Worst service ever! The first guy I talked to confirmed the $69 charge. The girl that did the work put $100 oil in and said she was never told the cheaper oil. They never checked the tires, wipers or air filter. The tires needed air, I needed wipers and a air filter. They never attempted to check. Worst service and worst customer service ever! Save your money and find a place that cares about its customers. If I could give 0 starts I would. 1 star is more then they deserve. If you don’t care about what happens to your car this is the place for you.

Had an oil change done and my front brakes and rotors replaced. The guys there were super friendly and knowledgeable. They told me and showed me step by step what they were doing and informed me on things as they went. Very convenient to have that all done without even having to get out of the car! Prices were comparable to other shops, but would definitely return to this location for the outstanding service! Thanks!

This is the best of best jiffy lube..... They are very honest and very helpful in determining issues with your vehicle. Carlos is the manager and he is definitely a great person.... Jiffy Lube should be grateful that they have such an outstanding manager of their repair shop. Personell is also very pleasant.... Great place.

This was my first time getting an oil change, but two of the nicest people Ive ever met in Carlos and Angelina made sure it was fast and easy.

I went today for my oil change and the guys working were so professional, fun, and all around great guys and hard workers. I had issues changing my light due tI my car overlapping the light itself and despite it taking so much time they were so nice and talked me through why I couldnt. Honestly I would recommend this location to ANYONE and EVERYONE. You wont find better service anywhere else!

One of the best JL locations I’ve been too. Very polite, efficient and don’t push you into getting extra things. Simply suggested I need coolant flush done and I came back for that service at my own time after my car started acting out. I’ve been to very creepy jiffy lube and Valvoline locations and this one feels very safe. We’ll be back!

Service was quick and staff was courteous. For an oil change, it was perfectly fine. However, they told me a couple months ago that my tires were fine and didnt even need to be rotated, but while getting my inspection elsewhere today they showed me how badly worn they are. I am not happy that Jiffy Lube sent me away on tires that needed to be replaced.

The price of their oil change is insanely high now. Was going to be $80. They said they could use a $10 coupon... I went on their website and found a $15 coupon. They didnt reset the computer in the car so it stills keeps saying get oil change on the dash

I brought my car in yesterday for an oil change and everything seemed fine. Staff was friendly and efficient. Later in the evening I was driving into Providence and started hearing this loud scraping sound under the engine. I suspected it was the skid plate and when I was able to pull off the thruway and look under the car that turned out to be the problem. The technicians at Jiffy Lube had apparently forgotten to bolt it back on correctly. I spoke to the manager today and he said to bring the car in and he would put a new skid plate on. I’m assuming he did, although when I looked under the car it appeared to be some sort of felt, not metal like before. I gave this two stars instead of one, because at least he admitted that they had made a mistake. But they didn’t offer any coupon or credit to make up for the extra hassle and time I went through to bring the car back in. I was also thinking that if they forgot to attach the skid plate correctly, then what else did they forget to do? I paid for the synthetic oil change yesterday; hopefully that’s what I received. I don’t have a great deal of confidence in this place.

Must be new management I guess cause I had the best service I have ever had with a repair shop. They were quick, vacuumed my car, found money under the seat and returned it. That shocked me for a bunch of young staff and a loose 20 Dolla bill.

The tech who greeted me in line was very professional and had a great attitude for a rainy Saturday before Easter Sunday. I knew I was getting a fair price and I didnt even have time to get comfortable with my free coffee before they were finished changing the oil, topping off my fluids, and vacuuming my drivers seat area. The store manager was very helpful and accommodating as well. I will definitely be back here thats for sure.

The absolute best jiffy lube. I trust them completely and theyre always friendly. They suggest recommended maintenance but arent pushy, just helpful. And honest.

In and Out Real Quick, Within 15 Minutes.Oil + Filter Was 40 Bucks. Granted I Bought the Full Synthetic.Charged 48 Bucks for 15 Minutes Labor. Quite Excessive.Thats 192 Bucks an Hour and They Arent Even Mechanics. Labor Rates in This Area Range Around 80 Bucks an Hour.Dont Think 🤔 I Will Be a Repeat Customer.

Cant say enough about the service I get at Jiffy. I swear sometimes I go there for an oil change and the time it takes between the time I get out of my car and get back in to go down the road is 8 to 10 minutes. They always tell me what service the car is going to need and they quote prices. Sure they do s little up sell but thats to be expected. They keep adding services to their line up too. So dont think they only change oil because they do a ton of other things. Just ask and they will tell you.

Pretty much sucked show them a coupon I had on my phone and they said it wasnt for their store but it was for about 30 other stores in the area so I didnt get the discount then after I get the oil change they found the one that was the right one but they couldnt use it cuz they already processed my account they suck

These guys are fantastic!! My car was making an awful scary noise, so I just pulled over into this Jiffy Lube on Newport Ave in Pawtucket, late on a Friday afternoon. They didnt think twice about taking a quick look for me. The knowledgeable mechanic knew the issue riight away, fixed it right there on the spot for me. I was in and out in 15 mins!! Great people own and work at this Jiffy Lube 100% will be my go-to for oil changes and breaks from now on!!

Went there for an oil change awhile back on an old car. Everything was fine till I left. Car smoked all the way home. Turns out they didnt tighten the oil filter all the way, so oil leaked out. Called them an complained to the point they drove to me to check it out. They said it was nothing they did and wouldnt take responsibility for it and left.

Manager was very rude and didnt even get my oil change right, didnt change the filter and stripped the drain plug. Seriously should have done this myself, its one of the basic things you can do to a car and they messed it up. Would give 0 outta 5 stars if I could.

Ive gone to this location three times in two days and each time the attendant comes out and asks me to come back in 1-1 1/2 hours because they are alone and cant work down stairs. You guys run a lousy shop if someone working cant do an OIL CHANGE.

I visited Jiffy Lube 5 months ago I was told that that I would receive a coupon for my next visit when it got close to my next oil change I have under 500 miles before my next oil change have not received any coupon?

I was traveling and needed oil change before driving home and this place was open Sundays when all others were closed.
