The app doesnt work here. Because of GPS POINT LOCATION ON APP.It doesnt have a good food menu the fuel entrance and exit conflict so there isnt very good traffic flow.There is always A-line for the shower now and it could be a whole lot better

They sell one of the best and tastiest smoky wings around. Hot,crispy and spicy if you want. I call to order ahead on my way to San Francisco from Los Angeles, and I get my hot wings ready. Worth every dollar.

Large showers good pressure but far from the cleanest. Grey soap?? Droplets on the shower wall and they arent stains. Before you say its a free shower quit your whining, at $0.30-0.50 more per gallon than smaller non franchise fuel stops youre paying $15 for that free shower with only a 50 gallon fill-up much more for some if you, unless youre a company driver, not to mention theyve got drivers by the short ones and charge us as such knowing were limited in where we can go. That being said, nice mgr and staff.

The manager, cecelia (sorry if I’m butchering the spelling) was being super rude. One of her cashiers was slammed and had 20 people in line and when he asked for help she was being unbelievably rude to him in front of all of us. She then proceeded to check out a few guests ahead of me, one of which was a gentleman who clearly was having trouble communicating with her (he was clearly foreign and having trouble getting the right words together) and she was being so rude and condescending to him, right in front of guests and her co workers. Management should set the tone for employees to follow and it’s sad when you see someone in a leadership role, not even care. I’m 100% sure there’s someone that can fulfill her job and be at least decent to the guests. What happened to customer service? I understand it’s a truck stop and nothing will wind up coming of it. The owner/district manager/ whoever it is in charge of leadership here should really take a look at who they have in leadership and maybe send her to a class that teaches customer service. We shouldn’t have to walk into an establishment and be worried about the manager being the one that’s rude. I can understand why all the employees are rude here and it’s because they see their manager setting the tone. I walked into the Wendy’s to order some food and literally felt like I was walking into a completely different building, as the employees there were at least professional. Maybe have whoever is in charge over there give Cecilia some pointers on customer service or give her some coaching on how to not make customers uncomfortable for no reason. Clearly she doesn’t appreciate her role or care about losing her job if she’s just able to be rude without repercussions, I would suggest to whoever is the actual “boss” at this place really look at who they put in charge. I understand people can’t be chipper 24/7 but I don’t think it was very fair that she made that individual super uncomfortable because he couldn’t say “supreme pizza” the way she wanted. I doubt she would appreciate someone patronizing her while she was just trying to buy something from a store. Customer service keeps people coming back. It’s what sets you apart from the business down the street. Clearly she knows she can get away acting like that to people helping support this business. Sad that the guy cleaning the showers was in a better mood and more professional than the manager.

Brand new building. Lots of truck parking outside and space near the driver entrance and exit for a few more. The store has several food options with Wendys, aunt Annes, cinnabon, and all the PJ Fresh options. The store is very well cleaned and maintained. The laundry facility is great. All of the showers are handicapped so the space is huge. Lots of hot water and great water pressure.

Every time I come here the staff is nice and everything is kept very clean. Also the gas is very affordable. Very nice and clean restrooms!

Be careful as you wash your hands in the restrooms as the water can get super hot that it almost burns🔥

One of the cleanest flying J Ive seen in over a week. Well stocked and plenty of parking. Friendly customer service and all the gas pumps isles are open.

Very clean and large bathroom for drivers

Not a travel center. They dont have showers, parking or anything that a real truck stop has to offer. They blame it all on covid-19. Well they should change their name. This place needs to be called ghetto gas or something. Definitely not a travel center and dont seem to be in the same league as the rest of the flying I have stopped at before. 😒

Purchased the 24hr premium WiFi in the store and walked out to my truck and no WiFi called into the store and the only response I can get was .....(maybe our service is slow for some reason....it might come back later) what....paid $5.99 for nothing.....🤷🤷🤷🤷🤬😡🤬😡

Store was a mess. Restrooms were nasty and supplies not stocked. Trash was on the floor throughout the store and trash cans full.

Good place to eat, shower, use the restroom and relax after a long day of driving.

