Horrible customer service

As a homeowner went there to process a Navien Boiler warranty claim. Paid for a new boiler ($2,000) until old one came back Ok, then paid $100 boiler warranty processing fee. I was told more than once that they werent going to process the claim and told to go somewhere else. They are a Navien boiler distributor, I shouldnt have to go somewhere else. I was spoken to like a moron because I wasnt a contractor. Never going back
