Our salesman, Kelly H, was phenomenal, offering excellent and thorough follow through and and a very satisfying buying experience. The entire process with Axelrod from my online inquiry, to text communication and on to my in-person test drive and the video call with my husband in which Kelly joined in, answering all questions and pointing out features, was top notch. The finance process with Jaimie was almost enjoyable. She was a pro and made the process go quickly while addressing any questions that we had along the way.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Brett Leek and Brandon Leek. They were truly great. They explained every detail as we went along. The line of communication was open and I was kept advised of what was happening. They had to find the car I wanted and they did. I personally had never purchased a car before. I took my 2021 GMC Acadia in for routine service. They performed the service in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. While I was there I asked about a parking brake issue and they were able to handle the problem through an existing service bulletin. So overall, I was very satisfied with my visit and would recommend Axelrod Buick GMC to my family and friends.

I recently purchase a 2021 Acadia. My sells man Tom Reppucci aka Squid was very pleasant and patient with me and my family. He was very upfront and did not hide anything or over promised. He was honest and took the time to offer many options. I was not pressure to buy at the moment of visit. I did not have an appointment for service I had a nail in my tire and drove to the dealership they told me they were very busy but would look at the vehicle in a few minutes. I went into the waiting room a few minutes later was told I needed a new tire I approved the cost and within a half hour or so was back on the road also with my car washed. I cannot say enough about this dealership never have I experienced such A1 service anywhere else. Loved my experience with Axelrod

Had a tire blow out, needed immediate replacement since supposed to leave town on a tri the next day. Called dealer service, told nothing available for 3 weeks. Then called parts to determine they had the tires in stock, they transfered me to the service manager who worked me in the next day and everything was taken care of. Thats the kind of service you expect from the dealer who sold you the car and values you as a customer. Thanks for your support!

We drove over an hour to shop for a specific vehicle. Unfortunately this vehicle had been loaned out. However, we were greeted by a very personable sales person, Kelly, who listened to what we were looking for. He sat down with us to get information and search for a similar vehicle. Together with Kelly and Mitchell (the store operator, I believe), we test drove a similar vehicle, then managed to find another that matched closer our wants and needs. Ultimately, they didnt stop their efforts until this vehicle was brought to the lot for us to drive home. We have bought many vehicles throughout the years. This was the first time we didnt feel uncomfortable or pressured. They were actually listening to us. The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. It was more like talking with friends than dealing with strangers or sales people.

No issue with the dealership however this is the second oil change I had done. Just an oil change and the first time took an hour and this time took over an hour. I think the wait is ridiculous. Especially for just an oil change. That would be the only reason I wouldnt be going back. Customers dont have that kind of time for something that shouldnt take that long in the first place.

Its a car dealer, what can you say ?In my experience, despite a $32K pre-approval USPS letter from Capital One Online Auto Financing, they refused to reveal down-payment, or interest rates/terms via e-mail, text, or telephone, even after I spent hours researching a pair of available vehicles from their miniscule inventory, and arranging insurance coverage quotes, all online.Sorry, but with COVID-Delta running rampant, the last place I want to spend a couple of hours is your office/showroom !

The whole experience was great. Our sales consultant, McKoy Kendrick, was amazing. We found a scratch, but expected that since it was a used vehicle, and he took it upon himself to get it buffed out before we picked up the car without us even asking to fix it. His goal was to make sure I was happy. He went above and beyond to take care of things. The credit manager, Susie Axelrod Woodward was very knowledgeable about extended warranty packages and wasnt pushy at all. The entire staff we dealt with was friendly and professional and I would 100% recommend them to any of my friends and family looking for a new or used car. Thank you for a great buying experience.

I started off in a position that every time I went to another place to buy a vehicle it was sold before I got there. This was not the case with Axelrod. When I said i was coming the vehicle was clean and ready for a test drive. Sales and Managers took their time to explain everything to me and help me thru the process. I had a unique one that required certain approvals for discount and plans of action were made to help the process and let me drive home in my brand new truck. I’m just not happy. I’m already upset that I had a safety issue with a brand new vehicle. But when I pick up my truck there was grease spot on the entrance, floor mat has a grease footprint. The assist handle has grease spots as well as the steering wheel !!! What happened to putting paper floor mats down. Overall I’m not happy the my truck or the dealer.

I was not satisfied with GM or the dealership. GM did not back their product. Axelrod took too long to long to get me my car back. The overall process was frustrating, slow, and try to place the blame on me. GM has a poor quality engine is the issue and they did not adequately acknowledge their responsibility. BTW - my other GM vehicle with less than 30,000 miles also has an engine issue. GM has an engine quality issue. I was a life long customer of GM. I will not buy another GM in my lifetime based on this experience. I can live with the quality issue - I cant accept the fact they did not own up to the issue and fix it. I will not support an organization that does not stand up to their challenges.