Well I am pleased to say that this was a very nice experience, the staff was very friendly and the store was very clean and well stocked. The last couple of visits were very disappointing, way to start holding management accountable. From the CEO down to the part time cashier.the cooperation is finally heading in the right direction. Now the competition is still out there so donot rest on your laurels....

Worth driving a little further down the road for the cheap gas and clean bathrooms! :)

The showers are awesome, good pressure. The staff works really well together. The manager on 2nd shift was amazing on 7/18/20 she deserves a raise as does her staff, they even brought out my reserved parking ticket out to me. I think Patterson Flying J is on my list of top 5 PFJ stops!

This is a convenient stop with all sorts of essentials at night. The options are better than the tiny gas station convenience stores and there are more gas pumps, parking, and staff members on duty. You can get some of the local beer options here which is nice. There is fresh food and truck stop amenities are available.

Where do I even start? This place is so clean ! I love stopping here. They have super clean restrooms. Everything is always well stocked. They have all kinds of coffee options. They even have a Cinnabon. Very friendly staff. One of the best truck stop gas stations I’ve been to.

I am writing this email in regards to one of your flying J employee. I came in to buy some ice at the patterson, CA location and i wanted to get Cinnabon for my children at home. I walked up to the stand and waited, after a while i said excuse me because she ignored my presence. When she slightly turned around to acknowledge me she rolled her eyes and with a very rude tone said ill be right with you and turned around to continue to slowly spread the glaze on the rolls. I was very offended by her attitude and left without taking any of your products, with that said i know i am not the only customer that has experienced her bad behavior.

Love this Gas Station!!! Its very convenient for travelers and us residents.They have a lot of gas pumps, easy in and out. As it gets busy but it never feels busy because of the number of gas pump stalls. To make things even more convenient they are OPEN 24 hours.Another Pro for all the busy travelers they have a very clean food mart and a Wendys. I can go on about all the amazing features and amenities this location offers but wont you stop next time you are in the area.

This is the best pilot by far. Not only are they compling with corporate daily safety tasks, the staff are being very pleasant with every guest even under the circumstances! Very clean, friendly staff, great food selection. One of the best I have ever been to. Be nice if they would cater to us 4 wheel road warriors as much as the 18 wheeled ones. Maybe one day they will realize we actually out number truckers.

No cell phone service in building or around the parking lot.Can not use flying j app to get fuel or showers parking lot is some what large.Staff is somewhat nice managers are nice.Showers are nice and clean that because they are still new...Over all its a truck stop and its a place to sleep fuel and take a shower not much more to say..Please like if this helped youThanks..

Gas prices are better than on the freeway. Inside is clean and they are usually quick, but it does get busy. My guys love that they have Annies Pretzels there.

Fairly clean restrooms. RV-friendly with plenty of space around the RV gas pumps. They have a Wendys, Cinnabon, and Auntie Annes pretzels stand, so fairly vegetarian friendly but not vegan-friendly.

Great place to stop and get refreshments and fill up the tank. Location is pristine. Very clean restrooms a lots of ice cold beverages. just a couple miles off the 5 gas prices are always great. Right next to the Amazon fulfillment center so always busy.

So went to get cigarettes I purchased a Marlboro coupon with my reward points for Marlboro they were having difficulty scanning the coupon manager told them to manually enter it in and instead did not listen and I lost my reward coupon and which the lady proceeded to say sorry theres nothing they can do about it by far my worst experience at pilot flying j and Ive been to pilot flying j all throughout the country. and never had issues with Marlboro coupons besides at the store

Flying Js are the best. Tons of gas and diesel pumps. The food at the gas station is good. Their pizzas are fantastic and they have tons of snacks and drinks. Plus a Wendys and fresh cinna-buns. Easy to get in and out of the parking lots. The bathrooms are kept up with the amount of traffic they see. Great spot to stop.

I really liked this flying j, which says a lot because a good number of them are pretty gross. The truck parking lot was nice, large, and completely paved (no dirt lot parking lot). The showers are a lot bigger than the showers at other flying j stores and other truck stops. The showers were immaculately clean. The store has a great selection of food, drinks, and other items. The staff were nice and helpful. The store was very clean.

