It’s a great experience every time I come! Everyone is very professional and friendly, they make you feel important and like family. I brought my vehicle for service and I was in and out within the hour.
Everything was great. Esther was amazing. The repairs were great. I feel as though my truck was gone too long but it was worth it.
Scott is amazing, very personable and friendly. The whole staff is great, everyone greets you when you walk in and makes sure youve been taken care of.
• Its never too busy• Always greeted promptly and attentively• Waiting area is nice and comfortable• Staff is always pleasant and easy to deal with• Communication is great - I never have to wonder whats going on• Best service department I have dealt with
I took my vehicle in for a noise I was hearing and still hearing under my truck. I took it in at 7am and did not get it back until 6pm and I think thats because I called to get an update since the person assigned to me, Nick, never gave me an update or replied to my text. After almost 12 hrs all I was told was the mechanic did not hear anything and theres nothing wrong, in a way Im glad nothing was found wrong but when I picked it up you can still hear the noise. Since Nick didnt even walk me out to make sure everything is good I couldnt tell him to hear the noise. Nick also did not seem to be very helpful or pay too much attention to my concern since when I got there in the morning the noise was not noticeable. Its not easy to explain what the noise sounds like and instead of him being helpful and say something like oh yeah I understand its not easy to describe or even say something like well it may be this or that he was just not there at all in my opinion. Almost as if he didnt want to either work that day or didnt want to help me. I will be taking my vehicle to a diff dealership for a second opinion since the noise is still there and its obvi something.*Update*I received a call from the day shift supervisor, Michelle and she was very nice and helpful in trying to correct the issue. I went back in and was assigned a different service member, Justin, and he was very nice as well. The original issue I went in for was for a noise that was bothering me but I was told that the noise is normal. I did address another concern I was having and they checked it, found the issue and it was ready in a matter of maybe 2.30-3hrs. Im still covered under warranty so I didnt have to pay anything. I wish I would have got the same service and attention before I put a bad review but at least they did their part and made the situation right. Michelle and Justin were great!
The Salesman Anthony Marshall was outstanding to deal with. No so much the Dealership Sales, they advertise one price then when you show up to buy they tried to add 3,000 Fee without telling you ahead of time. This is very Dishonest. I did manage to have them remove most of it. I feel like they owe me a 1000 Dollars, if not for the service Anthony provided I would have not purchased the Truck from them.
My whole experience here was absolutely amazing!!! Couldnt of asked for better customer service and friendly staff!!! I want to say a special thank you to George Flores !!! He went way above and beyond to get our family in a truck was 100% honest and communicated with me through the whole process! Never once did I feel like he was trying to push me into anything! He made the whole process very comfortable! I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know looking for a vehicle!!! And it wasnt only George that made it a good experience, it was the whole crew up there. Thanks guys
Ive been here 6 hours and they still havent finished looking at my car! I dont even know if I can trust them to work on it on a timely matter after I get a diagnosis!
Excellent service! Quick and easy! The most professional staff I’ve ever dealt with at a dealership service department.
I was very pleased with my experience. My sales rep Austin was very helpful and went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted. The entire staff were friendly and made my visit the best visit I had to a dealership.
Justin went out if his way to help me, and I appreciate him so much! He communicated the entire time so I knew what was going on! After calling 4 dealerships who were closer to home but rude, unhelpful, and a 4week timeline. Justin was a light at the end of the tunnel, and was so quick to help! Got me a rental so I could still get around, and even helped me with car seats! It was completely worth the hour plus drive! We bought the truck in January from yall and will now be back anytime we need anything. From sales to service I was definitely impressed!
My service advisor was Nick and he was very accommodating!
I am very dissatisfied with the service department at Monument Chevrolet. My last two visits have been less than successful. a few weeks ago, I stopped by the dealership at 0730 a.m. for an oil change and a tire rotation. I did not make an appointment, but the service tech took my truck and said that he would work me in and asked if Id like to wait or drop off. I told him I would drop it off and be back around 3 p.m. that afternoon. He told me that would be more than enough time, gave me his contact info and told me hed give an me update around noon. Around 2:00 p.m., I hadnt heard from him, so I reach out to him and found out that my vehicle hadnt even made it to the back yet and it would be completed around 5-5:30. Needless to say, I told him to pull my truck and I came and picked it up. My 2nd visit (yesterday 10/20/21). I pulled into the service center at 0730 a.m. for my 0900 APPOINTMENT for a tire alignment. Same story as above, dropped it off and was told Id get an update around noon. At 3 p.m., I called the services center to find out the status of my vehicle...wait for it...just to find out that my vehicle would not be ready until 5 p.m. I cant even comment on their work because they NEVER worked on my vehicle . There are plenty of other options when it comes to basic service. I WILL NOT GO BACK TO MONUMNET AGAIN!!!!
