We purchased our boat from Tom and Lisa at AMPM from over 1000 miles away. We never physically saw the boat or sea trialed her. Tom and Lisa are what you would call good people whose word actually means something. The day the boat went onto the transporter (it was wrapped and protected brilliantly) Tom let me know there was a small issue with the bimini but he had a new one arranged to be delivered to us. They did exactly what they said they would do and we could not be happier with our new to us boat. Oh and they have a great relationship with a local bank that we ended up going with even after rate shopping etc.

We just took delivery of our new Regal LS6 and could not be happier! Tom and Lisa are top notch to deal with. Tom delivered our boat and trailer to us in Ocean City MD and that is a 2 1/2 hour drive from dealership. He spent the whole day training us on every inch of the boat inside and out. He took us out and made sure we knew how to operate the boat. He put it on the lift went over maintenance and service and cleaning and flushing. He then took us out again and showed our son how to operate and dock the boat. Folks he was there from 10am to 4:30pm and he literally took us to college on this boat. We highly recommend AM/PM for all your Regal needs. You can buy a boat anywhere but trust me you cannot find customer satisfaction oriented people like this anywhere else and that goes far past the purchase. This is my third new boat but first Regal and I never had such a professional and extensive delivery before. I will buy all my boats in the future from Tom and Lisa at AM/PM and recommend you do too!

My wife and I are not inclined to do reviews in particular to leave negative reviews however the deplorable retreatment we received at this dealership deserves less than one star.Late on a Friday afternoon we contacted one of the owners, Lisa, at this dealership to set up an appointment for the next day, Saturday. We drove 200 miles round-trip from Delaware to see the boat we had discussed with Lisa. She had given us a brief description of the boat and answered all the questions that we had asked her Friday evening. We set the appointment for the next day and all systems were go.When we arrived Lisa told us that another party had expressed interest in the boat, we could look at it but clearly made it clear to us that it would not be available for us to purchase. Since she had made no mention of this the night before, Friday night, and since we had driven 100 miles to get to the dealership, we drilled down on this and asked her specifically if the other party had left a deposit,.... the answer was no, we asked if the other party had a sales contract,... the answer was no, we asked if the other party had purchased the boat,... the answer was no.So simply because someone had expressed an interest in the boat between late Friday evening and noon on Saturday, our efforts, time, gas, traffic and 200 mile trip meant nothing to this Lisa or this dealership. Because someone else had simply expressed an interest in the boat,... not a firm deal by any stretch of the imagination,... we got thrown under the bus.I have never seen such discriminatory behavior on the part of a business in my life. Someone should tell these people the basic principle of business,... if people have a good experience they tell one or two people, if they have a horrible experience they tell seven or eight!!

It was obvious to me the goal of the entire team at AM PM Marine is not to just to sell boats but to ensure you as a customer gets the best boat for your needs and you are completely satisfied and they will compromise in way just to get a sale.I am a customer and fan for life

I bought my first boat two years ago from Lisa and Tom. Tom spent at least half a day teaching me how to trailer, launch, and recover the boat off the trailer. AM PM has done all the service as well. Both my spring and winter maintenance. The sales, support, and service are exceptional and that is only part of the reason I gave them 5 stars. The other is it is a family business and everyone of his family has always treated me like a fried. They are simply a class act.

Tom & Lisa were a huge help in the purchase of our new 2015 Regal 2100 bowrider. The process was comfortable and easy. Over the past two years they have provided fantastic service on the boat.
