is my second time buying a used appliance from them. I found what I was looking for. That same day they delivered the new one, installed it and hauled away the old one. Excellent service! Very satisfied customer.
Got a nice dryer for a good price. Dude stayed open while I went to get my truck to load it up. Made sure I had the right cord. Definitely recommended
Great people! I bought a used washer and dryer set. Both work like new! I recommend this place if looking for used appliances, there stock was all in really nice condition.
× called them they said you would call me last Thursday he never called me as he said he would never showed up
Quick reliable service...same day delivery a day before Thanksgiving!
I wish that i could give them more than five stars! The customer service was amazing, very friendly. The delivery was under 24 hours. They hooked the stuff up and made sure it worked properly before leaving. Very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you.
I was looking for a washer and dryer set, but they only had the dryer. This place didnt have much to choose from.
This was the first time I called All Appliance for service. My washer was not working. I tried calling Sears to schedule an appointment for repair and the first available appointment was 7 days out.I couldnt wait 7 days for it to be fixed, so I called All Appliance. The woman answering the phone was very nice and told me that someone would be to my home between 12:00-2:00 today. She gave me the name of my service tech and he arrived to my home on time and my washer is now up and running. I will DEFINITELY use them again. Very reasonable fees and excellent service.
I’m not good at doing things on the Internet...but I found ...Anytime Appliance.. & called them talked to Tom & he came over within a couple hrs, told me what to do, helped sooo much...he truly was an answer to prayer...I will definitely keep his number. & recommend him ! Thank you so much!
Great prices and great service
Horrible service. First, I was quoted a $45 service call fee. Once the technician gets to my house he tells me its a minimum $65. Then he does absolutely nothing to remedy my broken dishwasher except for elevating the drain hose and says It should work fine. Well, it doesnt work fine. In fact it doesnt clean anything. Additionally, my dishwasher was leaking, so we set up an appointment to replace a gasket which costs $150! The technician said he would be back the following Tuesday to replace the gasket. Tuesday comes and goes, no call, no show. I had to turn down work so I could be home for the appointment. Finally he calls back and says he will be here today (Thursday) between 4 and 6pm. At 6:30 he shows up and I tell him to leave. Theres no way Id recommend this business to anyone.
I reported this company to the BBB I bought a dryer in 2/8/20 it broke 3 times on the 4th time I called and they told me to call back in another week. Really what kind of a business are you running I asked for my money back they didn’t answer me I had to call another company to come out and fix it it cost me $150.00 shame on you people I went on my seven Hills app and told people never never call you ever
Great deal for me. had my exact part, a relay for my Kenmore Freezer side by side compressor. $10 WOW, and showed me a few other appliances that were very reasonable
Great service from when i went to the store to purchase a washer and dryer very friendly. Delivery was quick the next day.
Highly recommend
I was having a problem with water spraying out of the back of the connection where my ice-maker water intake was. I am not an appliance repairman, so I called AA&R.A young gentleman showed up pulled a few things apart, described to me why it probably was a faulty ice-maker. Assuming he was the expert I followed his recommendation & paid the $280 for the service call, part cost, and labor cost.He leaves, low and behold, water still sprays out. He returns, I say I feel like I just spent $280 on an unneeded new ice-maker. Again, I show him exactly where the water sprays from, describe what it does etc. He rattles off a few reasons why he replaced it, and then says it could be an internal water valve, which is also listed as a possible fix on my receipt. We decide to have a plumber take care of a separate water issue not having to do with the fridge, and then try to re-diagnose the problem when the fridge is getting proper water flow from the water line inside the utility room.In the meantime, I decide to google my model # and look at parts for the ice-maker. The EXACT SPOT I SHOWED HIM WHERE WATER IS LEAKING/SRAYING FROM IS A RUBBER PART COMPLETELY SEPARATE FROM THE ICE-MAKER AND IS A $15 DETACHABLE PART that consists of a rubber elbow and a hose that has nothing to do with the mechanics of the ice-maker.I ordered it, installed it in less then five minutes and the fridge has run a few cycles of ice with no leaks or sprays... Just goes to show you to investigate minor appliance things on your own, and only call a RELIABLE HONEST place to repair your appliances when something major happens. So unless the young repairman was completely unqualified or incompetent, then he knowingly was fixing a costlier repair for no reason other then profit.I am not a repairman, and after a little bit of investigation of the mechanics of how the water and ice system goes together even I could deduce the most COMMON SENSE LOGICAL FIX for the problem would be the $15 rubber elbow hose, and that would be the starting point and first fix before replacing the ice-machine.ALSO, on a side note, the going rate for a new ice-maker online is roughly $120, and the repair man was supposed to call me 3 days ago to set up a new appointment to look into the water valve (which is in no way shape or form part of or even near the leak) THANKFULLY HE NEVER CALLED!