Took my truck to get repaired after it was stolen and Corina was amazing, constantly kept me informed of the status of my truck. Great customer service and the shop did an amazing job in my truck. Definitely recommend Monument Chevrolet for their quality of work and great service.
Monument Chevrolet’s service department’s customer service is garbage. I made multiple phone calls the day prior to showing up for service and even left detailed voice mails that clearly stated my question, contact details, etc. asking for someone to contact me regarding if an appointment would be needed to be seen for service on my truck. Being I did not hear back I called the main number a 5th time and the operator told me a walk in would be welcomed but to come early like when they open to be seen. I drove 45 min to get there first thing in the morning to be the first few people in line. At 7am a service department member approached me and asked why I was here while attempting to check in my truck. He immediately let me know that I could wait but they were booked solid the whole day with appointments and they could possibly not get to my truck for an oil change. I simply asked to talk to a manager. When the manager came out it was clear she had an attitude as if I’m the one working there not doing my job. After stating my concerns regarding the customer service, she said let me see what I can do. I let her know I would not require service from them and would take my vehicle elsewhere. With over 12 to 15 service people standing around it seemed not a single person could return my phone call in a 24 hr period to provide the answers to my simple questions. It may be just me but customer service seems to be dying these days, or maybe company’s just don’t hold their employees to a certain standard like others do, or used to. I absolutely refuse to spend money at a place where customer service reps are so visually present but provide no actual customer service at all other than the very basics. I will be sure to inform everyone I know about this as well. Some businesses seem to be falling off the customer service side of things. It’s unfortunate to see Monument join that stride. I want to be clear and state that this review is directed towards the customer service side of the service department. Luckily I was able to locate another dealership within 15 minutes away that got me taken care of.
Excellent customer service skills, great mechanics, will definitely use them for future repairs. Shout out to the mechanic and staff for being so patient with me.
They don’t even deserve one star! Have taken my parents vehicle 3 times to get the AC fixed and paid over $7000 and still the AC doesn’t work! They are elderly, they shuttle grandkids around and this heat in Texas is no joke! By far the worst dealership I’ve ever been to. We call and they say every time that it’s not their fault and it has nothing to do with what they worked on the first, second and third time! All they do is scam you! They don’t know what they’re doing and they’re customer service is terrible! I do not recommend taking your vehicle to get any type of service whatsoever. My next bad rating for them will be to the BBB
One Star 5/12: This is my first experience with Monument, so I cant attest to their other services, only their utter lack of organizational and operational management within my experience. I received a recall notice from GM with Monument Chevrolet as the place to go for repair. I called and set an appointment, was told the fix would take 60-90min. The Senior Advisor, Scott, took my info and said itd be about 2hrs. 2 1/2 hours later he came back to the waiting room and said THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PART but would have to order it and would call me when it came in. What the heck!! You couldnt know that before making me wait that long!? Well see if they order it or give me a call back; my trust in their professionalism is at 1%, so disappointed.Update 5/17: A customer service rep, Michelle, called the morning following my review and apologized, then told me they had ordered the part and would call when it arrived to schedule another appointment. Scott also called me as promised an hour later. Michelle called a few days later and scheduled me for this morning. I arrived and they took my info as last time, with Michelle personally introducing herself as well. It took under 2hrs and was finished. A much better experience than the first time, thanks Monument Chevrolet for making this right.
My husbands truck has been in service being repaired already going on 3 weeks. Every time I call I have to leave a message because anyone who has information on our vehicle is away. I just had our truck checked out a week before I had to send back to repair. They have bad communication. I would feel better if I had daily updates but I always have to call to check on whats going on. Once I get vehicle back I will never take it back to this location. Because Im sure it is going to break down again probably not being repaired right again.
The service was awesome! The staff was nice/courteous. My vehicle looks great, and was completed on the promise date.
My appointment time was it 5:30pm out by around 7:20pm. Certainly an improvement to the usual despite an appointment. Mr Taylor took care of my service personally and explained all that was done. I appreciated the great service in a timely manner. Michael, and Scott also helped get me out quickly. Thanks
Had some issuess earlier, but this time all of my concrnes are complete now
Honest review: the sales team was OK, not great, but not bad. Their follow up was very poor. I needed to get a bed liner and new seats and I was not pleased with their customer service. Mike in their Service department did a great job and really helped turn a negative situation into a positive one, so I appreciate that. Overall good experience.
