This place is incredible, wood workers heaven, great people, they give you all the attention one needs, they have all the hard to find tools, parts, etc, all the gizmos your wife/husband told you not to buy, my new go to place, have FUN.

I am a hobby woodworker and regular customer. Rockler has items that I cannot find at any big box stores. Staff is consistently friendly and helpful.

Rockler is my go-to place for woodworking. The staff is amazingly knowledgeable. They will help you fine tune a project or just answer general woodworking questions.I cant imagine a better place to go for my wood shop supplies and questions.

Rockler is a fantastic place to shop. Very knowledgeable employees and vey helpful. The store sells the best equipment and is very well stocked with everything. If they dont have what you need theyll order it for you. They also offer classes on how to use and build projects in their store. You cant go wrong with Rockler Woodworking and Hardware.

Rockler is a great store with helpful staff. I went in to get some wood working materials (Im learning to whittle). I finished my second project ever with materials I bought at Rockler: this lil goat! (My first project was a pointed stick lol).

Great store, very helpful - I had to do an exchange for something else and they made it super easy. Well staffed and good store. Problem is Ill be back (a problem for the wallet, haha!). All of the hardware is top notch, so this is obviously the place to go for great tools and such

The staff at Rockler are great. As a younger woman I often get patronized in hardware stores. At Rockler they listen, take interest in my repair and diy projects, and help me figure out the right materials for the job. Most recently they helped me find the right epoxy and advised me on repairing stripped screw holes in wood in a better method that would be more durable than my plans.

Very few wood working supply stores if any located in the city of Los Angeles.Rockler in Pasadena is the closest. They specialize in wood working tools and supplies. The staff is very friendly and have the knowledge of tools when a wood worker needs it.A great thanks goes out to rockler and their staff.

After trying to find it in HD with no assistance, I came here and found exactly what I was looking for. In addition, the staff was experienced to teach me how to replace the broken one on the door. They are truly experts in what they do!

The biggest woodworking nerds work here. I love it! If you have ANY questions, someone here can help. They also have a great selection of exotic woods... I love looking through their racks.The tools are on the expensive side, but I make sure to get tips, tricks, tutorials, etc. with every tool purchase. Its worth it!

I needed a router bit.Jumped in my truck and drove to Pasadena.Walked in the store.Found the one I wanted.Paid for it.Took it home.Tried it out.It worked as I expected.The end.

I was greeted by Ken when I walked in and he asked if he could help me with any questions I might have or find something in particular. I told him I was just coming in to pick up some pen kits. Later Don greeted me and he asked if he could help me find anything . The salesman at the register ( Im sorry I didnt catch his name) was helpful and took care of my transaction quickly and accurately. The crew at Rockler Pasadena helped me to find what I needed and get in and out quickly so I could get back and finish my project.

Ive been buying tools and supplies from this store for years. The service and selection here are always top notch. If they dont have what you need, theyll find a store nearby that does. Always professional and very knowledgeable.

This is my candy store.Sometimes you get lucky. They always have good deals outside the parkilng lot. This one on the picture i bought for 100$. The staff are there to help you and most will gladly assist you. There are are some that dont even smile and appear as if working there is a drag.If your looking for a place to go and shop for wood working stuff and you live in a 40 mile radius then this is the place for you. They have good quality brands and the display are really nice. The wood is a bit pricy compared to lumber&plywood warehouse.They have a wide selection of router bits, and wood working machinery.Pro tip: always look at the parking lot diaplay for the good discounted deels. You can save 90% if youre lucky

Went in looking for a specific stain/sealer. Before I could finish my sentence, the older gentleman I spoke with says cant sell it, dont carry it. I then asked if he could point me to a comparable product, he basically told me to go elsewhere to find it, and pointed me to an Ace hardware store a few blocks down that is out of business. I pulled over and thanks to Google, found another store that carried the stain I was looking for. I ended up buying around $60 worth of supplies there as well. I guess this was the nicest we dont want your business, go somewhere else Ive ever gotten, lol

Like a kid in a candy store for people that work with wood. They either have the took it can get it. Very knowledgeable and helpful akin to a local hardware store. Wish there was one in Hollywood but happy to make the trip. Excellent selection of quality cabinet hardware that you cant find at the big box stores.

Serious attitudes here. No respect for customers. I have been going to this particular store for quite a few years.Im actually parked behind the store now...and when I ran in to get what I needed, another shopper was asking for help, and he got the runaround also.Suffice to say, I dont recommend them. Personally, I shop at either the Rockler in Torrance, which is out of the way for me, or Woodcraft, in Fountain Valley.Rockler, please fire these employees, the young guy with the goatee, and the woman. They dont appreciate us.

Drove 40 miles, got there 10 min before closing. Every time I arrive close to closing they are rude and pushy. At my job I leave when the job is done. I completed my shopping before they closed, yet they still had to remind me there were 2 minutes left. The saleskid I worked with was rude and condescending. I spent $200 and got horrible service and rudeness, I will never go back. I have faced rudeness virtually every time I have shipped at this store. Looks like amazon from now on...idiots.

Had a similar experience...went in...nobody said hello...asked if i needed any help...and when i went to pay for my items, was basically ignored by the staff...finally had to ask for someone to take my money...used to be a good place to shop...taking my business elsewhere.
