I truly feel Sears scammed me 100% all around of my money. I personally got an email from Sears telling me I have two more days to use my points which was a total of $84 so I decided to go to Sears and buy some clothes for my son I ended up at the cashier with disappointing news she was telling me I cannot use my point at Sears anymore and since I did not want to walk away and embarrassed I paid Cash so my response to Sears congratulations Ford going out of business

A few sales..found this plaid blanket for $5. Sears also had some clearance..kind of hit or miss.

Going out of business with major discounts... yet i can still get items cheaper online. At least I know why they are failing miserably! Sears use to be a decent name brand. Such a shame it did not keep up with the times.

This location is closing so you cant use any points to buy merchandise...but you can buy stuff online with points. Didnt have a problem at shepherd location before it closed down or in Dallas...

I typed in my order number on the Kiosh.Walked in Sears and my Merchandise man had my machine ready to put in my truck. Amazing!!

This Sears store is now closing. Upper management failed the employees and customers of the store by failing to keep this store stocked with products to keep it going. Check out my photos of the store just before the junk is being brought in for the closing sale. Lawn and Garden, tools, sporting goods and nearly every other department nearly empty for several months. I will miss Sears, since this is their last full sized department store in the Houston area.

Everything is well organized and by sections. Its very affordable stuff. I do hope that they will have more people to help costumers and cashiers so that you can find what you need easier in case you havent been at this place because the store is two stories, but this isnt a big issue. They always give coupons with your receipts that will also help you save more on products.

I placed an order on June 30th and paid to have delivered by July 7th. The site has never updated as to why my order isnt here. I have to call customer service to get updates they arent helpful eaither. I got tired of waiting and asked for my money back on August 15th and was told I would have to wait for the order to be processed. They were paid on the day I placed the order but I cant have my money sent back to my account when I ask for it. The order may never be processed. Theres a reason why these stores are going out of business. I could have purchased one off Amazon a month ago. The craziest part is they have emailed every day since July 7 asking me to review something dont have.

The sales are good, never never enough sales people to wait on customers. AND NOBODY CARES. I HAVE WALKED OUT SO MANY TIMES FOR WAITING IN THE CHECK OUT LINES. MANAGEMENT DIES NOT CARE.THEY MOSTLY HAVE A SPANISH CLIENTELE. TOO BAD LOTS CAN BE IMPROVED ON. WHEN YOU GO UPSTAIRS THERE ARENT ANY PEOPLE TO WAIT ON YOU, ANSWER QUESTIONS OR CHECK YOU OUT. IT WOULD BE EASY TO STEAL FROM THIS STORE. THEY DEFINITELY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT. IT WOULD BE GREAT TO HAVE A SEARS LIKE WE USED TO HAVE EVEN 10 YEARS AGO.

Its a fantastic place to shop for clothes, it is cheap and affordable.

Bought a new refrigerator last week, took 4 days to be delivered. Delivered the wrong one, was too wide for our space. Only had a smaller cubic foot unit in the width we needed. Cant be delivered for another week. Charged us to deliver the wrong unit and wanted to charge us again to pick up the wrong unit and deliver the new unit. Definitely not the Sears Im used to dealing with.

Store is closing so they have everything 50-85% off retail prices.

Very bad place to shop I had to wait for help an hour and I had the cash to buy the stove but was told they didnt have it at the wearhouse there are a bunch of kid working there and are lazy

Literally impossible to get a hold of anyone at this location when you call. Dont even bother ordering online because you will never get your pick up confirmation.

I really like this sears. The only thing I do not like is that there is usually just 1 or 2 cashiers for the whole store. So there will be a long wait to pay😒

Hadnt been there in awhile. Still the same. Lines a little longer cause not many registers open. Although some employees had a little attitude and were very slow checking out. I guess they were just making some money to try to have a job. Wish them well and hope they improve..

Ive called 8 times literally for an online order i had placed. There is no one available to answer the phone in merchandise pickup, mebs apparel, kids apparel. There are only 4 cashiers in the whole store checking everyone out

The line for one of only two registers open one day before Mothers Day was horrendous. Very poor customer service.

Can check out faster at a packed Walmart that only has 1 cashier open with a long line. Than you can at this place. Went to two different registers and both cashiers walked off with people waiting in line to pay. 5 minutes to find what I wanted 30 minutes trying to pay.

