The Deli department cannot be any slower I swear! This lady got an attitude too. The cashier and the bagger dont say a word. Its like theyre muted.

An interesting layout where the store is T-boned into the end of a strip mall resulting in a parking lot and entrance on the north side and a parking lot and entrance on the south side.

Great Market. Its a Warehouse of a Place. Huge, with a Large Variety, and a Host Of Foods, Spirits, and Accessories.

There should never be a reason that only one register line is open. Never. Its not uncommon for this location to have a single line open thats so long that it runs into the aisles of the store.This grocery store is in the city of Pasadena which failed to pass the Hero Pay ordinance for essential workers during the pandemic. If this stores workers are being paid the bare minimum for working in an environment where there is protentially increased covid transmission, surely management here can bring on an extra cashier or two to ring-up customers. Theyre doing a disservice to their employees AND their clientele by cheaping out on labor and exploiting their workers at the cusomers expense.Yes, self checkout is an option, but not if you have a cart full of groceries that includes a gift card... or youd have to be rung up for separate transactions. Even then you have to walk back and forth asking the cashier for bags since they dont keep them at every self checkout station.This store can do better... much better.

Very nice store. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Great Asian section. The stock Angelo Pietro Salad dressings.

The absolute worst customer service ever on almost every occasion. Almost had a physical altercation with a customer that cut in line and when asked the assistant manager it turns out that was checking out customers to allow me to go next, he insisted that the gentleman in front of me was there the whole time. Tried not to argue but still there and was belittled by not only the customer who cut in front of me but the assistant manager that was on register that night also. when my wife asked for assistance outside because the gentleman that I exchanged words with was becoming aggressive and initiating a physical combative stance. The assistant manager insisted that we would be okay and that we should move along now. I tried to wipe that from memory and move on with life like anything else, my wife wrote into corporate and received no response. Todays experience top that one if it was at all possible. The gentleman working behind the deli counter help me with what I ordered initially and then when I asked him where I could get sandwiches he pointed to where the sandwiches were or the deli meats at least and at that point I moved along to that side. I stood there while he helped three other people after I had already asked them for a sandwich. when I asked him about the sandwich again he insisted that thats where the sandwiches were made but didnt bother to tell me that he was the one that was going to make the sandwich. When I finally got over the fact that I was there last or first and just asked if there was any way he could make me a sandwich, he finally accepted his lot in life and caved in. After almost a half an hour of waiting patiently and then finally making it to the self-checkout, the lip to the pasta salad came off and spilled all over the floor. I went back and got another one at which point he referred to me as hey theres the lucky guy. either these people arent getting paid enough or theyre being overwhelmed with the workload, but either way I wont be making it back there to find out how it all works out

They have really good prices and ok customer service. Customer service is either really good or really bad.

This is the best ralphs in the whole state best employees best best best service so kind helpful they have foods from from different tgey alot of fruuts and food u cant find else whete

Communication with Kroger regarding delivery or pickup, was frustrating & futile. Spent hours trying to establish service & accomplished nothing. You have people who barely speak english & even if they do, know less about home delivery or pickup requirements than I do. Very very frustrating.

Arrive in the early hours or late (after 8:30pm) and its not too crowded.

Terrible bathrooms with codes that are Not contact free

I used to go to Trader Joes but not anymore since the line to get in is ridiculous. Ive never had to wait to get in at this Ralphs. The only thing I dont buy at Ralphs is corn chips. I go to either Stater Brothers or Cardenas for that. Ralphs corn chips are too thin & salty.

Its nice store I see different nationality coming into shop buy their food and some say hi, worker are respectful they try there best to treat everyone like family, we are lucky to have this store here good location

Great quality ice cream. I usually only get plain old coffee ice cream but loved their Oreo coffee ice cream. You can tell the Oreo bits were freshly baked. Its on a cute block with lots of other restaurants and bars so its the perfect place to stop by when youre in town.

Its an alright grocery store overall. But dont come here if you shop for plant-based items. The vegan section is always trashed with bacon and milk from other areas, and they are always out of plant-based meats and tofu. I go to Sprouts instead.

Unfortunately the Deli Department Continues to be EXTREMELY SLOW!There are usually 3 to 4 women behind the counter and all move in Slow Motion, then one by one they leave and not return leaving customers hanging. Several customers including myself have had to walk away on SEVERAL visits.This has been brought up before via the ratings with no changes. Poor management perhaps?Something needs to change.If there was a Negative rating the Deli Department would receive it.

I like how things are organized at this Ralphs.

Positive experiences shopping here and with staff. It is convenient to get to. In addition, they have self checkout which is very convenient except for the people who cannot figure out how to use it, but there are six stations so rarely an issue. Ralphs and Trader Joes definitely top my list. Sorry Ralphs but different stores carry different items, but Im a regular customer. Keep it up, plus the people at the deli are very nice and the lady at the self checkout has the patience of a saint.

