I would describe this place as a little hidden gem in Pasadena. Easily missed if it weren’t for how busy it can get sometimes. The ladies working there are always friendly and I’m always amazed at how they create these delicious snow cones. It’s definitely worth trying! The only downside is that it’s outside so flies are an issue sometimes if you choose to sit out there and there is nothing keeping them away.

Pretty cool place to go when you have an extra 15 bucks to spend. Their strawberry Lemonade in the Pineapple is top shelf quality. The presentation is dramatically eye catching and the flavors overall dont clash with each other. I have set a goal to complete their menu before I move from the area. Further more, dont let the fancy presentation fool you. Unless you are a conservative drinker who gets the smallest cup available every time, you will not want to share this oral oasis. Its a big presentation but the Pineapple only has enough room for what I would consider a drink for 1 person. But that drink is well worth it! Presentation and quality is a 5 star rating. The parking situation isnt great so be prepared to either wait or arrive at a time where you can get in and out easily.

Holy moly, if you want some refreshing drinks this place does not disappoint!! The presentation alone of their drinks is breathtaking. Everything on the menu is delicious. Prices are very reasonable considering all you get with every drink. This place is great for treating the kids during a hot day. The parking out back isnt the best but you will live. There is plenty of seating outside to enjoy your drinks. We always come here. The staff is super friendly. Come and support the local community.

This place is so awesome! The drinks are spectacular! Food is amazing! Kids beg to go here! The only down fall there is that there is no restrooms and you have cross the road and they close for a few months for winter. But other than that I would highly suggest to go and try it!

Omg this place is bomb af. I got the blue ocean lemonade & hot cheetos corn. My wife got the mango swim. Everything tasted so scrumptious & was also aesthetically pleasing. The service was fast too. 10/10 recommend!!!

Coming from out of town I try to find gems like this and today I did! Loved it and my coworker did as well. Service and food was great.. The Agua de melon was so good and the fruit was delicious. Ill definitely be coming back and telling my coworkers about it as well.

Everything was Delicious!! It was just as advertised. The service was great. They only take cash though. Also you have to sit outside and eat which brought the flies.

The BEST in town! They have so many amazing and beautiful creations and I love that they modify it when possible to fit my lifestyle (I try to avoid sugar and theyve made some awesome things for me to try that are all natural).

Brain Freeze is such a sweet place to try! They serve your drinks in mason jars, giving you the of recycle or taking them home with you.

This place was awesome! I would recommend bringing a couple sandwich bags to put some of the toppings in so they can be saved for later and some extra napkins.

Finally was able to try this place out. Very tasty drink filled up past the top. I got a #5 for $8 something. I think the items are over priced, because yes the drinks are filled passed their limit but overall not even a big bag of candy costs $10 I think that the prices are mostly for the Manson jars, which does make them unique and stand out from other places. The wait is long but its alright bc they do take their time to make great drinks. But overall good place to get a treat once in a while.

Beautiful, creative drinks. When ordering I was told the Strawberry Lemonade was one of the best drinks they have but it was really watered down, and wasn’t really all that tasty.

The wait was a little lengthy, she tried to tell me she did not have change for a $20 when it was a $10 drink. The drink itself was great but the sugar was a little much. Great for Instagram pictures but not much else!

As you can see from the pictures we tried a variety of drinks and snacks which tasted good overall but just on those items in the pictures were over 50$ all togetherThey make so much money at this establishment that you would assume they would invest the money in proper parking, clean and proper patio furniture and a staff member on the outside cleaning up outside and greeting customers . Therefore -3 starsImprove !! Invest !!

This was a great place! Very great drinks and large menu. This place usually has a long line due to its popularity but its definitely worth it. I highly recommend!

Fair warning: it will feel like a crime to eat these. Not only for the sugar/guilt factor, but because they are absolutely beautiful to look at. It can take a while for you to pick up your order, but believe me - its totally worth it! Be prepared to pay with cash, because they dont accept cards.

Be ready to walk! You have to park behind the building on a dirt road and walk to the front of the building to place your order. Then walk back behind the building to get in your car. This is an inconvenience; it is not worth it!!

Great options for kids and adults. They dont seem to have proper staff to meet their customers needs in a timely manner. Be prepared to spend what you would pay for dinner on these tasty treats. Cash only! But they provide a great, original product for a unique dessert experience thats well worth the cost.

The snacks are all so beautiful it just blew my mind! Works of art and good prices. We visited on a week day around 2pm and did not have to wait long. This is a cash only establishment. So bring cash.

My sno cone was already melted before I walked to my car. I had to drink my sno cone. Not sure, but maybe the syrup needs to be chilled in the refrigerator before using on the ice, otherwise the ice is all melted.

The wait is pretty long since the drinks are so large. But in the end the drinks are delicious and sweet! Be aware that one drink can easily feed two people!

I took my daughter here today and will not be going back. I ordered two snow cones which were expensive compared to the price of other places (which are way better). They did not taste good at all, both snow cones ended up in the trash! The worst part was waiting an hour for two plain snow cones. We even asked for a refund because I had to get back to work and they refused and we ended up waiting another 20 minuets. I will stick to Tropical Chill even if I have to drive a little farther.

Brain freeze is literally the definition of the store because it will leave you with a brain freeze if you are not careful eating it. It is like they got the paletero man and he opened up his own store because that stuff is good smacking good! I warn you though if you are with diabetes or looking for alternative ways to stay healthy then try to limit this location because although this place has yogurt friendly stuff it still has candy within it. the mangos are bomb as heck as well. So if you are showing someone around make sure to take them here.

My sister & I ordered two mango swims got our number and waited to be called. I noticed about 5 groups after us were getting their orders before us. Of course I was patient and waited some more. Finally they called us we were the last ones to get our order! Told the girl and she was like oh I’m sorry. Okay sure that’s fine. Then my sister noticed a hair on her drink. As I was enjoying mine moments later there was a hair on the dolphin candy. Yuck. Also they gave us frozen mangos as the topping instead of regular mangos. The worst experience ever and I’m a regular consumer that comes. Hope they get it together and get the orders out in the order received and not to drop hair or wear hair nets! Thanks

The shaved ices are delicious and come in a large variety of flavors. I am a huge fan of the tres leches shaved ice. They always seem to be short staffed so be prepared to wait. Parking is available in the back.

Best place ever! I ordered a #1 which is the xtra special lemonade and it was $10 which I think is pretty good considering they give you a huge masion glass jar that you can keep and they pile the drink with tons of candy! But make sure you bring cash because they dont accept cards.