I’ve been using Monument to service my vehicles for the past 3 years every since I’ve purchased my truck from there. I have been satisfied with the service up until my last visit. It’s too long of a list to go through the entire experience. I had an appointment to have my vehicle towed to the shop, the car unable to be located for an entire day and the initial advisor provided had no idea or info concerning my vehicle. The explaintion that I provided as to why the vehicle needed repaired wasn’t taken into account. Took 2 weeks to have vehicle repaired and advisor Veronica was not helpful at all. Explained frustration with so say manager Michelle to no avail. This is by for the WORST service experience I’ve had and I do not feel valued as a customer. Therefore I will take my business where I feel just that “Valued”.
Everything came out great! Jim made this process as easy as possible and kept me updated on my truck. Would highly recommend Monument to anyone. Very happy with my service.
I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to the devil. I clearly received no help whatsoever even though I bought a 2020 Silverado last year in August from them. They insult me when I tried to trade it in only to offer me less than $400. I had another offer for $3,800.00 from another buyer. I will never recommend anyone to buy anything from them. I wouldn’t even put money in their vending machine. These people wouldn’t help you if you were on fire while standing next to a water hose. Then they have the nerve to say they appraised it at $38,000 which is a lie. Ask for HanaShe will tell you that after one of their personnel appraised it; it was for $33,000 leaving me after my payoff with less than $400.00. I don’t lie like this dealership does. Like I said people, don’t do business with the ones that won’t help you out at all. The managers are also good at not answering their phones.
I would like to commend customer service at Monument Chevrolet. On June 3rd, I was driving my husbands truck and the DEF was down to empty. I hate to admit that I didnt know what DEF was but I dont usually drive his vehicle. It was a very stormy day with heavy rainfall, the trucks dash lights went off and the engine starting slowing down while I was driving on a 70 mph highway, without dash lights and reduced speed led for a scary ride. Luckily Monument Chevrolet was spotted on the exit. I went into sales department and a salesman walked me to the service department for me to purchase DEF and in the rain he put it into the truck. I am very grateful for his help and how nice the staff was to me. I will definitely think of this company when it is time for a new vehicle. I would have bought one on the spot at that time if that truck wasnt registered to my husband. I think the manufacturers of these vehicle should rethink what happens when the DEF is low. I could have caused a very bad accident and have injured myself or someone else.
Customer Service was great. The Car Rental was bad.
Great job handling my new trucks first scheduled maintenance and oil change!
Our salesman Carlos was fantastic, very helpful and made the car buying process easy.
I can not express how disappointing my experience with this dealership has been. They pride themselves on customer service and treating people like family... that is a huge mischaracterization! I brought my camaro in for an issue with the radio and after paying almost $1000 in repairs (alternator) the radio was exactly the way it was when I brought it in. I spoke to the manager to try to get to the bottom of the situation and I have never felt more disrespected in my life. Michelle Seymour is a Customer Experience Manger WOW! They need to re-evaluate their employees!!! This women straight to my face said I lied about my radio not being fixed... then I tell her to wait a few moments so you can see and hear what I am talking about... soon after she seen I was NOT lying! Did I get an apology? NO, she got upset and took my car back to the tech... Very unprofessional! After my car goes back to the shop I dont get any courtesy updates.... Nick Evans is the worst at following up with clients, not to mention everyone is always out to lunch! 10 days later I tell Nick I would be by to get my car for lunch during my lunch hour... When I arrive guess what?! Nick is out to lunch! Another lady helps and brings my car around only I notice there are 2 screws left in my cup holder.... I am thinking hmmmmmmmmmm!!!!! Sure enough, the tech didnt put all the screws back in the radio.... which almost leads me to think... did they fix it????????? Very shady business and very overpriced!!!!!! I thought going to a family owned business I would have been treated better, but I was wrong all the way around!!!! I am writing this so no one has to go through what I went through. I also have a voice recording to prove that I am not lying!
Scott was amazing. Had a diagnostic done and it turned out to be a different problem than I thought it was. Scott kept me informed of the repair process and was super nice. Thank you!
I called the Parts department and asked if they had a specific part that I urgently needed for my car and to my surprise they had it! No questions asked. They held it for me and had it ready for pickup when I got there. Plus it was very reasonably priced on top of that. I could not be more satisfied with the service I received.
I took my vehicle in for a recall and also for programming of the Rack & Pinion I needed.I arrived approximately 10:30 in the morning. I was there all day till about 6 p.m.The dealership was unable to fix my problem.Although the Personnel was courteous was not satisfied with the overall level of service.Every time I asked if my vehicle was near completion. I was told just a little bit longer, a little longer almost done. However it was a total waste of time on my only day off and worst part was that my problem was not resolved.
