I came in to the store with issues with my phone and they reps in the store where able to help me with my device, and also helped me with another line for my friend. They fix and sell new phones for the best prices!!

The light skinned guy & the girl working there were real nice & helpful.There was a taller skinny guy there who seemed out of place & awkward. Best practice is to acknowledge customers with a friendly face & greeting - not be on your phone behind the counter out of dress code. This isnt the streets - its a place of business & shenanigans like that give a bad reputation to an otherwise good store.Good service tho, the first 2 associates I mentioned were awesome.

Cell phone doctor repaired my phone in an efficient and timely manner. The staff that works there made me feel comfortable with their knowledge of phones. The price was reasonable as well. Thank you Cell Phone Doctor!!!

Amazing customer service as soon as i walked in i was greeted and taken care of by a salesman named mufasa he gave me a good deal and repaired my device very different than other places because i felt that he did what was best for me not just sell me what he can to get commission like other places, highly recommend this place will definitely return for anything phone related

I left my phone for repair, my phone repair bill $165 i paid.The same problem lay in my phone,I got back to repair,They could not do.Consequently, they can not repair my phone.They did not give my money back.Im gonna give it our week in court themselves. money not very importend for meThe win made unfair people are not stupid .I certainly do not recommend this establishment.You can go if you want to lose your time and your money
