When it comes to using rewards or doing a return expect a hard time. This is a franchise owned GNC so coupons, using your rewards to get money off product they won’t do because it comes out of their pockets. If you have a lot of rewards points go somewhere else. If you need to do a return they won’t do it so go somewhere else.

I like GNC for certain products very specific. I did enjoy the $40 Pro membership getting a ProBox a few times a year was kind of nice. I must say though that some of the items are much overpriced then what you will find online. But hey GNC is the go-to place when you need it!

I usually like this GNC. But I called ahead to make sure they had a product I wanted they guaranteed me they did saying we have it we actually just got a big shipment of it in. I got there and they had not actually checked and were sold out. They tried to sell me a few similar products. I declined and left with nothing. Very disappointing

The other day I went to the GNC at southland plaza around 6:00 pm. The stores posted hours were until 8. The lights were off and the doors were locked. This isnt the first time I have gone there and they have been closed during hours. At that point I swore off GNC and said im just going to order online like everyone else does. However I was completely out of protein and needed some bow rather than in a couple of days. So I go to the GNC and Parmatown already irratated by GNC as a whole to grab some protein for the last time. The gentlemen that was in there today must have sensed my irritation because he was extremely helpful. He offered great advise and helped me switch to a better protein powder to do what I want. He earned me back as a customer and I appreciate his efforts today. I will be returning to GNC for my supplement needs. Just STAY AWAY FROM SOUTHLAND GNC!

Don’t shop at this GNC store. They can refuse to return things and they do not have to follow the GNC. All the general manager cares It’s a sales which only read about $100 today so business is in good. Stick with a GNC that will return things and treat you like a customer.I work in Parma but live in Northfield, The convenience of going to the GNC Parma is very convenient but I will backtrack to Macedonia if I have to for a good customer service. I spent almost $250 a month at GNC

Worst GNC experience ever, went to the store to return something I bought before, brand new not even opened, and got rejected. I then went to another GNC store and they took it back with no questions asked. I’m calling their corporate office.