If I could I would give NO stars my husband needed a diagnosis for his Chevy Silverado we dropped it off Thursday morning picked it up the following week Friday because they still had not ran diagnosis on his truck. Service man was named Nick. Do not waste your time here people. Ridiculous!!!
I dropped my vehicle off on 9/1, was told it was 2 different things over the course of 3.5 weeks, just to be told on 9/24 that they really did not know what was wrong and suggested that I drive it around more. I did not have my vehicle that entire time. The extended warranty company that I have this vehicle covered under was not happy with that answer and neither am I, especially after them having my vehicle for 3 weeks. I currently have a Sr Advisor with GM looking into finding somewhere else for me to take the vehicle.I was then told on 9/24 that they had cracked my drivers side window and it would be repaired the following week. They replaced it but now there is something loose/rattling in the door from that ‘repair’ and the tint does not match the passenger side tint that I had tinted after market. They are 2 totally different colors/shades of tint.I have called and left voicemails with my advisor about the tint not matching and about the rattling in the door post window replacement/repair, but have not received a call back. All in all, I was without my vehicle for 4 weeks total and the only thing that had been done was a window repair from the lock box breaking it but now there is something loose in the door and I have non matching front Window tint that I expect to be corrected and repaired.
Sebrina is always professional and courteous to me.. I thank her for her service
Had my car serviced there today. Very fast and friendly service. Definitely going back to Veronica.
My concern with Monument falls more with their people than the services themselves. I had their service department do some repair work on my vehicle for an insurance claim. As I think back about my experience then, it should have told me their communication was well below sub par. A year later I had some concerns with the work they completed, specifically with an alignment that resulted in wearing through some tires very quickly. While I know I didnt do anything specific to toe out the vehicle, I understand Monuments stance that they cant take responsibility for that, especially after a years time. My main concern is that it took 6 hours and 3 phone calls to get anyone to care enough to give me that information. Each time they took down my information and assured a call from the service manager or the service consultant. I NEVER received a call back. Again, while I am annoyed that they cant take responsibility for what I feel was poor workmanship, all anyone had to do was pick up a phone and have that conversation with me. I finally received that information speaking to Michelle, who I can only assume is a receptionist/office admin for the service dept. Long story short, this dealership isnt a great representation of what Chevrolet is, and If I were buying a vehicle, or needed service on my current, I would purposefully go out of my way to ensure Mike and anyone else employed at Monument Chevrolet never saw another cent from me.
Hello my name is Mariana, I was the co signer for the vehicle. My father Ruben help me get the vehicle. My sales person, Michael was great and so was Vickie but what I did not like is that I was forced to buy the life insurance in order to buy the GAP insurance. This is the first time I’ve ever heard of that and I’ve been purchasing vehicles on my own for a long time, this was the first time I asked my father Ruben for help. When we were signing the paper work I informed Vickie that I only want the GAP insurance and nothing else, she insisted it was the GAP. I wasn’t comfortable with the whole situation so I asked again when I had to return to the dealership to pick up my paper work and again she insisted it was part of the GAP, then after getting home I reviewed my paper work and no where did it state I had to get both. I called Vickie and she finally stated that the dealership owner insist on selling both to every customer... and they are probably last dealership to do that. I was not happy with that, I felt I was forced to purchase something I made clearly I did not want to buy. She informed me that I can cancel the policy once I get the account information in the mail but that my payments weren’t going to change and that the amount was going to go toward the principal of my vehicle loan. I just felt that was shady to do to clients, be honest with them from the start, I did not like that at all. That’s why after this vehicle purchase I will not go back to this dealership.***********************After this review I was able to speak to Mr. Craig Kennedy, Finance Director with Monument Chevrolet. We we’re able to address the issue and he was very down to earth and direct and of course professional. He was able to do some investigating with all involved with my transaction, and after contacted me. He made it clear that no one is required to purchase both the life insurance and gap together, that they have the right to inform the client of the benefits but the clients have the right to either decline or accept the additional benefits. After our conversation I felt a lot better and he was able to take care of the issue. I will definitely be back to to this dealership, their customer service is very sincere genuine. They take care of their clients.
The vehicle we took to Monument belongs to my 88 year old mother who has just moved to our area. The personnel were so attentive and helpful. They made the needed repairs that were the reason for the service visit and also completed a recall item which we werent aware of. We will definitely continue to use Monument Chevrolet and will tell our friends about our great experience.
