Worst dealership ever. I purchased a 2017 Jeep renegade from them on September 9th 2021. While signing my paperwork I was told by the finance manager that I wouldn’t be able to get my copy of any of my paper work until my loan company called me and verified everything and finalized my deal. But they took my 4000 down payment. Of the 9 days I had the car I only got to drive it two days. Four of the 9 days it was at Jeep and Volkswagen and the other 3 sitting on the street because I couldn’t drive it because it was a safety hazard. Two days after the purchase I started having issues with the car. I told my sales person about them a took the car to the service center. All the sensors in the car kept going off the air bag sensor, power steering sensor, blind spot sensor. The car wouldn’t unlock or start sometimes the sunroof wouldn’t close. Or open. The door started locking and unlocking whole the car was driving. But the main issue was the car locking up and not moving while in traffic. They thought it was the battery. Had the car for a whole day. 30 mins after leaving the car was still doing the same thing. I was told to take it to Jeep. Jeep called and told them it was a communication error going on with the car and it would cost 600 to figure out exactly what was wrong. The service department said they wouldn’t pay for it because the car had passed state inspection a month prior. I never finalized my information with the loan company because I was unhappy with the car and I was told they couldn’t cut them a check until I was. Antwerpen lied to my loan company on 9/17/2021 and stated nothing was wrong with the car after I called and told both parties I would be returning the vehicle. They kept telling me I couldn’t return the car. That I was stuck with it and they weren’t going to do anything to help. The loan company cut them a check at 5pm that day. I still have never received any of my paper work after calling multiple times to get it. I returned the car on 9/18/ 2021 they stated I wouldn’t be able to get my money back but I’m taking legal action.

Purchased a vehicle from this place and they deducted $3,500 off my trade then I seen Jack commercials that guaranteed at least 100% for your trade. Really?? Then my hard tags came in and they had them for almost a week and did not call me. Last but most important my jeep was supposed to be in MY name as we were trading MY vehicle The loan was in mine and my husbands name, but when we got the tags and the title both are in his name only. Double checked paperwork and there it was, the finance guy put the application for title in my husbands name only. We told them several times that this was going to be my vehicle and I must be on the vehicle when we were speaking of finance options and the trade in. What a screw up. Very unsatisfied with this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from Jack over 25 years ago and had a great experience but I must tell everyone to Go somewhere else.

They are not honest / straightforward people. They bait you in with one price and then when you decide to buy the vehicle they bump it up considerably. In our case they added $2000 vehicle reconditioning fee and $1000 outside financing fee. We were paying cash. When I asked why they were charging outside financing fee while we were paying cash they say because we were not using their financing. They penalize you for using your own money. These fees are not disclosed anywhere on website either. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time here. Stay away.

Found a Volkswagen we have been looking for online at Antwerpen. Upon arrival the salesman was courteous and showed us the 2 vehicles we were interested in. After picking one we liked we went in and sat down to talk. After the salesman could not find the vehicle on the dealers website ( we found it on cars.com). He talked to his manager who informed him it was the parts managers daily driver( dealer demo) and had racked up and additional 3,500+ miles than listed. Then he informed us that the limiting price of $15,000 was NOT the vehicles actual price. Instead the vehicle was going to be $17,500. And that before any taxes, registration etc.. What reputable dealer lists a vehicle on a website for a price. And when you come in automatically bumps it up $2,500? This dealership is a scam. They bait you in with one price and then when you select a vehicle bump it up considerably. Not to mention the listed price was already over market value. We wasted over an hour and a half with these con artists. Antwerpen is by far the worst dealership we have dealt with over the last 2 wks. And we have spoken with well over a dozen in 2 states. I wouldn’t go back to this dealership for anything!! Stay away and save yourself the hassle.

