The owner or worker was having a really bad morning when I arrived, so I went elsewhere...

Products are junk and they have a million reasons why they cant exchange or replace items. Been going there for 11 years and unless you speak to the owner who is only there Mondays and Tuesdays, you will not get good customer service and problems solved. I will be having another conversation with him in person next Monday.Replace or refund the current junk sold and refused to handle by their extremely rude incapable employees, and I will find another smoke shop to go to. Done with this situation for good.

I walked in asked the cashier for help finding a whip he started to help me until about 2min later when two other customers came in. He then left me in the middle of helping me to check them out. Uhhhh hello ever heard of first come first serve? That was super rude of him I will not be going back.

Absolute Scam Artists. These fks sold me a DOA Revenger Kit 50$ Over MSRP... which I ate.. but when I found it to be DOA (dead on arrival) and brought it back, these scammers REFUSED to either replace it, or refund it. I just bought it.. and they outright refused to do the right thing.So.. I charged it back. I told them I would.. and these idiots what chargeback? MORONS should NOT even have a Merchant Account.

I recently bought the blu e-cig starter kit. and the batteries dont last at all. So after being burned for $76, I went here. I bought a vaporizer for $79.95 + tax. I got home and it started to work then stopped. I go to return the item, and i get there and theyre locking the door. I was able to talk to them outside and they took the device and told me to return tomorrow. I returned the next day and they told me to pick any vaporizer lower or equal to the price. I picked the ego-c twist.( theirs already had customized everything. A skull tip, xl battery 4.3 inches long, v-core 2.0 tank. I wasnt planning on getting a vaporizer that was already decked out but seeing as its my first vaporizer i figure it would be easier to have one already done then me trying to get there.)They had me test it out before i left. No smoke shop i have been too has been this good. They took a $60-$76 hit by allowing me to return a purchase that had no warrenty back to them. And exchanging it.