During the actual car buying process sales person I spoke with avoided telling me the actual price of the car and focused on the monthly payments when I asked for the overall price was given the run around. The entire process to buy a vehicle took 5 hours and felt like pulling teeth.I purchased car near end of may beginning of July only to still not have my plates sent to me. I made a phone call and was on hold for over and hour just to be disconnected. I called again to be told by a man that the plates were being mailed and on the way. Another person called me back who was a woman from the disconnected call told me that she actually had the plates in hand there and that I can pick them up and have them place it on the vehicle. After asking why was I told they were already mailed when she had them in hand she told me the other person told me misinformation. So I left work early, went over to the dealership just to have the person tell me the plates were actually not there. The manager had apparently sent them out the other day so I not only wasted my time but left work early due to this place being ran so unprofessionally.
I had a terrible experience with both the service department and the sales department. I do not recall a time that I was more insulted and lied to as much as my last conversation with Danny Barnett the service manager. As a business owner in both the trucking and commercial maintenance and repair industries I would be embarrassed and ashamed if any of my employees treated a loyal customer the way I was treated. My vehicle was there for over a month due to warranty issues and subsequent hiccups according to one voicemail I received. I asked simple questions both verbally and in writing only to receive non-sense answers and routine disregard. I was significantly overcharged according to previous invoices from the same department for the same repairs then treated like a child when asked why. I hoped to trade the vehicle only to find that Dustin Drury the sales rep was equally as anxious to take advantage of me as Danny Barnett. I intended to buy a denali hd, the most expensive vehicle they had on the lot at the asking (blue book value) price however they would only give me 50% of the same blue book value for my vehicle. I was then treated very disrespectfully and hung up on by Dustin when asked the simple question why. It is clear to see why Monument Chevrolet appears to be a ghost town with a lot of people sitting around. I predict the rapid decline to progress to business closure soon if they continue their current business practices. I welcome the opportunity to discuss further if needed.
Dropped truck off at 745 am to get rear shocks and alignment . Didnt hear from the service department until 10 hrs later when I called them ... the employee in charge of my truck left for an emergency around lunch and I was told nothing. Then they tell Me they wont be fixing it in the next 5 hrs before close but that I wont get it until 2 pm the next day ... 38 hrs of no vehicle for something that takes less than 4 hrs to complete ... unacceptable
Being able to buy my first NEW car was such a huge step to take. Daniel Jacob a/k/a “DANNY” was so helpful and informative for every part of the experience! I was originally interested and was going to settle for a used car. Then one afternoon he called me up and told me about a BRAND NEW SUV they had that was so affordable and literally a complete dream. I am so grateful he didn’t let me settle and took the initiative and time to put me in something better than I could of ever hoped for. Everyone we encountered in this process at Monument Chevrolet was so kind. I would recommend them to anyone, and the first person I would tell them to call would be Danny Jacob!
Bought my used 2015 GMC Arcadia from Michael who was so sweet and helpful! He continued to go above and beyond for me when we ran into a few small issues. His Manager Jeff was also absolutely amazing. Its nice to not have to be worried about buying a used car when you have these guys in your corner.
I had great help from Scott he was very polite and respectful and very calm. I came in as a walk-in but was not turned away. He took the time to explain what was due. Overall I had a good experience. Thank you...Scott and team!
Customer service was amazing and quick! Had an issue with our battery late in the evening while visiting from out of town and they got us fixed up and on the road in 15 minutes! Thank you!!
Called the day before to set a double appointment for two different vehicles.I was met promptly the next morning and both vehicles were services to expectations.the staff was professional and courteous. the facility was immaculate. Its just an overall great place to get service.Beautiful people.PS: Chevy Rocks
Made my first car purchase here at Monument, and I’m very happy and pleased with my purchase. Theo, my sales representative was welcoming, helpful and very knowledgeable. They were very transparent throughout the whole process. I recommend this dealership because they will not tack in any hidden fees and they will give you their best price upfront.
