I’ve been doing business with a Propst and Sons for the last couple years for my business apparel and business card needs. This company is GREAT, I’ve used other companies before this one and this one blows all of the others out of the water. I still check their prices and they are always the best, but I would pay more just because of their top notch customer service and ideas they have for whatever custom item you need. They always have a suggestion that will make what you want better than you imagined, or if your set on your idea, they’ll happily do that too. I try to recommend this company every chance I get! You won’t be disappointed!

The customer service at Propst & Sons is outstanding! They listened to what I needed and exceeded my expectations! They made t shirts for my business at a great price that were perfect for what I needed and I received a high quality banner for a business event that everyone LOVES! Its eye catching, bright, and very well designed. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I will continue to come back for all of my business needs!

Not happy with the Customer Service or professionalism of the staff. Went into store picked out shirts and showed them my design and paid. Since the layout was my own they asked if I would send an email with my design, sent email immediately. Asked if they could not see the image to let me know. Received no word so I assumed everything was ok. 5 days go by and I send an email asking when my order would be ready. Got a response that said never received your image, please send again. Resent image. Called to confirm it was received. They said it was being worked on and would be done the following day. Called next day for progress, their reply was that they would call by 5pm. Never received a call. I will not be going back!

I went in to set up a last minute store on Monday and it was ready by Friday! Awesome service so far! Brian is so helpful and responsive, they really do care about their customers! Thanks Brain!

I had 19 jerseys made for my football team and we could not have been happier with the result. The staff was quick with their responses and with production. We will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend propst and sons to anyone.