Great Service, but your website needs some work . I have used it many times to schedule service but after many trys I could not schedule my service. I had to call and talk to a service agent and the day and time I wanted was not available. I told her the internet shows it was available but apparently its not correct. I also asked about other times but none were available even though your website showed they were.

I bought my vehicle here and also have them install new running boards on my 2015 GMC Acadia as seen in the pictures. Totally professionals at their job and very affordable too. Took my Encore GX in for its first oil change & tire rotation. The wait wasnt too bad, but someone in the service department got oil/grease on my floormat. They took it to detail to be cleaned (looks like they tried to brush it out) but it is still stained. I have never been to a dealership that didnt put down paper to protect the floormats when servicing the vehicle.

As luck would have it, my appointment was on one of those days when, if something could go wrong...it went wrong!! The day began at 8:30am. There for a tire replacement. 15 minutes in, and the machine needed to put the tire on the rim broke! Repair tech was unable to get there for a few hours, but I was able to get a ride home. Later that day, the same machine broke again!! Finally, by about 4:30, I got a call from Tim that my car was ready. They were clearly frazzled by the events of the day, but were still pleasant and apologetic for the delay. Best of all, I was in and out pretty quickly and made it to my dinner reservation at 5:00 with 2 minutes to spare!!

Was there about a week ago for a recall. Dropped car off 1st thing in the morning and got a call in the afternoon saying the car wouldnt be done. They did give me a rental saying that it would be ready the following day. Called the next day towards end of workday to be told they took my car somewhere else and wouldnt be able to get it back because they had no one to get it. Never was given notice or update during the entire process nor did I give permission to take my car anywhere other than dealership. On the 3rd day I called just to be transferred a few times to have no one pick up or give me answers. I left message for service manager to call me back (its been over a week no call). Called back again demanded not to be transferred and wanted to know where my car is. It was ready but no one decided to call me to come get my car. 3 days I sat without my car seats to for my kids that was left in my car so I couldnt go anywhere. Finally got up to dealership to get my car back and of course service already went home. Spoke to a separate manager who said would follow-up and get me some answers since Im still not sure what caused my car to be transferred somewhere else to be repaired. But you would think that was enough to deal with! When I went into my car sitting in my console was a half drunken water bottle! Wont wash a car because you wont to keep us safe by having the least amount of people and hands on our cars but someone driving my car with their refreshment that they leave behind is better! I have lost respect and trust for this service department. Cant wait till after the holidays so I can look into trading my car back to Chevrolet brand where service department never gave me this hassle.

Contacted Brandon who was quick to give me app form to fill out. I filled it out and sent it and let them know. Also sent images of my trade in via text message to Brandon. Never got a response. Told them I wished to do this ASAP the next day (Friday) so I could go up Saturday and buy.Never heard from them again. Sent multiple messages via text and email and never heard anything. Credit is outstanding and would have been no issue getting the vehicle from them had they just did even the bare minimum of there job.Guess I should have seen it coming when he didn’t even say goodbye over the phone 1st time we talked, just said okay and hung up on me. Definitely super disappointed in the customer service I get when I have issues with my vehicle that I purchased for Axelrod . Also more disappointed in the service department for never being honest and never fixing the issues I’ve have with the Certified truck that I purchased. .Of course when my warranty is lifted and I have the same issues . Axelrod wants to do the job correctly now and quote me almost $1,000 to fix it. When this should’ve been handle correctly the first time.I would like management to reach out to me ASAP reguarding my issues with my truck since day 1 I purchased it . Thank you

Weve been looking for a GMC Sierra for a couple months. We have been to so many dealerships, some with terrible customer service and some with average. As soon as we stepped out of our vehicle we were greeted, not in an overbearing way and kindly asked if we needed help. We did. We knew exactly what we were looking for and the amount we wanted to spend. Every detail was explained to us down to the last penny. They are in search of the color we like and expect to have it within a week. I honestly must say this is by far the best experience weve had in all myyears of buying cars. I have no idea how this place has such high reviews. I’m sure they are all paid for or maybe they delete the negative reviews. If you want to get lied to and strung around, then little steve the snakey salesperson is who you need to see!! He’ll tell you one number and say it’s final, then when you’re about to sign they will add additional fees. Additional fees are fine, but don’t tell customers a number is final until the number is final. I questioned their numbers and little steve immediately got furious and cursed me out. That’s never happened to me before! Little baby steve must have a really hard life and I feel pretty sorry for him. These people are not classy or professional at all, and I’m pretty sure they’re having financial trouble. I wouldn’t be surprised if this location goes out of business in the next 12-18 months.
