I walked in for half a boneless ham. They had just sold the last one, but the employees offered to glaze one another one for me while I waited. Im very pleased with my experience and the customer service!

No posted order pickup option so the assumption is that you wait in the line to park then the line to get in, I called and asked and woman brought my order out to the line to park. Realized I was missing an item and had to park and go in anyway. Then it took a really long time for a manager to come over because none of the employees wanted to tell me they were out of the item that I paid for 2 weeks ago. 2 stars because the manager did their best to make it right for me. The company needs a curbside option for busy holidays. I was also not the only one having an issue with an order they placed in advance.

HoneyBaked Parma ALWAYS comes through for us. I called in a last minute order this morning (at 10::40am), the worker said it wouldnt be here until after noon due to the late notice, but they had it here BEFORE noon!!! It was delicious as always too!!! THANK YOU!!!

Good except I called ahead to tell them no tomatoes on my sandwiches....they still put tomatoes on them

Pre purchase for the fastest service. I was in and out in two minutes, but those who waited in line were probably there for 15-20 minutes. This is when everything was relatively slow.

Went there for the first time yesterday 11/20. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The turkey samples had me hooked. I will definitely be back to use my coupon for a free sandwich. You must sign up for the emails and I will also be back for Christmas.

The tavern club on the lunch menu is absolutely to DIE for--healthy, delicious and definitely more than enough to put me to sleep at work......very satisfying and filling......the broccoli bacon salad and the ham salads are amazing and one day Im going to buy one of their ham bones to make my own split pea soup

There ham is obviously delicious but there customer service sucks. I went to pick up my ham and I had asked for a 10 lb ham and they gave me a 7 lb ham, I asked for a bigger ham and the girl would not give it to me.. She just said this is what she had and that she wouldnt give me another ham. I wouldnt have taken it if the family didnt love their ham so much. I will be looking for somewhere else that has good hams in the future.

I have to say the staff and manager at this location are the best when it comes to customer satisfaction. Had a little issue with my ham so i contacted them the same day and not only did they apologize for my inconvenience they are sending me a gift certificate as well. Customer for life😊