Its never full. There are never any lines to wait in. Honestly my favorite place to shop. Better than Ross or walmart. The prices are surprisingly really good. They always have amazing sells makes me wonder if they are closing the store down or something. But there is clothes there for any size. Ive seen from like size 0 to like 5x. Definitely have a look.

They have quality items. They also have a great young staff. Friendly and professional.

I remembered why I dont shop at Sears, after the system recognized my account number it asked me to enter again to give me a $10 coupon for next time. Well, the system didnt recognize my account during the 2nd time I entered my #. The sales person should have fix the issue and he didnt.

The only registers that were open was downstairs. Of courseb the escalator was not working so she had to carry all the childrens clothes she was buying down to those registers. The young lady upstairs did not bother telling her there was an elevator, she said that was the only way down. My wife suffers from shortness of breath and this was very difficult on her. Then, the line was extremely long and she had to stand holding all those clothes. There was only 1 cashier working. Unfortunately, she refuses to shop there anymore.

Picked up some tools i ordered online. The guy took forever to bring it to me. And he just handed it to me and walked off without saying a word. I noticed right away the one of the tools didnt work, so i had to hunt someone down to tell them. She went and got the last one they had and it didnt work. So she had to call that guy back out there and I had to explain to him I needed a refund. Then i had to go get in a long line to get my refund from a cashier. That cashier was inattentive and took him forever to do my transaction because he was still handling another transaction and couldnt multitask. Complete waste of time

Horrible service bought a lawn mower and stopped working . has warranty that you have to take it to one shop in Baytown that has more than a month wait. when they give you a paper that says hassle free resolution free replacement ..never buying here again . thats why all their stores are closing.

Hard to find the pickup area, but I got awesome deals on tools during the holidays.

Not entirely happy, as they need to restructure some things associated with their pricing and customer service.Called about warranty replacememt of Battery.They had no issues finding our information in their system from a little over a year ago, however they informed us there was an installation charge.Considering everyone else, i.e. Advance, Auto Zone, etc. all do free installation, I was appalled even moreso since the battery was under warranty.I removed the battery and brought it in to test.Battery had a bad cell, covered under the warranty.In the end, after much complaint from me, the cashier helped install it no charge.

There is litterally 3 people working the entire building. They should really just close it or staff it correctly and bring it back to shape. Felt bad for the people working there they looked overwhelmed.

They are unable to supportlifetime warranty on the Craftsman tools.Wanted to change the broken Craftsman ratchet wrench but did not receive anything.Do not buy Craftsman will have problems.Harbor Freight much better with the management of such situations.

This Sears is not the place to come if you want to get any Craftsman tools, the shelves are empty. From the Manager to the employees; they have no regard for customer service. I spoke with Ms. J. Cumi, Store Manager, she had no interest in resolving my Craftsman warranty issue and instead gave me a 1800- number to contact. Dont waste your time or money here, go some other place.

Ordered a waterhose online, got pick up confirmation via email, drove a long way to this location to pick up. Sears rep. charged the item before checking the inventory. After waited for 20 minutes, the rep. informed us that he couldnt find the item. Now he issued a return, we have to wait for another 10 minutes for the return. We are not the only one, the couple behind has the same problem.

Amazing this Sears location is still fully stocked despite their nationwide exodus.

The worst check out line waiting time ever!!!! Literally stood in line for an hr.with 2 ppl checking out customers. They took their sweet time scanning and removing sensors. One girl just stood with the phone stuck to her ear like for eveeerrrr not saying or doing anything. Didnt leave because i really needed a blouse.

This place is failing.. which is sad. I used to love going here as a kid, now everyone looks like they dont want to even be there.

The guy at the counter was rude and had no custumer service skills. had to grab a manager to help after the young lady beside this rude guy stepped in and help me get the manager.then the manager argued with me that i order the wrong size. i know what size my child is why would i order the wrong size. all i wanted us the right jacket or a return. but i got attitude and basically called a liar.but thank you to the young lady that helped and had a great attitude.

Had to come to thos location for an online pickup. After checking in and verifying my id on the machine i wad aproched by a man in black who demanded the last 4 of my card. He didnt introduce himself nor did he have a sears shirt. I wasnt sure if I was going to get robbed. Looks as if it should be shut down. Empty shelves and clueless workers,if youre lucky to find one.

This place is soon to go out of business. Nothing interesting left.