Made an appointment to have our vehicle serviced on Monday 23 @ 7:45am. When we go up there on Wednesday 25 around 11 am to check the status cause we had not heard anything from anyone at the dealer the vehicle still was not fixed they stated someone had called and we denied the service the whole purpose of us taking it in was because we wanted it fixed before our bumper to bumper coverage ended. Then we get charged $68 for diagnostic check when i was told it was covered since were still covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. The worst service ever no one up there knows anything
I have never had such a hard time trying to give someone my money. I understand that the job is demanding, but there comes a point where the only explanation is incompetence and/or apathy. A detailed timeline:FRIDAY11am - Spoke with Dustin about a truck. He texted me a piece of info.2pm - Called Dustin and expressed interest. He said he would send me more photos, a video of the truck starting up, and the Carfax. After several hours of not receiving anything, I texted him to remind him.SATURDAY1pm - After not hearing from Dustin for almost 24 hours, I tried to work with someone else, Gilbert. He immediately sent me the Carfax but then redirected me to Dustin again. (Side note: Dustin never sent me any of the info he said he would.)1:45pm - Dustin called me after Gilbert tracked him down. I told him I was interested in purchasing the truck. He asked me to email my DL and pre-approval letter. I did so immediately.5:30pm - Still no response. After Dustin dropped the ball for a second time, I called the sales manager, Jose. I explained what happened, and he sent me the draft purchase order. **I noticed that the odometer reading in the ad listed 5000 fewer miles than the truck actually had (smh). I notified Jose and he corrected the purchase order but did not adjust the price to reflect the depreciation based on extra mileage.**MONDAY10am - I called Jose to talk numbers. No answer, so I left a voicemail AND sent him an email.4pm - Jose finally called me back. By this time I had purchased a different truck from a dealer that actually wanted my business. To summarize, Dustin didnt send me the info he promised, didnt call me back until I tried to work with someone else, and Jose delayed an entire day to return my call despite knowing that I had spent the previous 2 business days just trying to track down the sales team. In the meantime, I bought a truck from somewhere else. They missed out on a sale 3 consecutive days from the same customer. I am hard pressed to recall a worse customer service experience in my life.
I can not begin to explain the relief it is to have Julio Garcia handling our business account. He is notorious for his outstanding customer service with a smile. He truly cares about his clients. Thank you Julio for always being professional and going out of your way to ensure we have a pleasant experience!
Very smooth transaction, very quick also. Didn’t have to sit at the dealership for hours.
It was an excellent experience. Jim was very attentive. He made sure to keep me informed daily of the progress. He was communicative, clear ad concise.
Service Tech would never answer the phone or call back. Car was at Service for 3 days and was never contact to be given a diagnosed until I had to call. I get charge a higher rate then what I was told. I was suppose to get a call to change the price that I was told the first time and I have not heard from anyone at Monument Chevrolet.
Scott was great! However, the service technician in the back is where and why I would mostly like never return or recommend. I brought my car in for an oil change and to check low tire pressure (psi 28). (1. )Scott let me know my car was ready it took 20-30 minutes after I was told it was ready before my vehicle was brought up. (2.) When I drove off maybe 10-15 min the low psi was back on, so must have just put air in my low psi tire and reset it i took it to a tire shop but they were not able to service me due to time so my husband had to meet me and as soon as he inspected the tire “yep” a nail. So I had to pay an additional fee, use my husbands vehicle, which he was late for work. But I spoke with the manager he was receptive for the most part, stated he would investigate and educate.
It was a horrible experience, I was told the oilChange of my car would take 1 hour it took 2hours 22 min. Then at 10:02 I was asked if I wanted to fix my tire. That took over one hour and 30 min. I was in the dealership almost 4 hours waiting with a 3 year old. And to top it Sabrina had an attitude when I asked her about how much longer it would take to have my car ready. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone .
Company truck, brought it in early on the 12th of Aug. We left for vacation, came back tues 17th. I go home and the check engine light is on. Next morning take it back. Im stuck without a truck for 2 + days. It was a coil and part wasnt available right away.
Picked up my rental car there. Friendly service.
It was a great experience, I had done research before on which vehicle I wanted. They had it ready to view when we got there. It was a quick and easy process. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle new or used to go either see Dustin for pre-owned or see Dakota for new vehicle.
Overall excellent experience.Work was completed in a timely manner.Sevice advisor Julio Garcia kept me informed on repairs and findings throughout the whole process.
I agreed to a scheduled appt.for12:45 pm...Arrived at 12:40..only to leave well after 7pm. I had to reach out to the manager due to the extensive time I waited for my vehicle to be served. I was frustrated, tired and a bit agitated. My service rep..was Scott, who appearedoverwhelmed & extremely busy with the amount of customers he was trying to serve. I often come to this dealership to have my vehicle serviced however, this visit was horrible. After paying $399.. to the cashier...I reviewed my receipt & saw they had the wrong vehicle description on it..VERY FRUSTRATING...I was told I would receive a copy w/ the corrected vehicle information via email on the next day...Well I received a phone from Scott informing me..he could not change the information printed on the receipt given to me. Im definitely looking for other dealerships to have my car serviced. So, would I recommend anyone else...NO. I wouldnt want anyone to feel this pain or traumatic experience that I went through.
