Place was clean and organized. Vicki was a big help and very professional. We just moved into town and needs a few things. Their prices I thought are very reasonable and they could even delivered it to us also for a reasonable fee. We received everything we bought in good clean condition. My recommendation is not to judge this place on past reviews. Go and see for yourself.

We bought a generator from them and we were told it was brand new. I paid $600 for it. We own a food truck business and are just starting out so cash is very low. This is an item that we needed badly. They said it was brand new (looked great), they started it ( had some trouble starting it but we thought it was because it was cold and brand new. Well I moved some money around and purchased it. They said if you have any problems call us. Well, we brought it home and had to order the proper extension cord end for our trailer. We finally started it and after about 15 minutes of running it started sounding like metal was grinding. We knew something was wrong and immediately turned it off. We took it to a repair shop to see what was going on. The ENGINE IS BAD!. After finding out that the engine was bad we decided to call the people, Afordable Furniture. We are now going on three months of trying to take care of this. The excuse now is that the owner of the generator needs to give us a call back because he has the paperwork. And of course the number that they gave us is apparently not this guys number because he never calls us back. We have left several messages with affordable furniture and also the gentleman that owned the generator. To no avail we have not come up with any way to resolve this problem. Buyers beware of this furniture store in Payson. Do not purchase anything! If they called me back and resolve this problem I will take this down, if not it stays up and the bad reviews keep coming.

The owner is a con man. This place is a ripoff. Sold me a dryer, never hooked it up and wouldnt fix it when it broke after 2 uses

The owner is con-man. Beware. He sold me a gas stove used for morfe than I could have bought it new retail. He sold me a washer and when it broke he refused to fix it.. always some excuse. He said he would install but I had to pay for all my own installation, then he tried to tell me he could renovate my house and roof and wanted 1000s of dollars

Stay away from this place! These people took my elderly mothers furniture in on consignment, and never paid her for the things they sold until my brother showed up there asking about her things. That was 9 months later. She tried to call them repeatedly, but since she has caller id, they ignored her calls. They also still owe her money from an item the husband bought from her at her garage sale, which she even dropped off for him, but he has never paid her for it. Crooks - stay away.
