We had been searching for a Lexus GX 470 for some time and when one popped up nearby, I called N&N Auto Collection right away to see if it was available. Arman responded quickly and arranged the car for me to see even though he had sent it to get detailed. I met with him and he allowed me to take ample time to check out the vehicle thoroughly. Im pretty mechanically inclined so I inspected the vehicle inside, outside, under the hood, under carriage, etc. I knew the common problems these vehicles had so I knew what to look for. Arman also provided me with the Carfax report which showed the vehicles history. I liked what I saw and Arman had it priced very fairly. He gave me the total cost including the tax, tags, registration and I gave him a deposit so that I could get the certified check from my bank a couple days later. I came to pick up the vehicle with the check and he had all of the paperwork ready. Signed the paperwork and he handed me the keys. I was literally done in 5 min. If youre shopping for a car, I highly recommending doing your research and know what to look for. If you are not mechanically inclined, get a pre-delivery inspection done by a local mechanic and they will tell you the if the vehicles has any issues and what the overall condition is. I truly appreciate how professional and transparent Arman was and how quickly he communicated with me when I had any questions. I highly recommend N&N Auto Collection and would definitely buy a car from Arman again.

Sold us a car with a so many issues that were clearly covered up to get the sale. Haven’t driven the car 30 miles and im at $3800 in repairs and 4 weeks And still climbing. Now found out you replaced a gauge cluster with different mileage then the vehicle actually has. Pump fix leak into the engine, warped head gaskets, blown wheel bearings. The car fax you provided was completely inaccurate. Clear back end damage not reported. Clear discrepancies in the mileage. You are a scammer. I will contact the BBB. You should not be in business.
