Kamecia is is a saint. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help my wife and I. Excellent customer service and just a lovely person. She made a mundane task into a wonderful experience. One of the worst storages I have ever experienced they literally jacked my storage up $100.00 after being late on rent and than tried to auction it off. Than I had problem with online payment it was a whole big mess i advise no one to rent here drama all drama

The assistant manager was so nice! He went out of his way to secure my locker over the phone so that I could come.in on my.lunch break the following day to take care of the formalities. The manager answered any questions that he couldnt (2nd day on the job). They both eased my anxieties and made me 100% comfortable about the safety of my gear.

My family member got a unit less than a year ago for 119.00; suddenly they now jumped it to 150.00. Thats eye gouging customers.

Pedro was eager to help me find the perfect unit for me. It is reasonably priced, and he even gave me a discount for being a Veteran. The unit gets 5 stars, but Pedro gets 6! Outstanding customer service!

This place was ok at 1st because it was Extra storage, but when King took over it’s not good! They added fees on top without any notice, I had to pay extra not what I purchased a 1st higher rate! Their never in the office! What exactly is the hours? A black lady walks and drives the cart around talking on her phone looking at you crazy! I will find another Extra Space storage this place wasn’t for me!

Reservations with Extra Space Storage was super easy, their prices are great. Not over charging anyone and their staff is very friendly. We got to work with Alex and he was great, answered all our questions. Would highly recommend! 10/10

Was in a urgent need of an affordable yet big storage space. Called ExtraSpace and spoke with Alex who very helpful and seemed just as concerned about getting me the storage I needed. Scheduled a viewing of unit that I was interested in and a few minutes later I was out the door with a new lock and code to my storage unit at the best price around, I know because I’ve called all over.

Matthew was very polite and helpful on the phone, and Alex was super accommodating in the office and made the process of obtaining our storage unit very smooth. He was ready for me and had a unit already open for me to inspect. The price was fair, too! We anticipate having this unit for awhile and hope there’s rod our experience was as good as today.

I needed a place quick and cheap and I found Extra Space Storage online, reserved it and Pedro called me immediately and got the ball rolling. He made the move in process quick and easy. I had to finish my move after hours and he made sure I was accommodated and let into the facilities. Great place and people.

Alex was very helpful and I got a good 50% off for three months. The space is big depending on what size you are renting. I will be switching to climate control soon as well. Good customer service from Alex. Will definitely recommend anyone to choose extra storage

From my first time in the office, this storage center has been nothing less than professional. I LOVE the security system including specialized locks on the units. The facility is always clean and well maintained. I have never had any billing or contact issues in over a year there. I feel super safe with knowing my possessions are kept behind tightly locked security and an on site property manager.

To start off let me say that I am one that usually does not take the time to write a review of somewhere or of something. I thought it was only fair not only to the business but also to the public to let them know of the great experience that I had dealing with the people at these storages. Not only did I get the opportunity to meet Michelle the lady that runs the day to day operations (rents the units, talks to the customers and I assume takes the payments if that how one does it. (Im sure she handles much more that I have no clue about, all I can say is shes always had a smile on her face and bent over backwards to assist me in everything that myself or my wife threw her way. I asked her to move me from an interior unit to one on the corner and out side, which she did on the spot which I thought was very cool. While I was there I had the privilege of meeting the area supervisor Elaine, in which I could tell by the way she was working on things that there was a very good reason she was in that position. She ask my wife and me no less than 3 time if there was anything that she could do for us, if there was anything that I thought they could do to make the experience any better and if I had been treated good by everyone that I had dealings with while at their property. It let us know that they do truly appreciate our business and care if we are satisfied with their services there. I hope to be getting my stuff out soon but I will most definitely use that location again. Thank you Michelle and Elaine for making this experience a pleasant one.