Shouldnt lie to the customer and say just an oil change is going to take 90 mins then have me waiting 2 hrs I didnt want my car washed just the oil change and to not be sitting here two hrs . Tell your customers Accurate times and stop lying to them shouldnt have to wait 2 hours after being told its only gonna take an hour and a 1/2, and dont do extra things that people dont ask for or want

Purchased a used car that had issues approximately 24 hours later. The General Manager (Yancey) implied that it was our fault and when asked how can we fix the issue, he offered no assistance and seemed to be extremely defensive. I understand that used cars can have issues but their lack of professionalism, customer service and common courtesy is what makes the entire thing worse. Not to mention they charge MORE if you have your own financing.I can’t speak on new cars but would strongly suggest looking elsewhere for a used car purchase.*update if you look on their FB page, the General Manager Yancey Cobb has a history of providing poor customer service. He actually told a customer to “kill herself” screenshots are on the page. Please do yourself a favor and purchase your vehicle someplace else.

My experience with the folks at the Antwerpen Volkswagen has been very nice. We recently bought a Volkswagen Atlas from them.This is not a review of the car. So far we have had no issues with the car and it rides like a dream. I am sure you will get hundreds of more detailed and more useful reviews of the vehicle itself in YouTube. So theres that.What I would like to point out is the professionalism and warmth with which the folks at Antwerpen Volkswagen treated me and my family, which included a very hungry and sleepy one year old. Sam Siero, was our sales agent at the dealership who took time in showing us the different models that we might have be interested in, worked with us patiently to get the financing set up in a manner that we were comfortable with, gave us exactly what we asked for our old car and in addition made sure that our seven year old does not get bored.If you are looking for a new Volkswagen I recommend that you visit Antwerpen Volkswagen. Even if you do not buy a car from them, you will return with a pleasant experience.

Called about a car that they had that had the price marked out and said call for price. I called they said the sticker price was what it is and that it. Then the sales person hung up on me. Called back the GM Armando Graham answered and he was better but said they wouldnt take anything off the price even that Sheehy VW had the same car and had $2900 off the sticker plus gave an extra $1000 off plus $500 for military, which Antwerp says they give military, but they didn’t want to even give that. I was actually going to check what they would give for my trade and I did what Armando said with the app and never heard anything, so that’s why I went to Sheehy. $4+k was worth a 1hr drive plus no response from them. Plus I got 7 years of unlimited oil changes and tire rotation and some other things for $995, which an oil change is $135. They had no problem calling me 2 times a day to try and get my business. I don’t even know if I would trust them to do my warrantee work. I would BEWARE they are definitely not there to help you and make a mutual deal that works for both, just to make money for themselves. I asked their GM that Jack says yes, and that’s a lie.

I went to Volkswagen earlier this week to look at their SUV selection, particularly the Tiguan. Erick was who I had the pleasure of working with that day. He was beyond helpful with all of my questions and so personable. While I didn’t end up purchasing a Volkswagen that day it was in no way because of him or my experience with the dealership. I just found a vehicle closer to my style. Highly recommend anyone looking to buy a new Volkswagen goes to Antwerpen in Pasadena and asks for Erick. You will not be disappointed.

I went to visit Antwerpen Pasadena in search of a new car, I was quite pleased with the value of my trade considering I was trading a Chevy and was offered much less at a certified Chevy dealership as the process went on I decided on the new vehicle I wanted. I was very pleased with my salesman(Saurabh) after a couple of small negotiations with ( Armando) our deal was finalized and I walked out with a new Volkswagen gli Autobahn.

Went in for warranty work, got my car back with damage to the steering wheel. I contact them about it. They claim that because I dont have supportive evidence they wont fix it. In other words, if you plan to take your car to this shop, make sure you take pictures of the outside and inside, because if they do damage it, they wont help you. Also note, dont bother calling corporate. The corporate office told me they dont get involved with dealership damage and told me to deal with the dealership directly. WOW. Great customer service VW!

I was speaking with one of the gentlemen at the front counter & one of the gentlemen who was sitting down butted into our conversation being extremely rude, attitude and everything. He should be fired. They literally tell you to go home instead because they will not talk about the price. Dont waste your time.

