The employees at the store ordered a shoe for me that they did not have in stock to be shipped to my house . Once it arrived at my house I come to find out that they made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. After I go back to the store to correct their mistake, they then tell me that they can’t order it since the shoe is not within a 100 mile radius meaning they can’t fix their own mistake. Now I won’t have a present for my mother this year thanks a lot. I wont shop here again!

The girls are very sweet., Had to exchange my shoes lil too tight, I was sent a 5$ coupon and found them on sale 10$ off so I got 15$ and the right size shoes. They again were very sweet.... Cant wait for my next pair.

The kid didnt even show up until 10:05 to open the store. Is scrambling around the store for about another 5 minutes Then comes back out of the gate to tell me oh I got here really late, you can wait there if you want. I have to go to the bank. Ill be back in about 15 minutes. Yeah.. No thanks. Only reason i came to this one was to return shoes, I definitely wont return to buy.