I don’t know when it happened, but this Ralph’s has seriously stepped up their game. Half the produce is organic, all of it is great quality. There’s a ton of non-GMO and organic options in all the departments, all the brands I know and lots of brands Ive never heard of, with everything I’ve tried a great new find! Just thought I should take a minute to say thanks, Ralphs!

This is a really nice, kind of upscale store. Well stocked. Items are easy to locate. Prices are average to slightly higher than average on most non-sale items.

This is the best Ralphs in the area. Each week, their free item is in the front of the store on display, not like other Ralphs that make you hunt it down. This is 10 times better than the Ralphs on Lake and Walnut. It is bigger, better and customer service is great too!

Fine large grocery chain, has most items one would want. Specialty cheese counter, salad and olive bars, Starbucks, good floral department.

Very big grocery shop for reasonable prices.its well positioned off the 210 fwy, the store is clean and the staff is friendly. The selection on certain things can be limited and the arrangement for sure is not ideal to minimize walking in the shop.

They do not do crowd control 👎, but Vons in Montebello does

WOW what a life saver and what great customer service!!!! The other store staff should take more care and aim for such great service!!!!

The deli dept. has an exceptional staff. Leonard, took extra time to take my order over the telephone and was patient. Then on Saturday when I arrived to pick up my order, Blake and Silvia assisted me. Ill be placing another catering order today for next month. Thank you

Best Ralphs ever, in my opinion. It has a lot of selection which other Ralphs dont carry. It is also clean and very organize. There have a Starbucks in the store and that plaza has plenty of parking.

Store was recently remodeled. This is the closest store in my area with a very large selection and decent prices. Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Ralphs has a decent Hispanic Food Section which is conveniently located near my place I also enjoy their bakery items.

I went there to buy a few items on a Saturday morning. I wasnt too crowded. They had everything I was looking for. I wanted some brown eggs and they were a little expensive. I will probably buy them someplace else next time. But its a nice store in the people who work there are helpful and friendly.

Good parking, they do coupons even a few days expiration. Nice wide shopping lanes. Cashier are always available. Great customer service .

Whether its organic, fresh flower, fresh produce, cold meds, cereal or toilet paper, this is the place to go. The store is clean and organized.

Good Ralphs Store

The grocery at this store is well organized and neatly shelved. The vegetables and fruits are well lit so you can see and compare your picks. The restroom is also quite tidy. Their selection of beers and Brandy is pretty good. I found Guinness Extra Stout, and Paul Masson VSOP in stock. Dont forget to use your Ralphs frequent buyers card, otherwise you pay at their higher shelf prices on many items.

Horrible Horrible store. The district manager should know its impossible to purchase food here before 8 am. Not a single check out stand open day after day. Dont waste your time shopping here. I live across the street from this Ralphs and Ive discovered the Stater Bros all the way in alta dena is a much better store with actual cashiers whom work.

Ehh. Its a Ralphs. Another chain grocer. I wish it had a better meat counter, fish counter and bakery but it does have nice produce. Make sure you leave by the same for you came in because otherwise you have to walk around another pretty big building to get back to your car.

Clean, well organized and friendly service. I rated it just three stars, however, because they cant process certain debit cards in credit mode and my Checker was unable to explain why.

Worst store ever!!!! There were over 20 people in line tonight and only two lanes open. The sales manager sandra never even called anyone else or apologized. She was also incredibly slow checking everyone out. Stopping to get a coffee. This is honestly the worst Ralphs ever. Needs new management

I went to find Burrata cheese, which Ive had difficulty finding. A very nice young man saw me looking around, and asked if he could help. I explained what I was after. He knew right where it was.

This store looks overstocked. Its busy most of the time. There is o.k. parking, but there are 2 different entrances so be aware where you came in. Its easy to go out the wrong door and think you have lost your vehicle.

Havent been to this Ralphs in a while they made some improvements its nice

Better price than Vons market. parking is easy and many spaces. Open until 2 am, thats a plus to avoid waiting in line.

The caucasian blonde female working at 10:30 on July 4th, 2019 made me go around the whole mall to get to my car by locking one of the door. I told her my car is right outside the door. And she said You did not walk in through this door, I just unlocked it, its been locked But I did walk in using that door, because why the hell would I go around the whole building in the first place. Who is she to tell me what I did and did not do? Very condescending and rude behavior.

This is a super clean supermarket with an entrance facing Foothill and one facing Rosemead.Seafood and meats are very fresh. We come for the salmon deals after our gym workouts.Theres an ethnic section but not as diverse as others grocery stores. I havent been able to find as many Asian veggies here.There are two Redbox kiosks along the register wall.
