Prepare to be watched. I’m not even from the area, from Long Island actually, so I have no preconceived notions. Matter of fact, I would’ve expected the behavior more so from my hometown. I went in for no more than 5 minutes to get a bandana for a costume. Asked if I needed help and I politely declined. The lady then watched me the entire time as I wash deciding which color bandana to get. I mean, at least make it less obvious..

I should give a negative 0 as a rating. These employees have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They’re miserable, and rude because the managers do not enforce professionalism and respect towards your customer. If you do not enjoy your job you should find another one. As a business owner myself, I would NEVER tolerate disrespect or negative customer service towards my clients.

Really bad service, when you buy a product and it doesnt work or is bad they dont want to exchange it. I had bought 2 liquid liner pencils and none of them worked over the make up. One of the ladies try it on her hand and it worked so they just dont solve the problem! Never going to buy anything from them!

The parking in the area is hard to find unless you go early in the morning or late in the evening close to closing time. The store has a nice selection of natural hair products. But they didnt have the mielle hair products.

They have everything, good price and service, only inconvenient is the Parking .

They is absolutely my favorite beauty supply store, I have been going here since I was a kid. They have nearly everything you could ever possibly need to do anything you could imagine to your hair, nails, etcetera. And they have absolutely the best prices, besides being in the Main Avenue area UEZ in Passaic so you only have to pay 3.5% sales tax compared to the usual 7%. I swear by this store, and tell everyone about it. Sometimes the store can get a bit crowded, and you may have to wait on line for a few minutes, but it is completely worth it (and not too long, to be honest, we would all be better off with a little more patience anyway lol). Take a trip here, you wont be disappointed.