Although I decided to purchase elsewhere for my used vehicle due to limited selections I personally wasn’t too interested in after all; the salesman S.P at this facility and his co-partner shakeria I believe was his name, where GREAT informative’s on the options they had available, their options on the vehicles I was once interested in from a personal stand point and business, and lastly but not least there presumptuous spirit of comfort to not pressure persuade you to comply with their offers.One vehicle that really stood out to me that I’ve been aware of but was clueless on reliability specifics was the Voltz Tiguan that S.P eye opened to me.So if your looking to purchase ANY vehicle new/used check out this dealer ESPECIALLY FOR YOUR JETTAS, TIGUANS, ATLAS!

I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I was buying my daughters first ever car and would expect that the experience would be somewhat positive and memorable for her. But on the contrary - it was hers and mine worst experience to date. The sales person - Nick Barnes, lied to us repeatedly. He showed us a used car that we liked based on the details he gave us about the car. We must have asked him no less that 5-6 times for the Carfax report. He repeatedly told us that he was looking at it on his screen and the car was never in an accident and had no issues with it other than some minor scratches from gently hitting a parking lot pole while reversing. He never showed us the Carfax report and just kept reassuring us that we did not need to pull it up on our phone since he had it open on his screen. Our mistake was to trust him. When we finally made the payment and finished all the paperwork, and it was time to leave, he gave us the two keys but one had a dead battery. When we asked him to replace it he said it was our problem to handle. That was such a minor issue that I did not argue it. The next morning, when my daughter got into the car to drive it and show all her friends, to her utter dismay when she opened the car - it was all wet and moist. It had been raining through the night and even though the car windows were fully closed there was moisture and condensation in the car. I took the car to the nearby dealership and they told me, upon examination, that the car had been in an accident previously and had significant damage, and the repair work that had been done was of very poor quality. One of the major issues was that the front and back windshields needed to be completely replaced to keep the moisture out. Furthermore the keys did not open or close the driver side door. And the side door lock actuator needed to be replaced. I called the Antwerpen dealership and spoke to the General manager Armando Graham. A ruder person I have yet to meet. He basically conveyed that it was our problem and maybe we misheard or misunderstood all that we were told by the salesperson, Nick. His attitude was that now the car was sold and that was it. We could come back and he could look at it but there were no guarantees that the issues that were there, less than 12 hours of the sale, would be resolved by the dealership. I have decided not to go back since Antwerpen is one hour from my house and given their nonchalant and couldnt give a damn attitude, it’s not worth the drive back and forth for me. My advice to all readers is find another dealership to buy your car from - this dealership certainly highlights why the stigma associated with used car salesman is so true!!

I would not recommend buying a car from them. I haven’t had my car for a year and the battery went up. I brought a 2019 Volkswagen Jetta just last year November. The point of buying a new car is a not to have problems. They don’t tell you after 36000 miles you need a new battery.

I absolutely LOVE my VW Atlas. Best SUV Ive bought. It is spacious and has a smooth ride. It has all the bells and whistles I wanted but without the huge pricetag. I am not too tech-savvy so my salesperson Sam Serio helped me set everything up and explained everything to me. Save yourself the time and trouble. The sales guy I dealt with was ok but definitely not going to give or get your the best deal. Told him not to waste my time and sat there for an hour with a number that wasn’t even worth anyone’s time. Gave the guy a number, said that’s not ideal, took it to the manager and he literally just said no and let us walk. Didn’t even want to talk about the price. Old dude was full of it because I had OTR numbers from other dealers prior to my visit at this location with far better numbers and was a lot more inviting and polite. Sales guy was meh and the manager was enough for me to NEVER go back to this dealer. On top of all the bad reviews for the service team.

