I highly appreciate the care that I receive from Hearing Health USA with Dr. Carolyn Ryder and her staff. The hearing aid recommendation she made has worked out exceptionally well over this past year and a half and been very effective as well as convenient to use. Dr Ryder regularly checks my devices and ensures they are functioning properly. I enjoy her relaxed manner and attention to my specific needs. In short, I am very pleased with my experience at Hearing Health USA and highly recommend their services.

Awesome women who know their trade. So nice, easy to get an appointment, no rush to sell you something you dont need. Dr told me I am on the borderline of needing hearing aids. She said I could get them or wait a year. I told her Id wait. No charge! Available to pick up ear buds too!

This truly was a wonderful experience for my husband who got his hearing aids, but also for me his wife. Dr. Karilyn Ryder was the most informed, caring Doctor. She made both of us feel very comfortable from the very start. Also, the receptionist showed that she really was there to make us welcome. They are a wonderful team and we will be telling all our friends about them. This was so refreshing in this time of Covid.

Great experience, they have great customer service, we were greeted when we arrived, they got us in right away. Dr. Ryder explained how everything was going to be done and explained the test results in a way that we could understand. And explained what I was to do in the future and how to handle conversations better for understanding.

Joann, the office assistant is cheerful and I amGalways greeted with a friendly word. My experience with Dr. Karilyn Ryder is outstanding! She is extremely knowledgeable warm and professional. Any issues that I have had with my new hearing aids have been quickly resolved and she always puts me at ease. I absolutely love my new Starkey hearing aids with the advanced technology being able to connect to my I phone.
