The store and restrooms were clean. The only issues with this location is that the debt/credit machines at several of the pumps were not working. One of the pumps was labeled that the card reader was broken but others were not labeled.

Ladies Bathroom was filthy. Toilets were covered in brown slime. I dont know when they were cleaned. Sink had no water and countertops were filthy. There was a bottle of sanitizer on the counter. I was going to buy something to eat but after that experience I lost my appetite.

We pulled up to the store and the clerk was sitting outside smoking he followed us in the store this was the first time ive ever been ID’d for my scratchers in the store he took about 5 minutes just looking at my ID then couldn’t even figure out how to work the computer to let the card machine go thru. I am very upset with my visit I am a regular customer every night and this is the first bad experience I’ve had. This was on the night of July 20th, 2021 at 1:45 a.m.

I really appreciate how clean maverick bathrooms are is why Im giving them 2 stars... now on to the gas they sell, I got gas passing through here a while back and my car started running really bad right after filling it up here. It took running the tank almost completely empty and then filling it up with good gas at Chevron before it would run normal. So I checked into it and found that Maverick buys the cheapest gas it can buy on the market and then use additives tofreshen it up so they are buying the bottom of the barrel to pass the savings on to you... You get what you pay for..

The store is orderly, and the staff are very nice and helpful. Great selection of snacks and drinks for all ages.

So my experience was not bad because I have not even been there yet today. However when I ask Google for the phone number 2 Maverick I then called it and it was disconnected.is a little frustrating after a long day at work and its cold outside and was trying to keep myself having to walk down there if I didnt have to.

People that work there seam nice, but Im there fast.

Now with the sickness going around they charge you for a large cup for coffee.Coffee was lukewarm enough to make you sick and not enough to fill the large cup.

Soda machine regularly out of order.

I dont live in the area. I stopped into this Maverick to get a soda, some gas, and a newspaper. This was a Monday afternoon. I get home and Im looking over the paper.. and realize they charged me full price for an outdated paper. When I called and spoke to the male worker he played if off as it was just a normal thing.. I think its the most ridiculous thing ever to not carry a daily newspaper and then to be charged Sundays price on Monday bcuz and I quote.. some ppl like the adds yeah and most throw them out by now.. so if I wanted a paper based off adds I would have found free adds.. It was backwards! And the fact that you dont bother to mention excuse me miss do you realize these are yesterdayspaper.. its so obvious these ppl are only out to make a buck.. I shouldve have went to a more reputable place to get the paper. Or hey Maverick why not do some in-service on how to properly treat the customers that visit your locations??? Unless you dont truly value them?? 1 star for 1 star service and 1 star customer service. Next time I will be sure to pay closer attention when Im being played for an idiot. If I were you I would avoid this Maverick. Absolutely the worst experience I have seen in any of the he local chains.

Absolutely horrible customer service. If I could do 0 stars I would. The cashier had a bad attitude and was incredibly rude while I was trying to buy bandages for my son. Will be avoiding this maverick from now on!
