I talked with Mr. Garcia on the telephone and after a discussion we concured it was best to not repair the washer. Instead best to apply that repair part and cost to a new washer. Very honest and helpful. I put his number in my phone for any future appliance problems.

I have a cabin way up north and cant really find anyone to go that far to fix our washer. Even though I was well outside of Joes repair distance and the fact that he knew I wouldnt be a money-maker for him, Joe took the time to call me and consult with me a bit on what my next steps might be. Wasnt a qualified Wolf Repairman for an old range. Didnt and couldnt get or find replacement parts. Although he did try. I did say what I needed and type of range as well as being 30 years old when I asked for repair.