My experience was not pleasant on 7/23. I had a 6pm appt. The lady who put me down....put it as a drop off which through me into leaving Monument at approx. 8pm. I also ask my rep that night about a petruding panel that keeps popping out on my car that I have noticed....he didnt seem to want to help me get something set up for help on that. He just said....call and make appt with body shop. I just felt like I was being pushed aside that night and I havent even had the car a year.
Great people to deal with
Traded in a truck for a 2021 silverado on a Tuesday, had to have it towed back to dealership on the following Friday for a power steering issue. Was left for the weekend without a $60k truck I thought I could depend on. Plus, no loaner vehicle or rental for the weekend because I didnt make it to dealership on time after I got off work. Called service dept and manager and said there was nothing they could do until Monday. So, my experience with this dealership has started off bad. I am totally not satisfied with this purchase.
Everyone was very kind and professional in their help in the process of selling my vehicle to my husband and I. Daniel Jacob is a very knowledgeable sales person and deserves a gold star in his kindness and calling to see how we are doing with our vehicle. I will highly recommend for anyone to buy a vehicle from Monument Chevrolet.
I had a great experience shopping at Monument Chevy. My salesman was George Flores, and he did a great job communicating with me over the phone and working out the pricing and details remotely before I even saw the car. This was a big deal for me since I live across town and didnt want to make the hour drive just to find out that there are add-ons and other fees that were previously not disclosed (as I have experienced many times at other dealerships). The price we agreed upon over the phone was the price I paid, and George had all of the paperwork ready for me in anticipation of my arrival. The car was parked in the front, and George immediately greeted me with the keys and we took it on a drive without even stepping foot in the building. The rest of the purchasing process was a breeze, as it should be (but never is at other dealerships -- ugh financing dept)! I was in and out within an hour with the car I wanted at the price I expected, what more can I ask for?Thank you George! I will definitely be back.
Easy to deal with. Have bought way too many cars over the years here and keep coming back because of how easy it is to deal with
Customer service was ok. Not very welcoming. I brought my vehicle to be serviced and was given a ride home so I wouldnt have to wait in the waiting area. (Thank you for that.) They werent sure if they would be able to even look at it the same day. Keep in mind the service department is open from 7am to 10pm. I dropped off my vehicle at around 1p on Thursday. On Friday, I called around 3pm to get an update and they said they still had not seen my car and might not get to it. I chose to pick it up around 5:30pm. I asked if I could make an appointment to get it serviced, Keith told me appointments are really only good for oil changes and it would not make a difference in the wait time if I wanted to have my vehicle serviced. When I picked up my vehicle, Keith said there was still 8 more vehicles infront of mine. Does it really take 2 days or even longer to just get a diagnosis?
I purchased a used Silverado from my dad and am looking for someone to help me keep it running great. I have been a loyalist to a family owned dealership in Michigan where I purchased a lifetime warranty with a set deductible on all service work. I would like to discuss this. I came in for an oil change and thought I would stop by earlier than scheduled because my schedule allowed. I was greeted with a smile and was welcomed by Ms. Saenz in the service department. I look forward to building a long term relationship with Monument Chevrolet.
Bad service.Veronica needs to be more on top of thingsIts not the customers responsibility to be calling and texting for updates.Even had to take an Uber up there because she didnt respond and had left for the day
I had an issue that arose and it was resolved in a satisfactory fashion by Mr. Smith at Monument Chevrolet. I appreciate his sincerity.
Thanks to Mr. Keith for his professional and kind heart and hospitality to me. Thanks Chevrolet for hiring a nice and kind gentleman 👍🏼
Scott goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy and satisfied with service .. he’s very professional, answered all my questions. Overall very satisfied with service
Jim was very informative throughout the whole process. He kept me to up to date on what was being done to my truck and when it was expected to be done
Took my truck in for a check engine light and i usually get great service matter of fact this is the only place that services my vehicle this time was so subpar the updates on the status of my vehicle was up to me to call in and get then on top of that i had to call my warranty company to verify that the rep was calling the right company they were not. After all that they had to keep my vehicle 2 days without a rental or loaner which one was never offered then when i got my vehicle back there were more recommended things that i were never informed of so i could get them taken care of while it was still there under warranty. Needless to say this was by far my worst experience here
I was able to do my appraisal n approval online and go get my keys!
I didnt purchase my vehicle at Monument but that didnt prevent me from getting excellent service. Scott, my service consultant, was professional, caring and a super friendly man. I was in and out extremely fast. Their late hours are very helpful too. I highly recommend Monument service.
Great experience with sales and financing
The Advisor I got was the worst!!! He has no customer service at all! He never called or explained what was going on with my car! He didnt let me k ow my car was ready I had to call several times. And he just seems like he doesnt like his job. Was on his phone during the time I went to pick up my car. Just the worst experience ever! Makes me want to go back to Nissan and never buy Chevy again!