Cheated us. Agreed to give us 21000 total but once we signed the contract we saw that the down payment of 3000 isn’t included in that 21000. We would have gone with another dealership otherwise. Disappointing, to put it mildly. I was very excited to find the VW I wanted at this dealer. After looking at the vehicle online for a few weeks, I finally made an appointment to come in and test drive it. Test drive went great. The salesperson asked me to yell I love it! when I walked in afterwards... cheesy, but ok. We go to his cubicle to look at numbers and he tells me that the price listed online is NOT the price of the vehicle. The online price includes possible discounts (veteran/recent grad/etc). Though the wording online CLEARLY states that you may be eligible for MORE discounts (veterans/recent grad/etc.). When I pointed out that wording on the website (we were looking right at the dealers page with my vehicle) he said, Yeah, a lot of people complain about that wording and it does seem unclear. So I had to begin negotiations $2000 higher than the listed price.Of course, if you want financing the price is cheaper. And if you have a trade-in, which I did (thankfully Id been to Carmax to get an appraisal for my trade in, which helped tremendously) that is also another piece of the puzzle.Add to this a very, very long wait.... hours and hours spent waiting for the paper work to get done and signed. And then when Im signing all of it, the finance manager says that my salesperson gave me the wrong kind of deal. If I wanted to pay it off sooner he shouldve set me up with a different financing. Very frustrating experience. I do not recommend.

Worst car buying/dealer experience Ive ever had. Beware!Found this place online while car shopping for my family. Found an SUV that seemed to fit what we were looking for. Worked with Armando ( whom we later found out was the GM) This place was 2 hours away, but we were serious buyers, so we agreed that if we loved the car we would make the deal that day for only $500 below their asking price. After checking out the car we noticed some rust in the interior of the vehicle which was unexpected. We made Armando aware and he didnt have an answer for it. We went down the street to another dealership per Armandos suggestion to see if this was a common issue,  we saw some rust spots in other vehicles but not to the extent to what was on the vehicle in question.After some thought we returned within the hour to make the purchase and this guy was rude and had a very bad attitude. Given the need and our distance away,  we made the deal but asked if they could do the paperwork at their existing exterior desk due to COVID-19 (which was said to them prior to arriving). 45 minutes into our drive home the vehicle started to show issue not apparent during the test drive. Lurching and fluttering at certain speeds. It was after hours, so we contacted Armando early the next day and informed him of the issues. We agreed to make another 4 hour ride back( 2 hours to and from) to Antwerpen Volkswagen after hours for them to check it out. Dropped it off and made the trip back home. They determined its an known issue with this vehicle that required repairs. This wasnt disclosed when we made the purchase the day prior....if so, we definitely wouldve went with another option altogether. It was suggested by Armando over the phone that an exchange for another vehicle was an option.Made another trip back, at this point we didnt want an continued issue with a newly purchased vehicle and requested an exchange. That was NOW denied by Armando. As he stated I should have never told you that was as option He stated that because it was something that could be fixed, an exchange wasnt an option and the only way I could get another vehicle was to do it as a trade in....what!! Not only that,  but they would accept it as a trade in, but valued their (newly purchased) vehicle at $1,500 less than what I purchased it for the day before! Wow, I was appalled. Indeed felt RIPPED OFF!!by Antwerpen Volkswagen. This was insane. To do this to my family and I for a vehicle that had issues 45 minutes after receiving it! Was not the customer service experience my family and I expected from Antwerpen Volkswagen. Did not want to be ripped off, but also didnt want a defective vehicle. After another 2 hour trip to AntwerpenVolkswagen... We arrived back to reluctantly make a trade for another vehicle only to find that the vehicle was now unavailable. I was upset Indeed and decided to go to a partner dealership that had a vehicle we were interested in purchasing as an alternative. I asked if Armando could at least call over and let them know of the situation so they could take care to resolve the issue, as weve been through a lot already.Armando called the dealer in my presence and told them that I beat him up and I was on the way. Really? I beat you up for purchasing a vehicle $500 below the asking price? And asking for safety due to COVID-19?If anyone was beat up it was my family and I. Multiple trips back and forth, new vehicle with issues 45 minutes into the drive home, loss of my $1000 down payment, him trying to drastically devalue the vehicle,  the list goes on and on. I called him out on giving a BAD WORD to the next dealership as to negatively influence them so they would hammer me on pricing.... wow, horrible, horrible, horrible! Poor business practices adding insult to injury...ln the end I had to trade in the vehicle at another dealership and take a MAJOR financial hit!! Costing me thousands!!! Expected better from the Antwerpen team. Worst car buying experience Ive ever had, and will pay for this for years to come.