Slow as hell here, long wait for the register with employees just missing from register with a line of customers, long wait for showers because they aren’t prepped/ready despite being empty, this location used to be better, really gone downhill in the last year.

Had to share this. I went in and payed for two separate pumps using the self checkout when I put my money in for the second pump I watched the money go in and waited for a second then took off without grabbing my other receipt. I went out to tell the ol lady the pump was ready and went to pump mine. Nothing happened so I called in on the box and when I went in the manager checked what happened and noticed when I walked out the money came out and, an individual had taken my money from the machine when I left. the manager said it wasnt my fault and comped me what I payed. Awesome thanks guys

Good place to park/Fuel, friendly staff, clean BUT no matter when I come here (once a month) they NEVER seem to have driver kiosk (for printing Fuel or getting shower) working... The purpose these kiosks are here is for speedy process but now must stand in long lines just to get full receipt.... PLEASE FIX PROBLEM

Great staff.. very polite.. but can get busy at times. But then again if your in a hurry just pay at the pump with a card.

I love the coffee, clean facilities, hot dogs are good and fuel lines (lines to get diesel) not too excited, sometimes or I should say, most of the times too crowded.I should add that its not the stores fault, some of the drivers pull up but take forever to move and that is what slows down the lines, because they block other drivers from pulling up when done

Place was cleaned. Plenty parking space. Friendly staff. Bret the manager hook me up with some dark mint chocolate, I asked if there were more, he immediately left what he was doing and putted more. That is a great service. Thank you.

The way a truck stop should be made, plenty of parking. Easy spots to get into. Plenty of fuel islands with cat scale. Friendly employees. Theres a huge variety of food options such as cinnamon bun, aunties pretzels, pizza and a Wendys. Restrooms are very clean, Showers big and has a huge drivers lounge with nice recliners. Will definitely stop at this truck stop again

Havent seen a review mentioning the gas pumps that dont seem to work properly but some of them dont, just in case @flyingJ employees/management dont know about this. Other than that everything is cool.

Clean, friendly staff, surprisingly delicious pizza. If you have the Pilot Flying J app on your phone, there are daily discounts like buy one get one free, or just straight up free large fountain drink or something. The app is free and the discounts are worth it. I think i get like 3 cents off gas, but I use the bogo on cooler items more than anything else. Which is often on Thursday.

However if healthier meals were provided in the hot case or, perhaps be willing to heat meals per-request such as the pot roast or meatloaf dinners.This could be a plus. Not all drivers can tolerate the standard fare of greasy, fried or sugary items available on a regular basis. The P.J. Fresh is often just a iceburg salad (crunchy water really) and short of the fruit and the eggs, everything else is so processed it makes it also unhealthy. We are the folks that keep commerce moving. Show us Drivers that your company HONESTLY cares about our well being and that of the general public. Everyone will be more thankful! And no, we dont want to be forced to choose a meal from some fast food place either! We need HEALTHIER HOT MEAL OPTIONS. Thank you.

Very clean rest stop, busy all the time, plenty of items to choose from.....this is a truckers stop so you are able to find lots of items here from car accessories to items for kids. Finger foods available, pastries, coffee, tea, soft drinks, juice, water, gas pricing pretty good for regular & diesel.

Showers were simply amazing very large, water was hot and refreshing. Only drawback I can say is the lack of a sit down restaurant, seems all the truck stops are going with fast food and thats so boring. All in all a great stop probably one of the nicest places Ive ever been to.

Good place to fuel. Wendys grill is closed for cleaning from around 2 - 4 A.M. No hot deli food at that time as well. Why the 3 star rating.

Very good service. Nice store. Everyone was friendly. Pizza is excellent. Bought the whole pie for 12 bucks. The hand twist the crust. Tastes like a garlic roll.Yum. Has a Cinnabum and Subway and attached the the best Dannys ever.

