So where do I begin stopped in with a friend both of us from Mass. Friend already had his mind made up I had no interest but next to my friends bike I really like this one. Told him no couple days later I was doing paperwork. Credit manager was fantastic help me out to finalize sale.Came back checked bike out was in the service dept. My bike on Jack stand noticed it didn’t have highway pegs went to the store bought a set asked sales if he could put them on he said sure for 150.00 labor I haven’t even taken bike yet bike still on Jack- stand . I hope they don’t treat all there customers this way. Three weeks after still waiting for Mass plate stoped in to my insurance broker she came back and gave me a copy that bike shop already had my plates 7 days ago. No phone call had to drive back to pick up plate. I normally don’t give a bad Review this is focus on Sales. People in parts in store and credit dept. we’re fantastic not even a phone call to let me no plate was sitting on salesman desk. Labor 150.00 maybe I should of walked out. I would highly recommend ***** except for Sales. Don Rabidou/ Upton Ma.

Samantha in the service department is awesome. She is knowledgeable, and has lots of great ideas for solving problems, like how do I get my Harley out of my shed and down to Precision for service when it does not run. She advised me to try AAA, and that was the answer. I know that when she tells me something needs to be done to the bike, I can trust her, because she has great character. Then when the service to my bike is performed the results are excellent.

Having been to a few other local dealers getting prices, info and not seeing the bike I was looking for I started calling around. After calling about 10 dealers and getting the typical “run-around” I finally landed a call to Precision. It was nice to finally get the no BS answers I was looking for. They were the only ones to give a price over the phone and it beat all the places I stopped by. A two hour drive later and seeing the bike I was looking for; I was sold. The entire team was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Iv been to dealers in the past that seem to give off an “unwelcoming” vibe, not here. They went out of their way for me and I’m grateful for the time they spent to make the deal happen.

It was time for my one owner 100th Anniversary 2003 SuperGlide Sport FXDX to get some significant upgrades in the engine performance dept. I did a lot of research, a lot of looking and asked many people who would be best to tackle my project. Precision Harley- Davidson was the resounding response. So I took a trip to check out the shop, I walked in the service door and was promptly greeted by Samantha, Victor and Rich. I told them of my beloved FXDX the story behind it and how much this motorcycle truly meant to me and want I wanted to do to make it even better. Samantha gave run down of what engine performance and machine shop services Precision HD provides. Rich gave me a great tour of the entire shop, the history and philosophy of how they operated. Yes, I had a very detailed list of the parts that I thought would do the the mission. Master Tech Victor looked it over, asked me great questions about how I rode, what was important to me in performance, what I thought was lacking and why I wanted to do this. For the most part Victor agreed with my selections, however he gave me great advise in making some alterations to my ideas with very sound reasoning behind them. It is good to have someone tell what you need to know and not just what you want to hear. I was given a very detailed quote and time line to achieve. I very much appreciated getting my expectations put in line with reality.When I got the call form Samantha that my project was completed I was pleasantly surprised at it was sooner than I had expected and the cost was right on target. Victor gave me great advise on how to do the break in to ensure best performance & longevity explaining in detail the work performed and challenges along the way. Nothing great is achieved easily. I must say I am very impressed with the results, my cheeks hurt from smiling so much when I ride, awesome !! Thank you very sincerely Sam, Victor and Rich! If google would let me give you Six stars I would, Five stars is not enough.

Super easy experience, Anthony (Sales) & John (financing) both awesome, super friendly, understood my time constraints and made everything happen faster then I had expected. Would 100% recommend over any other dealership in the Mass, RI, CT area. They are an hour away from me and would make the trip down to them, for Parts, Service, Sales without a second thought.

There may have been a sign somewhere that miss, but that should be something you regularly say to customers before end of sale. Would never buy a bike from this location. Wouldn’t give any of these guys the satisfaction of my commission.I went in once to find a specific bike with my boyfriend and the whole time the guy would only answer my questions to my boyfriend as if I didn’t ride and wouldn’t understand what he was saying. It was a very misogynist demeanor, It was as if I wasn’t even there. Didn’t go back for a couple years and kept the bike that I’ve been riding and looked in a couple other places.Decided to give it another chance because I really wanted this specific bike and the sales man was very rude from the start. He was very pushy on the sales and the first question he asked was are we financing or doing cash. We tried to ask him questions like the differences between certain bikes we were interested in and he would give us very generic answers that we could just look up online. Like once he knew he wasn’t going to make a sale from us today he had no interest. Once we said we weren’t buying a bike that day and it would be probably within the month or next month he completely gave up on helping to find a bike. As we were looking at bikes he said “well you might wanna hurry up and get one because they’re going to be gone by June”. This has now been two times I’ve had a horrible experience at this Location. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere, just lost two customers.

Brought my 2017 Limitted in for clutch recall/service, and got top notch service. Samantha is THE go to person for the service dept, and she runs a tight ship. The shop was was well staffed, and under control during this early part of their busy season. My next bike, and all my service will continue to be at Precision Harley Davidson.