I would say AVOID this dealership if you are looking into purchasing a Pre-Owned car. They broke the cardinal rule in car sales, don’t bait and switch. Which is exactly what they did and I even work in the same industry! They showed one price online, I talked to them that day and the GSM and a sales person said yes, that’s the price and it’s available. They explained why it wasn’t certified and that it would have priced the car out of the market, I was fine with that since it has plenty of warranty still anyway. I asked to see the out the door price with all taxes and fees and they said they would only give me that if I submitted a credit app on their website. So I did, the next morning I hear from a different sales guy, Sam. He sent me some additional pictures, since I’m buying from out of state, the pictures showed some damage that wasn’t able to be seen from the pictures online. Still, I was willing to go forward with it, it’s mid afternoon and I still haven’t received any pricing information and they’ve had my credit app since the previous evening. I get a call from Sam and he says he’s going to just “rip the bandaid off” that it wouldn’t be right to tell me this after I’ve flown in to drive the 12 + hours home...after listing all the fees and taxes he slips in that there’s an additional $1700 in reconditioning costs I have to pay for. So the online price didn’t reflect that, even after confirming over the phone the night before with the GSM what the price was. I’ve been in the car business for 10 years. I have never seen that or done that to a customer. The reconditioning costs are built into the cost of the car and that’s what advertised. His excuse is “that’s what everyone does in Maryland, and they are just following the rest.” After discussing my confusion of the price that I was quoted the night prior and what’s advertised online with no disclaimer, he said they would not adjust the price even $1, or give any concession for the recently revealed damage...that apparently wasn’t fixed in the $1700 in reconditioning. That is why people dislike car dealerships. PRIME EXAMPLE.

I had a very negative experience here. I was interested in a new car, so I did my due diligence calling around to a few dealerships. When I spoke with the sales rep at Antwerpen, I was detailed and complete in explaining to him the lease I was currently in and what I wanted to do. He told me that there was a program to help people get out of their leases and into a new car that would work for me. Upon this communication I drove to the dealership and explained further the specifics of my current lease. He continued to assure me that he could put me in a new car at my price point. I would later find that this was an extremely misleading representation. Relying upon his statement I authorized a credit check as a last step to finalize our deal. I have good credit, but after the credit check was completed their tune changed. He proposed me paying the price of my current and a new lease for just one car. Obviously, this isnt what I was here for and I ended up leaving for lack of a better offer. A day or two later I saw that the credit check was reported to the bureaus, resulting in a 12 point ding to my score. I never would have let them check my credit if they were honest about the terms that they could offer.The only reason Im giving two stars is because I had the pleasure of communicating with the wonderful receptionists in the service department after I left sales.

DO NOT BUY HERE!!!!! If I could give no stars I would.They first off gave me the run around and I was there on 3 different days because my credit isnt so good. I wanted a cheaper used car but they said they could only get me a new car because of the offers and incentives to give me discounts and the bank would only do that because I had no money down.The salesman was new and didnt know anything, the sales manager or who ever she was is the one who did the deal mostly.I dont make good money so I said I cant afford much. I said what is my monthly payment to sales then with the finance guy, they $272. They were closing so I seen my papers after I got in the car and they didnt give me my payment information with the due date or the gap insurance paper, they said there was no more papers but I know because Ive been through the process.I seen on my contract service contract $3,300 and I didnt buy extra contracts except for gap insurance and its no where near that much.I got my bill for $543 a month, I cant afford. They told me the car was less than what it was so I called the finance company and they lied about my income, they doubled it. They are guilty of fraud.

