Sears and Craftsman are still great. Had an issue with my less than one year old Craftsman lawnmower, where the motor would overheat and/or not start. The Sears rep tried repairing it and when it could not be repaired a new lawnmower was offered. That is the Sears I grew up with and why they continue to get my business.

I actually drove to this customers house with my personal vacuum to take care of her carpet...because her vacuum failed, which we offered her money back... but I quote, Im having a Superbowl party, and my carpet is dirty. true story, so I went and vacuumed for her

Great staff that really care about the job they do and trying to do anything they can to make the customers happy.

This store is hideous. I would NEVER recommend buying anything at this store. The owner and associates will lie to you and tell you they take care of you. They dont. I spent over $250 on a home item and it broke within 6 months. They make empty promises and dont follow through. It is extremely upsetting they hide behind the Sears name to get you in the door, take your money but when there is an issue, all that comes out is lies, lies, lies. Steer clear unless you want to feel taken advantage of. LOSERS!

The store owner is nice but i hate this place. They never answer the phone and i had serious issues with an employee named matt over a water heater. Was told they had one om stock and when the tech showed up to pick up the tank they didnt have it. Most of the time the hours they have posted arent correct. Lost count of the times ive showed up there in the middle of the day and the doors are locked. And heres another example. Ive been calling for an hour now to try and buy a stove. In desperate need of one and against my better judgement i have to get one from there. But i cant because anyone there to answer the phone. Absolutely worthless.

I had sears install a central air and when they installed it they used a line set made out of aluminium instead of copper and its all leaked out i called sears for a repair man AND WHEN HE GOT HERE 6 DAYS LATER the repair man said he couldnt fix it and charged me 69 dollars for coming out i called another cooling co and they said that that when sears installed a drain line wrong and thats why the floor is sagging i will neveruse or bye any thing from sears again
