5 star for the outside ambience as the cafe is inside the park and near water feature . But food is below average 😟. We got two panini sandwiches ( turkey pesto and garden ) and both tasted very average . I wouldn’t go for sandwiches here. The breakfast options are not open yet . May be I can visit when they open up the breakfast option. It would be nice to enjoy the place with croissant and eggs sandwiches and coffee ☕️ . What could go wrong with croissant and eggs right 😊. Well the lady over there making sandwich was nice and helpful .

This is THE go-to spot for park goers. There is coffee, tea, sandwiches, ice cream, outdoor and indoor wearing, and a nice view.The chicken caprese sandwich is great, but you can also just get a hot dog and go on your walk.

LOVED THE FOOD. My fiancé got the eggplant parm panini and I got the turkey pesto panini. Service was great! The lady at the register and making the food handled a crowd well and with a friendly attitude! 100% recommend and will be telling friends and family.

A very cute cafe close to the train station and park. I had a terrific chai latte and cheese danish. It was cozy warm on a cold winter day, and there was a fire going in the corner!

I came here on a week day to study. There was plenty of parking and it wasnt busy so that was great. The location is cozy and adorably decorated, plus it’s coffee and food was delicious. Service was friendly and helpful. Although, it did get a bit chilly since i dont think they have the heat working.

You gave me a friendly and delicious drink. Bread is also delicious.

With such a charming and soothing atmosphere, its no wonder the experience is so enjoyable. And, of course, the food was fresh and delicious! Friendly service too, Ill definitely be coming back here often.

A hidden gem, in Passaic park on lake. Great 4 romantic dates esp when weather nice, its beautiful! Great place 4 small events, nice music even have some wrapped kosher desserts and ice cream. Have wifi, nice boutique coffee house/cafe for non kosher also.

5 Stars ✨ Will book again...Best Venue!!! I had my Gender Reveal there this past weekend Aug 3, 2019. The owner was super friendly and super helpful and so was his amazing staff.

The service is good, parking is free and easy. We ordered the chicken bruschetta and local seafood casserole. Both are good in terms of tastes just the latter comes with much smaller size than expected especially given the price.

Charming place with a great atmosphere and great view. Staff is super accommodating and Id definitely come back

Owner is very nice and friendly. We came almost an hour after it closed, but he opened up for us so we could get ice cream. And he was very nice about it. Place also has a lot of charm both inside and out. Is is in middle of 3rd Ward Park, with an outdoor terrace against the lake.

Coffee was ok. The girl on the counter told us they close in 5 minutes as we walked in. It was on Thursday around 5pm. And she brought the coffee out said I just started it might not be that good. But it’s a great location for a coffee shop by the pond.

Baked goods both sweet and savory are available and the space is huge and great for meeting friends.Looking forward to seeing this location thrive for years to come.

I have lived in Passaic my whole life. I have seen the city go through many changes both gd and bad. One of the best and I mean Best things that happened so far is the Boathouse in Third Ward Park Passaic. The food its like eating the best of the best for less than diner prices. I already Booked 2 private parties and had a friend rent it out for a baby shower. The staff is friendly and quickly serving u.The owners are wonderful people to get to know. They will treat u the way u should be treated with respect. The most expensive thing on the menu is 6.99. Pack the kids up and take a ride for an amazing experience. Make sure you visit the outside patio.

They had organized Holi festival last week. It was full of fun and colorful. Thanks for that. Also have good items for food and drinks.