I always have excellent service here. Ive purchased 3 cars from this dealer and have always been out in under 2 hours. Never had an easier time buying a car. Their service center runs very well and typically I am informed daily of the status of my repairs. I have only had warranty covered service at this location. I paid for an oil change once, but there was no difference in how the experience went. You pull in and drop your car off, they do a quick gathering of information and on you way you go. It seems to always be the same 3 folk behind the counter(Jackie, Lisa and Mike). I think its Mike. There is also a mechanic named Matt. Having the same 3 folks there keeps the confusion down. If you call, they know who you are and which vehicle was yours without having to run around and find whoever performed the work. The communication among employees seems to be very good.And unless its something serious, by the time I walk down the street, have breakfast at Bob Evans and walk back, my vehicle has always been ready.

I will never do business with this dealership again. From the beginning everything was either wrong or false information. This has been a horrible experience and the only remotely positive thing I can say is that we got a decent price on our vehicle.The night my husband and I purchased the vehicle (2/14), we asked more than once to make sure that both names would be on the title and any documents related to the car. We were told that everything was good and that we would both be on the title. The title arrived to our home this Thursday (3/12) and only my husbands name is on it.We live over an hour away from the dealership and asked about getting the tags mailed to us to avoid making a 3 hour round trip just to pick up the tags; we were told that they dont normally do that, but would make an exception for us due to the distance. I have also called on another day (3/2) and confirmed that when the tags came in they would be mailed, I was told they would take care of it for us. We received a letter today (3/14) stating that the tags are available for pick up, when I called to arrange to have them mailed I was told that they will not do that because they cannot take responsibility for that. I was also told that they had never said they would mail us the tags.The car we purchased was advertised as brand new, 0 miles. When we arrived to purchase, we were informed that it had been their loaner vehicle and actually had 5013 miles on it, this should have been my first sign to just turn around and not do business with this place. It was still considered new because we are the first owners.The night we bought the car (2/14), there were some difficulties getting our contract to print correctly (not the guys fault, technical difficulties happen) and we were told they would get in touch with us and send someone to my work on Monday (2/17) with the correct contract for us to sign. By 2pm on Monday we still had not heard from anyone about the contract. It took 3 calls and an email to our salesperson to get a response that someone would be to my work by 6:30pm. The amount of effort it took for me to track them down to sign a contract for a $30k vehicle was ridiculous.

Dont even bother. Was emailing with Dina about a car that I was interested in and she told me they werent interested in making a deal with me because I wasnt financing through them. I told her Id be paying in full upfront and she said that my sale didnt have enough incentive to make it worth their effort. Not sure how almost $30,000 cash in their hand isnt enough to make them want to even give me an offer on their car but oh well. Took my business to Fitzgerald in Annapolis where I purchased my 2019 Tiguan and was treated with respect as a valued customer.

If you ever consider buying or servicing your car there...RUN!!!! Horrendously unprofessional General Manager with attitude problems, and no customer service skills. Just about as useless is their Service Manager!!!They returned our VW with lots of cosmetic damage after being there for close to 3 months. Service was completed at lower standard than if we had taken it to a back alley body shop. When attempted to get the issues addressed all we got was the GM’s “too busy to be bothered” attitude as his minion was sent to announce he doesn’t have time to talk to a customer with an issue.There are plenty of better dealerships to go spend your money especially in the current economic state of the automotive industry!

Absolutely the worst place to buy a vehicle! I brought a Volkswagen Passat in Aug 2019 and the customer service was great coming in. I specifically told the salesman I didn’t need to be financed through their dealership because I had already been financed with my bank and had the check in hand. They ran my credit without my approval and continued to run my credit over a month later after buying the vehicle. Also, the dealership forgot to give me ALL paperwork inquiring the vehicle. The managers over the phone has horrible customer service as well. Never buying a vehicle from them again.