I totally recommend this company, I needed my refrigerator repaired, they came out & fixed it asap. They were prompt, professional, & affordable. Call them for any appliance repair.
I purchased a refrigerator, stove, and dryer from them.We never agreed on a time of delivery just a date. They called me the morning they of delivery telling me they were on their way to my house. I informed them I wasnt there. Long story short they left my appliances on my front step. Horrible service and the owner was rude. I paid them up front and they didnt hook up my appliances. I had to find someone to get them into my house and hook them up. I still have to call a professional to hook up the gas stove because I want to be sure it is up to code.
Should have read the reviews before we called because I now realize that my issue was the exaxt same as a poster here from FOUR years ago! We called and whoever answered our call told us the fee was $45. If we order parts the fee would be waived. Fine. Someone comes to our house, didnt have the part we need and wouldnt for days, so we said we would fix it ourselves. They were here literally five minutes. Suddenly the $45 fee was $65. When I called later on to speak to someone about it, i was assured it was a simple error on the technicians part and I would be issued a refund. That was two weeks ago and still nothing.. Im not mad about the money, just mad I was lied to and that obviously this deceitful behavior is something other people on this review board have noted as well... so I am writing this which I dont like to do. Hate to post anything bad about a local small business online but Im 100% not ok with getting scammed either. I like giving my business to family companies, but not this one. Hopefully they dont continue doing this. Either be upfront from the beginning (is the fee $45 or $65?) or make it right when youre called out on the discrepancy.
Nice dolls on appliances. Very polite people.
Great customer service Reasonable prices on appliances would recommend to anyone ! Great expierience !
Rip-off - I called explaining that I have a commercial refrigerator (Traulsen) with likely failing compressors. I asked if they could repair if that was the case and they said yes, but first it would be a $65 dollar service fee to figure out what was wrong. I said OK. They came out and hooked up what I believe was their Freon canister and apparently tried to charge both the refrigerator and the freezer, indicating that it does look like the freezer compressor was failing but the refrigerator side seems OK...should start seeing my refrigerator temperature come down after adding the Freon. They charged me $40 for the Freon in addition to the $65 service charge and told me to call them later to let him know that the refrigerator was cooling. In the mean time he would put a price together for replacing the freezer compressor. When I called later to speak with them and let them know the fridge was not cooling he tells me that parts arent available and he doesnt have whatever tool(s) to even work on replacing the compressors if he could get the parts...basically they do not want to work on it was my impression. He wanted his $105 for coming out and recharging a system that did not need recharged, which I paid. In the mean time I was looking for an appliance repair person to fix my fridge. What a joke he and his son are...call them if you need your system recharged but if you really want your system repaired you might think twice before calling these hacks...And now to follow-up, I just had another repair man look at it and he tells me my compressors seem fine...it is just that the lines were not bled before the lines were re-charged. Fridge and freezer seem to be working fine now...so apparently these guys at All Appliance dont even know how to properly do the one thing they did when they came out and did...Rip-off!!!
Horrible. Never showed up for the repair and charged me the full repair price. A complete fraud! I am pursuing a legal action. BEWARE!!!!!!
Great service