A few fast food options, a Starbucks and a sit down Chinese food place that also offers take out. Has a couple of gas stations as well. Good reststop to recharge, refuel and hit the road again.

Usually at night sometimes it smells inside the store really bad. Best if you stop by during the daytime. Customer service could be better but overall they have almost just about every little thing you might need for out on the road.

Flying J Travel Center is a great place to stop and stretch your legs and use the restroom or get something to munch on. You can grab a delicious Wendys burgers, fries and a yummy strawberry lemonade. Speaking about yummies you can also killer cinnabons which is one of my favorite things to munch on.

Great friendly place had alot of choices for food wise and bathrooms were very clean I noticed they had showers there for truck drivers and Im not sure if it was for the public or just truck drivers this place you can fill up your car or truck with gas also car wash I thought I saw there might of been something else ..if anyone is in that area you should check it out it even has a git shop inside it

The best place to fill up in the area. The restrooms are usually clean, they have good snacks inside and the staff is helpful. I hope one day they put some Electric Vehicle Chargers there though.

Great place to stop for fuel and on the road snacks. Pizza is fresh as are the cinnabons. Staff is very friendly havent had a single bad experience here. The coffee man if you like coffee you need to try the fresh ground coffee machines. Wish all the Js were up to speed like this one. Great job

It is one of the newest flying js they have and it is definitely 1 of the worst. If you come between 1:00 a.m. In the morning and 5:00 a.m. you can pretty much count on not having any coffee made. Employees walk around with phones in their hands buried in Deep thought, yes that is sarcasm, the Wendys Never has any beef ready after about 1:00 a.m. In the morning because they are supposedly cleaning the grills which I never see anyone doing anything except walking around again with their phones in their hands. If I did not have to stop there I would not stop. The place is ridiculous

Great place! At wendy’s, Food was ready super fast! Good quality, lady at the counter, Amanda was super friendly and patient with me! I totally recommend this place! Everything is clean and customer service is impeccable! At the shower, size was super big (of the biggest I’ve been to!) very clean shower, hot water, good quality towels. I totally recommend this place and for sure I will come back! Thank you Wendy’s and FJ!

When I say this place is clean,has all most everything you need there,an lets not for get the smell of fresh baked cinnamon buns,oh an fresh coffee,they sell pizzas there, burrito s, ribs chicken to many to list all but if you dont fill like cooking an you want a home cooked meal this is the best, an for the kids there is in the same building Wendys so you can even take care of the kids an your self there they have the best chicken nuggets there,so looking for gas,milk bread coffee cold fountain drinks all types of snack fun from healthy snacks to sinfull snacks they have it all so hope to see you all there soon,yes Im there at least twice a day.

Good for little ones. Clean bathrooms. There was a changing table near the sinks and a infant/toddler seat in the stall. I also liked that there was fresh fruit in the store such as bananas and cantaloupe that was great to feed my toddler.

You’re out of coffee! How in the heck do you not make enough coffee?! Both, both of your bean to cup are out of order? Or just don’t feel like cleaning them? While traveling I stopped at the Flying J they have great gas prices its a multi-purpose tour from Pizza to Cinnabons to ice cream and most of all to have the cleanest restrooms

Nice place with diesel and gas as well as big rig refueling. Showers for people driving the long haul. Lots of snacks, food, and options here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Tends to be a lot of folks going in and out, parking near the entrance is hit or miss. Overall a great place to stop off at, very clean restrooms but the doors for the stalls slam if you let go which can be startling.

Great place to get a snack, car amenities, quick dinner and great pastries. Their gas is cheap and the air is free to use by everyone. Very welcoming

Really clean shower, and the people who work here are pretty nice people. I was coming up from LA, so I reserved a parking space because I wasnt sure how crowded it would be, and when I got here at 3:30 p.m. there were about 25 open spaces....oopsAfter reading some of the other reviews, I think it is really passive aggressive the way the management responds to some of the complaints. It would actually be more helpful if they didnt respond at all, and pretend they didnt see the negative comments, than to respond in such a condescending way to the customers. Welcome to the age of the internet!