Absolutely loved my experience at Precision HD! Anthony made this the easiest and most pain free buying experience with selecting an Iron 883. I wish I could award more stars, but Ill recommend Precision HD to anyone thinking of buying/ trading in, and Ill be back for future spending adventures.

Precision Harley-Davidson as a dealership was fantastic. I had a Kawasaki I wanted to trade in but lived out of state. Anthony and the rest of the team bent over backwards to accommodate me and arranging a tow to pick my bike up and deliver it which i was happy to pay for. Not only that, Alan picked it up same day, we did the trade in, I bought my Harley and it was done and delivered all in the same day. I have been to several different Harley-Dealerships in my life and bought several bikes but I know where I will be going from now on.

My dad, sister, and I recently visited the service department at Precision Harley-Davidson for state inspections on our Kawasaki motorcycles (two Ninja 650s and a Ninja 300). Samantha and Richard in the service department were very friendly and welcoming, which was especially nice since there werent many other Japanese motorcycles there while we were there. Both Richard and Samantha were very knowledgeable about Rhode Islands inspection requirements and were very accommodating since we dropped by without an appointment for all three of our bike inspections. I also really appreciate how detail-oriented Samantha was in centering the inspection stickers on our aftermarket inspection sticker plates since I tend to be OCD about that sort of thing. 😅We will definitely be returning to Precision Harley-Davidson for our yearly inspections in the future!

Best service experience I’ve ever had at a Harley dealership everyone was super nice and patient and helpful. My front motor mount on my Dyna failed as I was on my way to work. I was able to get the bike to the dealer they were able to get my bike up and running good as new again within one hour no hassle they had the mount in stock and they put everything to the side to make sure I could get to work. Five stars I will definitely be returning to this dealership for future motor modifications

I’m from out of town and needed an emergency repair on my Harley.The staff there is absolutely phenomenal!The guys in parts, Mike B. - who’s the mechanic that worked on it, and Samantha who took care of the administrative process were all amazing!You are all an example of how things should be done.Thank you all!

I hate saying anything negative during these times but if you are buying a used bike just make sure you know your stuff. I went to look at early 2000s Dyna which has a twin cam engine. Bike looked very nice but the price was not a steal by any stretch (they can price however they like). I mentioned I was also going to look at FXSTC with an evo engine elsewhere as well and the sales person who will remain nameless said oh Evos are a pain in the a$$. For anyone in the know Evos are the most reliable and easy to work on Harley engine. I asked if the cam tensioners had been done on this twin cam and the sales guy says everything that needs to be done would have been done. We flip on the bike and it has 28k+ miles. I asked if there is any documentation or assurance that the tensioners were done as they would be past recommended mileage before the next oil change...nope.Had I moved forward not only would I have paid a really high price for a 15Yr+ old bike but I would have had a nice $1500 repair bill assuming the engine made it to when someone would have made me aware of the impending disaster.That said everyone there was all smiles and they seem to have a bunch of happy customers so who knows.

I recently had some repairs done to my bike and I just want to say the manager Rickie was an amazing guy and took care of the bike like it was his own. The mechanic Victor is one tough dude. He worked nonstop to repair my bike so I could take it home that evening. A lot of other people would have just called it a day but he and Rickie made sure that I was able to enjoy my bike again. This is the place to go.

Precision Harley Davidson is THE PLACE for parts! Allan and Joel went above and beyond to get a master cylinder to me all the way in Florida over a weekend to get me back on the road. I have been buying parts here since the early 90s and have NEVER had to have one single part ordered. Flywheels for a 72 sportster? Got em at Precision...headlight for a 82 shovel?...got it at Precision. Stuck on the road and need a 09 dyna master cylinder and the local dealership tells you 10-14 days....got it from Precision in THREE. A BIG thank you to all the guys at Precision H-D for having a REAL DEAL parts department!!!!!

On July 30th 2020 I called to check on buying a trike. I was given to a salesman whos name was Anthony. He took my info down was going to get back to me in about 20 minutes after I talked to him no call back. I then waited until Friday thinking maybe just a busy. I got no call back I called him still no call back today is Monday the 3rd still no call back.I decided to look else where since it felt as if I was being blown off. Thats OK he lost a $38,000 sale when I purchased my 2020 trike somewhere else. I guess he may have had enough sales for that week and could not be bothered.

Their parts manager has always been the best. And Ive dealt with him for almost 20 years an Im just another customer. He doesnt know me. But always very helpful.

2007 Dyna with less than 6900 miles/one owner. I did not buy the extended warranty. Had an oil leak the next morning (small about a quarter size). They wouldnt cover it. The salesman, Jay, helpful was in finding the deal.