Extremely efficient and friendly staff. In and out in an hour.
Customer Service is Super Good here!!!! Thanks for always taking care of our trucks when they need it!
Best parts department and staff
Enjoyed pulling up, them knowing who I was, and short wait. Your customer service is amazing!
Was quick service! Service girl was awesome! Just hope they didnt over-torque my oil filter again.
I normally go here only fir oil changes, however, after the engine light came on, I took it in for a diagnostic check. They found the problem immediately. Once the work began, they told us it might take several days to service, however, they had it ready in less than 48 hours.
Javier was super awesome and helped with everything I needed done.
Dropped my truck off for a scheduled oil change at 9:30 am. I did not receive an update on it until 2:00pm( I had to send her three text messages until she responded), she said it was ready. When I arrived there, she said the technicians never put it in line for an oil change. She blamed them for not doing the oil change, yet she never updated me during the entire day. She then blamed it on the text message, she didnt know who she was sending the updates to. I had a better experience with the other service advisor. Very poor communication, and trying to shift the blame instead of accepting fault.
It was the most pleasurable vehicle service Ive ever experienced. I just cant believe the convenient service departments night hours! It was encouraging when I was purchasing my truck to hear those hours-- because you always have to bring a vehicle in sometime, their service dept. hours are truly nice for the whole experience. Not to mention how nice service advisor Sabrina Saenz was-she was attentive and efficient and wonderful customer service. The next week, (now), both my salesman Danny Jacob and the service dept. went above and beyond to be persistent and get the tire; even though it was on back-order. Outstanding people!
Julio Garcia in sales is amazing, he goes above and beyond for our business! As soon as we walk in the door he knows what we need! Highly recommend dealing with Julio!!
I am completely satisfied with the collision repairs that were performed on my vehicle. It was a 1 stop shop, I was able to drop my vehicle off and get a rental car at the same time. The service was friendly and professional. I received updates throughout the process and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. I will definitely visit again if needed. Thank you Monument and Anne Marie!
Anthony Marshall is a great Salesman. He made the car buying experience easy and fast.
July 2019Danny Jacobs, at Monument Chevrolet, is the Man!! For a period of 2.5 weeks, our family was operating with only one vehicle unexpectedly. We didn’t anticipate needing to buy a car anytime soon, but here we were, in a stressful situation, heading into another stressful situation (buying a car). Over the two weeks we researched vehicles, called dealerships, and narrowed our search down to several vehicles we found online. Due to our demanding jobs, our proximity to these dealerships, and that we have small children, it was very difficult for us to go to each of these dealerships and spend hours negotiating with salespeople. I was trying to have calls with salespeople between meetings at work, or between dinner, bath time and bedtime. Given we knew what we wanted, we were looking to nail down final prices for these vehicles on the phone. It was the only way we could get it done. After several days of other dealerships giving us the run around, not returning my phone calls, telling me they wouldn’t talk to me unless I came in person, we went searching again and came upon Monument Chevrolet. I called the sales department, and an angel answered the phone, Danny. Within thirty minutes, he gave me an ‘out-the-door’ price that was within $150 of my own calculation on a brand new 2018 Chevy Silverado. I committed to buying the vehicle within the hour, without even seeing it in person.I appreciate people like Danny. Someone that immediately understood my time constraints, but also that I had an immediate need. All I needed was someone to help me in an unconventional way (over the phone). Danny jumped through hoops to accommodate, didn’t blink an eye at my request to land something on the phone, and I feel respected as a person, and as a consumer. We did my finance application online before I got to the dealership, he had the car detailed and cleaned on a whim, and when I drove in the next day to pick up our truck, the process was seamless.
Had me drop off my car Thursday morning to do a diagnostic on it and no one touched it for that purpose all weekend. They did a airbag recall and nothing else. So I said I am picking it up when I called a Monday morning ans will find me a dealership that cares
Mikal McClendon,I had a problem with my DEF system on my truck and went to the local dealer for help. They did not impress and it seemed as if they where going to try to charge me when it was not necessary. I talked to my local mechanic and he recommended Monument. He said it was the best dealership for service in the Houston area. I pulled up with my 2018 3500 and the first person to greet me before I could even get out of my truck was Mikal. He was very attentive to my story on what was the problem. Mikal was very respectful in every way and catered to me in every way. I am not a high maintenance person and I was very surprised on the treatment I had received. I would recommend this service department and especially this service advisor Mikal McClendon to any Chevy owner in the greater Houston area!!!
Had a great experience with this Chevrolet dealer. For got the sale person name. But he did a great job
