Came in today only to activate my 13 pro max & ended up calling my family of 4 over to upgrade their lines. They all walked out with the new iPhone 13 Pro Max ordered! Dominic was our rep & he was just amazing! Catered to all of our needs and was extremely helpful and patient with all of us. My parents switched over from sprint to Verizon just because of him, if you’re ever in the area & need a great rep Dominic is the one to go by far. Haven’t ever experienced such great service until him. 👏🏻
Great service and quick set up! I have been wanting an Apple Watch for a while but I didn’t know if it was worth spending the money on. Dominic took the time and explained all the features to me and helped me set everything up to make it compatible. We live in Merced and stopped at this location because my son was getting a hair cut next door. I only stopped in to look and Left with the watch I had been wanting. I will always buy my products from this location now. Dominic was great! Thank you for the great service glad we made the switch to Verizon!
I was traveling in Patterson for work and my iPhone stopped working. I went to the Verizon store to buy a new phone. Dominic first worked with me to try to get my old phone working again, but unfortunately it would not come back to life. I had multiple options for replacing my old phone and Dominic very patiently went over each option and helped me chose the option that best fit my needs. I was so happy with the service at this location that I went ahead and bought another phone for my sons birthday that was a month away.
If you come here ask for Dominic, best rep you can ask for. Came in for a simple activation and ended up calling in the whole family and everyone ended up getting new phones. Go with Dominic he’ll get you settled for sure. Give that man a raise!!!
Had an amazing experience at this location initially went in with help on an activation, ended up pre ordering the new iPhone and adding two family members to my plan all thanks to Dominic. He had amazing customer service and was super detailed on what the steps were and what to expect !

We went in because the phone I recently bought wasn’t working. The manager told us, “I can’t help you, you have to come back in 40 minutes.” No greeting, apology, or acknowledgement when we walked in. When I asked why she was abrupt and continued to have an attitude. Come to find out she didn’t schedule enough staff to help customers. We left and after 6 years of patronage decided to spend our money elsewhere. She lacks professionalism and needs to grow up. Certainly she should not be in a managerial position. Note: The regular employees have always been good.

Ive received very bad customer service from a Verizon franchise store on 09/02/2020 located at 1040 Sperry Ave Ste. D Patterson, CA. 95363 The individual that didnt help me her name is Valerie as she discriminated against me as I enter the store from the correct door for a second time. A white individual enter the store from a side door, he was just racing to get inside before I entered, since only one customer is only allowed at a time. This Verizon franchise store had signs posted on the door explaining not to enter the store through the side doors, there were arrows directing customers to enter around the corner of building. This is how I entered, I walked to the counter and I was asked to leave because she was servicing a customer whom were a White male and Im a black male following directions and reading instructions. Had this white male came through the correct door he would have been behind me. So this customer service person began to yell and scream at me for being in the store, and she ask me to leave so she could help this white individual who she said entered the store first. Clearly she doesnt know her job and she doesnt follow directions or instructions that are clearly posted on all of the Windows were she is employed. If youre White go through the side door, everyone else read and follow instructions

We realize there are changes with the virus. However. My husband is 77 and I am 73. We went to your store, three reps at counter, no one in the store, but still they would not help us together. We were both wearing masks.They said only one person at a time allowed in store.We both wanted new phones.I feel exceptions to the rule is sometimes needed. I was very confused on what carrier to go with but, with just walking in Vivianna was there with a smile to help me. She showed me all the features of the S10 Plus .. I had to have it !!! She offered other phones similar but nope .. So I ended up with it. She made it so affordable plus the GREAT service of Verizon is Worth it.. Manager on duty was AWESOME .. Will highly recommend Patterson Verizon..
This was an easy place to talk with the associate. We already knew what we wanted and it just help streamlined the process with the help from the store managers. I would recommend going here because even though there was a weight they made sure acknowledged that you were there waiting and let you know how long it could be. Its always an ordeal changing phones and services, but thanks to Viviana, we made the change easily and she saved us a lot of money too. I would 100% recommend Verizon and this location in particular. She was wonderful and made her self available for whatever we needed.

