I went in there for a dress for my daughter. The employees seemed nice at first when they greet you but no help at all. I asked if they had a dress in a larger size and she answer whatever is on that hanger is what we have. 4 ladies and no one got near me to help me . My friend and i did did all the searching alone. Finally i found 4 dresses while she was trying on one and when I got close to the fitting room thats when the employee started following me around . She demanded i give her the dresses back as we can only try on 2 at a time. That was the last straw for me. I wouldve walked out because I knew I could get a better deal elsewhere however I was pressed with time. I decided on a dress and processed to check out. She didnt even help with that and asked someone else to do it. Go shop elsewhere if you can . The employees are stuck up and act like youre going steal their dresses. The owner was there and did nothing so she doesnt realize the employees are what will have this place close down in no time. Consumers are what make a business run and we deserve respect .

Great selection of dresses if you like that style with a very nice owner (lady at counter was very sweet) but employees on floor are the reason I did not ended it up buying from them, and also found the same exact dress for my daughter Baptism that Palacio was offering at $180 for $60 right down the street at Soo Boutique.

Excellent selection. Owner is a gem, very helpful. This place has become my go-to for childrens formal wear. Anytime someone has a wedding coming up I always refer them here for their ring bearer & flower girl. And they always walk out with exactly what they need. They have quince dresses galore, always beautiful.

The owner of this place has an amazing heart, and I will never forget what they did for my little girl. My 10 year old daughter passed away last year, and with my heart destroyed, I had to gain the strength to walk in a store and buy her last outfit for the viewing. It was the hardest thing any mother can go through. I wanted my daughter to look like the princess she was. When I went to the counter to pay for all my items, the owner would not allow me to pay (the young lady that helped me must of told her what happened). I was beyond touched and will forever be grateful. I’ve always shopped there for special occasions in the past for my twin girls, but after my experience there they have gained a customer forever. This is definitely my go to place for formal wear for my little one. Their customer service is excellent, they treat my fiancé, daughter, and I like family every time we go :) I recommend this store to anyone that ever has a special event !!!!

Ive been coming to this store for many years. I purchased an outfit and was given the wrong size when I in fact said to them I needed a 0-3 months. I was not able to give the gift to my newborn nephew because of the sizing. I came in the store today and they somehow saw a little stain. Mind you the outfit was never worn. She gave me a hard time telling me that she will not return it. Here I am stuck with this outfit, I will never come here again!

Bought my daughters christaining dress and 2nd birthday tutu, I loved them both! Definitely my go to for dresses and tutus, so worth the money.

It is difficult to leave a comment to this place, because the employees are very friendly but the cashier a blonde-haired lady apparently the owner, while she sells everything well but for any change something that does not seem uff hold on because she gets angry, finally It is seriously a 25 dollar white face mask that scam.

We travel an hour to get to this store and they will treat us like GARBAGE the charro suit for babies costs $ 250 and so that they have it throwing it in a plastic bag in the corner, what a bad service they give for those prices that they have if they want to charge so much SEPAN SERVING THE CUSTOMER, what of the customer you eat. We easily find another store because this is not the only one.