We saw a used car listed on their site for $11,000. We called ahead to get pre approved for a loan and to get all of the details ironed out before we went to see the car. We wanted to do all of this before we went because we live 2 and a half hours away from the dealership. We got approved for a loan and they confirmed the car was $11,000 so we made an appointment to come see it. Let me start off by saying that they had two of the same model car, same color and everything and both for $11,000. One was 1 year newer with less miles but was in an accident and repaired. We wanted the one that was not in an accident. When we got there, they had the car out and ready for us to see and drive. While driving it, we noticed that it had lower miles than advertised and different features than the one we scheduled to see. We then discovered that it was the newer one that was in an accident and they tried to get us with the classic bait and switch. They claimed it was an honest mistake and brought us the real car that we wanted and it was horribly dirty and smelled awful like cigarettes and the center console was full of sand and leaves, plus the hubcaps were so scraped up, it looked like someone took sandpaper to them. Looked like the car had been sitting outside with the doors open all summer and they didnt even attempt to clean it. After driving it, we decided to talk deals, I thought because it was so damaged, we could get a price lower than the advertised $11,000. We went inside to talk deals as the salesman slid us a receipt for all of the repairs they did to the vehicle from the time they bought it, until the time they decided to sell it. When they showed us this receipt, I knew they were going to use it as a bargaining chip to explain why they could not sell the car for any less than advertised. While looking at the receipt, we noticed that it was, once again, for the car that was in an accident. They claimed it was a mistake again and went and got us the receipt for the car we were actually trying to buy. The receipt they showed us was for $1,800 in repairs recently done to the vehicle, new tires, windshield, sensor...etc. We then told them we wanted them to take another $500 of the price of the vehicle because it was so damaged, and like expected, they said they cannot lower the price because of the money they put into the car. The car was only worth $10,000-$12,000 on Kelly blue book in PERFECT CONDITION which this car was far from and their advertised price falls right in the middle of what the car would be worth in perfect condition. Heres the kicker, they wanted us to pay the $1,800 that they put into the car. For those of you keeping track, the cars actual price is $12,800 now, which is more than what it is even worth in perfect condition. They also tag on a $500 dealership fee. So the out the door price of this vehicle was $13,300. MSRP was $14,XXX LOL. We were really angry after driving 2.5 hours and we just got up and left without saying a word to the salesman. After leaving, we tried to call to the general manager to complain and try to resolve the situation and he was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He told us I was going to come talk to you guys but you got up and left so fast so we asked what kind of deal he wanted to offer us and he said, nothing, you already left, Im not giving you anything, so why are you even calling me. He was talking to me like I did something wrong and everything was my fault. Then the salesman who was helping us called us and said, I saw that you called my manager, is there anything I can do to help you?. I said, yeah, I want the car for $11,000 like you told me on the phone for the past couple days and like its advertised and he said, your offered price is too far away from what we need for the car, Im sorry but I dont think we can make a deal LOL how are we too far off from a deal if Im offering to pay what the site/you are were saying the price was?

Best car experience I’ve ever had. Took days to talk my mom into going to a reputable dealer for her WELL needed new car. After talking with Erick he was able to give us all the information we needed and my mom couldn’t be happier. We went to look at a Jeep and left with a 2020 Jetta. My mom was smiling ear to ear (behind a mask Ofcourse). Erick was so genuine and kind, fast and efficient. There was some down time but he used that to get to know us, explain in depth the process and truly win over my moms trust. I couldn’t have appreciated him more. He has us as a forever client and after just a few hours my mom drove her brand new car off the lot. He set up her warranty, her VW app and explained how payments would be. Country Kelvin gets 5 starts. He treated me right when I purchased my vehicle. I appreciate everything he did for me. He is the best salesman at that location. My boyfriend and I went in to check out the brand new 2019 VW Jetta r-line and it was an awesome first car experience! We made an appointment that morning and when we got there, they immediately let us test drive the car. Everything was quick, easy and most importantly transparent.