Incompetent Employees, i was supposed to get 3 lines of unlimited, but they set me up with only 1 line of beyond and got some of the account info wrong. Took me 2 days of calling and using the company website to fix everything they messed up. So much easier doing this online, even got the military discount and auto pay discount as well as better informed employees.
My husband, daughters, and I went into the store on Sunday to surprise our youngest with a new phone. I was dealing with the sales lady and trying to keep the whole transaction a surprise for my daughter, so I was not being as aware of things as I should have. The lady asked me if I wanted a case and screen protector, and if I would like her to put them on the phone for me. I said yes, but at no point did I think to ask how much the items were, because I was expecting them to be maybe $50 total in cost. The case was a cheap clear one like the one that I had gotten for my other phone at Costco for $20, and the screen protector, well it was a screen protector. At no point did the lady disclose to me any of the prices I would be paying, except for the monthly charges Verizon would charge for the new line. I felt the the bill was high when she rang me up, but I was still preoccupied with trying to keep the phone a surprise, so I didnt review my charges right away. It wasnt until that night when I reviewed my receipt that I realized what a huge rip off that store was. Keep in mind that I got a Samsung J3 for my youngest. The phone only costs $200 and is a great starter phone, but is not a Galaxy. The case the lady sold me was $45 and the screen protector was $50, AND she charged me $20 to put the case and screen protector on. ARE YOU FRICKEN KIDDING ME?!?! I NEVER would have agreed to those prices had I been told up front. I never agreed to pay her to put the protector and case on the phone, and she did not disclose to me that she would charge me if she did it. I am so mad at myself for not paying more attention. If I had, I would have walked away and gone somewhere else, or ordered the phone online. When talking to my husband about the situation I laughed, because the lady had told me that I need to be careful when getting phones from Costco. HA! In all the years that we have dealt with Costco for our Verizon needs we have never been swindled. Wasnt until going into this store that it finally happened. BUYERS BEWARE!UPDATE: Contacted customer service about the situation at the time I wrote this review and still have not heard back from them. Never again.

If I could give it a 0 star I would. First, of all we came to Verizon not because we were not happy with our previous carrier but because at the time of our switch Verizons finance options just made more sense since we didnt have $800 something up front for a new phone for my husband.In February we came to the store and had all five numbers transferred from Metro PCS( scoff if you want Never had a problem before with service and if anything went wrong they were QUICK to resolve it) bought five new phones. It did not take at first so had to come in next day to get it resolved. Then, my new Google Pixel 2 was defective right out the box but they sent me home with it anyway claiming it would get better...it didnt. They replaced it so problem resolved and I give them that credit.But today we walked in to the store, where we had just spent money on an SD card a few days before on the recommendations of Viviana Gutierrez to help resolve the storage problem on my daughters Samsung phone, to help resolve the issue again by the so called experts. We walked in with a phone that does not accept texts or phone calls or open up the photo gallery even after deleting 6 apps, moving all photos and apps that could to the SD card.Viviana asked if she could erase the At Bat app my daughter said,no. She then proceeded to go on the SD card and asked if she can erase the things on it to which my daughter said those are all my apps and she said they were just copies of the apps. To which I said, I had moved all the apps I could to the SD card in order to free up some room on the actual phone but it had not actually freed any storage up which is why we came for help. Viviana assured us that they were only copies of the apps and thats why it did not free up space. She then proceeded to give my daughter her phone back and said that it was defective and we should call the manufacturer. Thats when my daughter asked where her apps were and the videos that were so sentimental? Viviana said that they were still there... Um we are not blind it says application not installed on all her apps and the SD card has no videos. She literally deleted the apps and videos off the SD card and claimed that it was the phone getting worse even though we both asked her prior to deleting anything whether it would be deleting it completely. Well Viviana had no clue what shes was talking about and we feel absolutely distraught at the loss of the videos of family members no longer with us gone forever. Words alone cant describe the sadness my daughter is experiencing now.
Liz the customer representative was very rude and an unpleasant person. She has no customer service experience. First and last time coming to this place!

I went into the local store to pick up a Sim card for my new iPad I just purchased and they wanted to ding me $10 per SIM cardI have purchased 4 phones and six tablets from this location and I can’t believe they want to ding me for something that should be free they blamed it on inventory controlI guess going forward it’s better just to order it online or from Verizon directly

Worst service ever! I regret buying here, I should have gone to verizon directly and not here. They are an authorized dealer only. Spent more than 6 hours activating phones. Few days after internet is really bad. I had 14 days to return phones but the 4 times i went back manager was never there and they gave me the run around until finally my 14 were up and there was nothing I could do to return them. They can take my money super fast but when I tried to return the phones none of the workers were “Allowed” to do returns, only manager. This place will cost you about $100 extra in “taxes” per line and you still have to pay activation after so its better to go to verizon directly!

Came to this store looking for better service then AT&T or T-Mobile only to be greeted by a guy by the name of Malcom who didnt know what he was doing and sat on the phone the entire time trying to receive instructions from his manager, whom also didnt know what he was doing. Poor service, poor customer service, dont even bother wasting your time!
Hands down one of the best Verizon stores in the central valley, the staff is always ready and willing to assist. This store also has promotions that corporate stores do not.