Shout out to precision HD for coming through when nobody else had a exhaust for my 13 SG and everyone was on backorder they had the V&H propipe in-stock. Samantha and Lincoln are great representatives of HD

Just purchased a new 2017 Road King at Precision. This is my third new Harley in the New England area and this was the best/easiest purchase. No hidden fees and they will even talk numbers over the phone. My recent experience has been that not many other dealerships will. Thats an issue for someone that is willing to drive hours for the perfect deal or looking for a specific model/color/options.Precision felt like a Harley dealership from the original days of Harley, and not one of the new Big-box Store dealerships. I needed to get a new to me bike under me after I lost my 16 fatboy. It was beginning of December and I got a call from Jay At the dealership. A bike we had talked about on the phone was reduced in price. I couldnt finance, but Bruce in the business office worked with me. I was able to pick up my Classic Ultra on the first of March. Shes been in for service and Allen in Service got me back on the road while I enjoyed a chili cooked at the dealership.Good People and Customer Service.

Needed a new windshield. Was having a very difficult time finding a replacement that would fit.Allen in parts helped me and found the correct one.Allen is a great asset to your dealership.

Recently purchased a new bike and came back for 1,000 mile service and performance upgrades.All the sales staff were great especially Tom Casey. Worked with them in person, over the phone, via text and off hours. They also helped me get a good and fair deal.The service department deserves credit as they went above and beyond to help with damage I incurred on a new bike. Samantha genuinely cares about her customers.Everyone knows Allen in parts is the man. But his colleagues are also very helpful.This dealership despite being for down to earth Harley riders is more akin to a luxury car brand.

I know there is a virus going on but only 5 in a store.Ring a bell to enter then be told to wash your hands upon entering the store can handle more than 5 at a time.I have been in stores smaller than that that ask you to wear a mask upon entering no you dont have to wash your hands by the time you get in you have lost all desire to even want to be in there.At a time when Harley is in financial trouble.Never ever again will I ever go in that store and Im spreading the word.

Awesome staff and great selection of new and used motorcycles. The man showing us around went out of his way to help us see our options, even dealing with a rude customer who interrupted us, with utmost courtesy.

I thought living a few blocks from Precision Harley would be very convenient but it certainly hasnt been. The service departments customer service needs help badly. Went today to get an inspection sticker and was told the guy that handles the inspections went on a test ride. I waited about 20 minutes and finally left. If this was an isolated incident I wouldnt be as upset but its not.

Called to have two tires put on with a few other maintenance issues fixed. Service department was fast and efficient also on pickup service tech came out to explain a few things that were done .The bike was washed and cleaned great job

Friendly service department with good prices. I got tires and rear brakes done for the same price as another dealer’s quote for just the tires. Also it was done in a few days, my appointment at the other dealer was a month away and they were going to keep it for a week.

They advertised jobs for sales positions and more on social media. Great big promotion. “We’re Hiring! Stop in!” When I showed up no one could be bothered to meet with me or schedule an interview. I was passed around from one disinterested sales staff member to the next. Finally got someone to take my CV and even that seemed to be a bother. Very unprofessional and discourteous. Wasted my time on a completely obnoxious level.

Driving 2013 Dyna to Newport, RI when I had a mechanical problem. Late in the day on a Friday. Turned out to be an electrical problem after I stopped at Precision HD. They treat people traveling cross country like a local or a family member. Owner Richie gets involved and his daughter Samantha is on top of everything. Every person working there was excellent and so helpful. They did not finish until after closing time and but made no fuss at all about that. FANTASTIC SERVICE- THANK YOU PRECISION!!

Just got back from Precision. My husband and I were in the store over a half hour and not ONE sales person said hello or can we help you. No acknowledgement what so ever. We were there to purchase helmets and jackets but do to the rudeness we left. There loss for no sale! Never again

Great service everywhere. I have bought parts and clothes. The girl in clothing helped me with my rain gear and custom prescription glasses. My bike front fork seal broke. They took me right in fixed it in one day and did a 20,000 mile service as well. The service tech brought my bike out to me told me what was wrong told me what he did to fix it. Then shook my hand and said enjoy and ride safe. I highly recommend this place to any Harley owner.

Hi Priced (what dealer isnt) but they have a friendly staff.[update] dont go here for service. They wont install tires unless you buy the tires through them. 100% scam, any decent shop will help you out and install them.... Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Prices are probably the same as most other dealers ........ have some service work done here a couple of years ago and the added in and changed me for a bunch of things that I didnt need .... what started out to be about $150 worth of work quickly ballooned into about $450 ........ I thought it might have been just me but a friend of mine experienced a simular situation with them where as it should have cost he about $300 but because of all of the unessary work that they claim they had to do it cost him almost $1000 when all was said and done...... needless to say neither he or I will have any service work done there any time soon.

I went there to buy oil for my bike. I got the oil, stood at the counter and waited almost 10 minutes for Gabe to finish talking to a guy that wasnt buying anything anyway. When he finally got off the phone he went to the back to stuff his face and when he came out he got back on the phone to call someone else! I will never go to Precision Harley-Davidson again. You blew it Gabe, it would have taken 2 minutes for me to buy my oil instead I have to go to Ocean State Harley-Davidson where they know how to treat customers especially cash-paying customers

I see him as Mike Carter, Mike B, and Miguel Martinez. Hes posted a few 1 star negative comments trying to give the company a bad name. Seems to me that he has a bad attitude and is doing the company a favor by going elsewhere! Dont pay attention to his negativity/fake news!
