Buying the mattress and box spring was easy. Peter was pressure-free, helpful, and friendly. 5 stars for Peter GETTING the mattress and box spring is another matter. One star Two day policy for delivery assumes you are by your phone when they call. I was working and had my daughter waiting all day. They make you confirm by phone the night before. They will not knock on your door. Probably because they arent at your house when they call. I didnt see the messages until 4:00. I called and asked, why didnt they just knock on the door? We had confirmed by text already. They dont want to disturb anybody.. Well its disturbing to make someone wait all day only to find we have to wait another two days now to get delivery. I would cancel the whole thing if it wasnt for their 10% restocking fee. Well played there Mattress Firm. Clever. Wont be back.

This has been one of the very best shopping experiences I’ve had. I went to Mattress Firm in Alhambra, CA and was helped by Leslie and Ray. I purchased a base and mattress. In less than 24 hours the items were delivered and set up. My old stuff hauled away. They were very precise in their time window so it wasn’t inconvenient the way delivery windows usually are. I would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone in terms of products and services. Great job!BTW I also needed brackets the next day to attach headboard and purchased these at Pasadena Mattress Firm. This store has the best customer service. The husband and I are relocating for NY to LA and as luck should have it our movers misplaced our belongings. Zach the manager was a life saver he sold us a bed in the box at a great price so we could have a comfortable nights sleep for the next week. Ive waited a long time to post this. Thinking this bed had to get better. It did not. 2 years ago i was convinced to go with a bed that i knew was too firm for us. There was a mattress i wanted next door that was a dream but The sales guy kept saying trust me it will soften up. My partner ended up sleeping in a separate room and still does... 2 years later and 2 mattress toppers later I still hate this bed. Still rock hard. We now have saved enough for another mattress. This one must go. I wont be pressured again. My bad but they should be less pushy.

The manager, Zech, was very good at explaining everything the store had to offer. He also was willing to work with me to find the best arrangement for the mattress I chose: a Sealy Posturepedic. With the deal that any mattress over $1000 comes with a free adjustable frame, I ended up going with a hybrid model at $1099 that came with the free adjustable frame (worth $300). I was thrilled with this arrangement, and will certainly recommend the store and their services going forward.

Ana was wonderful! I told her my budget and she found me exactly what I needed. She didn’t try to convince me to spend more than I wanted which most mattress stores attempt to do. The place was like your typical mattress store. The employees were super nice and were with you every step of the way. I visited the Mattress Firm in Pasadena and Jennie was an awesome sales person and provided excellent customer service! She explained the differences between the types of mattresses and helped me select the best one for my needs. The mattress I purchased was more than what I expected to pay but Jennie told me that if I saw it go on sale, she could give me the difference back. A month after my purchase she did just that! The delivery went smoothly as well and I received my mattress the next day. Another great surprise is that I got an email in the mail for $100 credit to use on their website which I used to purchase a down comforter for my new mattress, I only paid $13. Really amazing service! Needed some purple sheets for my purple mattress and was thrilled that purple had started working with local stores. Called to see if they had them in stock (they did not but they ordered them for me). They made it really quick and easy and it was all in all a great experience. I would not expect the commission to be high on sheets vs a mattress but they handled me smoothly and quickly and treated me like I was important. They really cater to the needs of customers and have extended knowledge on what type of beds are best suited for the way you sleep and your back. I am sure I got the best deal possible and their financing options are great for those who cannot buy in one lump sum. They have a variety of options and brands to choose from which offer different packages.

Everyone I talked to was very helpful. I was looking for adjustable bed with message at a price I could afford. Yecenia and Andy from the Glendora store went above and beyond the call of duty to get me the perfect one. I have been a Mattress Firm customer for many years and this is why. I myself have purchased two bed set and also one set for my daughter in Utah.

The sales representative was extremely helpful. He quickly located the specific mattress that I asked for and came close to matching the sales price I found at another store. The dealmaker was that Mattress Firm actually had it in stock and could deliver in 2 days. The other store could deliver the same item in 3 weeks at the earliest, and that time frame was not a guarantee. I got lucky!

I’m writing this review as Deb Burkart under my husband’s account — and wanted to thank Yecenia Wigington and Jennie Price for providing excellent service during difficult days of Covid and production interruptions. The mattress I selected over a month ago for delivery in December was no longer available. Fortunately, Jennie researched and found a better substitute for the same price. Good news- a king mattress will be delivered on the date I originally selected later this week and stress quickly relieved by these excellent sales associates. Appreciated their flexibility and finding me a better option. Highly recommend the team!

Moving at the end of the month and was in need of a new bed set. With everything being shut down, I wasnt sure that that was going to be possible. While searching I realized though, that the mattress firm in Pasadena was the only one showing as open, so I decided to give them a call to verify. They indeed were. The sales floor isnt open for viewing at the moment but there are still people there willing to help you find the right fit for you. Shout out to Dean for working with me to find the right fit with the right deal attached to it for me. Im not going to get to try the mattress before I get it, which usually is risky, but for about 4 months I get to try it out and if I dont like it theyll work with me to find one that does. Theyll take back the mattress at no extra cost to me. I dont doubt that the one he helped me pick out will be a problem though. Thanks again and Im definitely going to be a repeat customer.

I was alittle confused because there are so many options online. I came to the conclusion that I had to actually go to the store and feel what was right for me. Ryan at the Pasadena location helped to educate me on spring vs foam vs hybrid mattresses and helped me to figure out my preference and my back support needs. I was scared I was going to be pressured by a mattress salesman, but that didn’t happen at all. I left the store to think about what I had learned and what I wanted. And ended up coming back to take the plunge a lot sooner than I planned because once I did some more research online after being educated in real life, there really wasn’t any better deals out there with the same amount of convenience. We went into the store knowing which mattress we wanted to try. Alyssa immediately showed it to us, including comfortable pillows to use while we tried the mattress. She didn’t try to sell us on something else but actually was kind enough to offer to show us a slightly less expensive version of the mattress (we went for the premium version we had in mind but clearly the sale, to her, was about satisfying us, not making another buck. We didn’t need the pillows included in the sale special (pillows,sheet & mattress protector) so she gave us a nice discount on just the sheet and protector. The paperwork went quickly, she confirmed all details, and we left completely satisfied.

They were able to find the merchandise and reassure me I would be receiving my purchase. Thank goodness for them. During this current covid 19 virus I could not speak to anyone. So awful.
