Grant recently provided us with outstanding and expedient customer service that went above and beyond the reason for our visit. He even reviewed our plan and pointed out three ways we could be saving money. My husband and I highly recommend this location.

I came in looking to upgrade my phone but wasn’t really sure which phone I was going to upgrade to. Savanna helped me choose the perfect phone for me as well as gave me great deals on not just the phone but accessories too! I walked out with the phone I wanted and was very pleased that it didn’t break the bank either! She was very nice, understanding, and knew what she was doing. Best Verizon store I’ve been to and best experience I’ve had at Verizon. Thank you to the staff and Savanna.

7 and a 1/2 months ago I got a phone plan They screwed up my paperwork so bad it took me 7 months to get straightened out I stopped by one afternoon to get a charge cable for my phoneLere some handwritten note saying there in a meeting 20 minutes after they said they were getting back they were still not openFinally someone comes to the door with an attitude they were in a meeting I wouldnt go to the store If my life depended on it

I went in thinking that I needed to get my phone completely reset then I would need to reinstall several apps to recover from malware being reported in Google Play Store by Viper. But the friendly and tech savvy gal at the store (sorry I didnt catch her name) got the issue resolved without a reload. Not only did she do this quickly, she didnt charge for her service! Many thanks to her & Verizon for being there for me when I needed thwm.

The new works here are very helpful and great to deal with. They have a huge selection of in-stock phones and accessories.If you had a horrible experience like I did when this store opened definitely give them another try the current staff is great

Verizon wireless in pataskala Ohio is the best. The costumer service is amazing. They helped me file my claim after breaking my note 8 and when ups brought my new one I took it in there and they set it all up for me. They know their phones.

Not impressed.Asked the guy if we could switch our phones over to our new phones that we own, and if there would be a charge or not. He said uhm, Im not sure if there would be or not... Wed just have to try it and find out wasnt very helpful, seemed like he was just trying to get us in there and get us to invest some of our time before telling us there would be a small fee

Not real happy with this store, thought they could help me with getting a free phone by adding a line, I ended up paying 10.89 amonth for 2 years because they didnt have the phone in the ad and gave me another, after 3 phone calls I finally found someone to fix it

Our experience at Go Wireless of Pataskala was friendly, they answered all of our questions, and gave us lots of information about cell phones thanks to Jim Beedy. We are very happy with the cell phones we bought.

I bought a phone back in October of 2018 and I told them multiple times to not change my plan as it is an old grandfathered plan that I can not go back to. I just found out that they did change my plan and I have been paying overages since then. I dont recommend this location.
