Ive had my truck in to Reliable Auto care twice. Both times, Richard has been outstanding in terms of both price point and customer service. He has been very honest in what is needed, and both times showed me the old and worn parts without even prompting. I will be going to Richard for any future auto service needs!

Richard is an amiable and honest mechanic. He does what he says ge will, and his prices are more than reasonable. I had a stressful situation, and he had it taken care of and ready to go the next day. I wont take my car anywhere else.

I came across this place while looking for somewhere to get an oil change a few years ago and kept going back for oil changes because of the fair pricing and because of the owner. Rich always takes the time to discuss whats going on with my car and keeps me informed without trying to oversell me on something I either dont need at all or dont need at the moment. Hes been honest and trustworthy, and always available when I need help with a car issue in a pinch. Ive used him for a few different high cost repairs at this point and his work is great, prices are extremely competitive and fair and he is always willing to stand by his work. I would highly recommend him and his shop for anyones mechanic needs!

Took my vehicle here about 2 years ago because I needed an oil change. Havent went anywhere else since. Richard is a straight shooter and will tell you like it is, the good the bad and the ugly. He alos recently added a guy named Justin that seems to be a superstar on the rise. Went to pick up my car and he was on it, had it all ready and explained everything. Knowledge, customer service and cost is second to none! HIGHLY recommend!!

Richard was great! I used the Groupon deal for both the front and rear pads and he was awesome with taking care of me quickly and cost effectively. He went above and beyond to ensure that not only my breaks were taken care of but even helped me out with some other issues I had been having with a noise that other mechanics had yet to figure out. Not only does he tell you what professionally you need done for your car but he also shares with you what he would do if he were you and is very honest.Very highly satisfied, will definitely be a repeat customer moving forward.

I could not have been more pleased with the service I received this morning at Reliable Auto. I needed an oil change for my Fiat and was told by several places that they do not service Fiats. I finally found a place (a well-known chain) that said they could do it ... so I rearranged my whole day to get in for the only time they had available. To my utter disappointment, about 30 minutes into the job, I was told that they were mistaken and could not complete the oil change. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated. I went home and did a google search and found Reliable Auto. In my desperation, I sent a text late at night thinking I probably wouldn’t hear back for a while. To my surprise, I received a text back early this morning telling me that not only could they definitely do an oil change on a Fiat, they could fit me in that very morning!!! I was elated! I was greeted with such kindness and professionalism. He explained everything to me in simple terms (since I know nothing about cars) and made helpful recommendations/suggestions without the usual sales pitch pressure. Instead, he offered to email me a quote so I could think about it ... which I greatly appreciated. I have already told several people about Reliable Auto and will continue to spread the word. These folks are honest, kind, flexible, affordable, convenient, professional, and very knowledgeable!!

I was scheduled an appointment a week in advance as that was the soonest I could get in. I had scheduled for an appointment at 9:00 am for when they first open, I got there 10 minutes early and no one was there until 9:20. I called twice and was never told that they were running late. I had to leave as I could not wait around any longer because I had other plans and only needed an oil change. I will not be coming back again and dont recommend them to anyone.

I found out about this garage from a Groupon purchase on an oil change. When I called to schedule an appointment, Richard offered to do the oil change after the shop closed at 5, because I didnt have flexibility to leave downtown until 4:30. When I got there he was friendly and down to earth. We got to talking about everything from both of us having the same wedding anniversary to discussing both of our wives being pregnant. He completed the oil change and came back with a good report on my older vehicle, only mentioning that Id need new brakes at my next oil change. By the time I got home I had a receipt for the oil change, an estimate for the brakes, and even a link to an ultrasound place he talked about in my email.Great experience, customer service, and attitude that you wont find at other garages

2012 BMW needed a water pump replacement. Car runs great now and received the work at a fair cost. Richard even cleaned the engine of dirt and dust before giving the car back.
