This was the best customer service experience I have ever experienced. I called originally around Christmas time to have my wifes wedding ring repaired. I was told it would be a minimum of 5days turn around. I was coming in from Oregon. I dropped the ring off and let them know it was a surprise for my wife for Christmas and that they would need to mail the ring back to Oregon when it was done. They took it upon themselves to make a few calls and had the ring repaired within 24hrs at an amazing price and the outcome was better than I ever expected!!! I was totally fine with the 5 day turn around but was able to give the ring to my wife on Christmas day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the people at Payson Jewelry & Coin and the jeweler that cared enough to make this happen!!!

Friendly helpful neighborhood jeweler who sells and replaces watch batteries even if you didnt buy the watch there. Replaced while we waited.Lots of pretty things on display.Strip mall parking, so there is always a place.

Even though we didnt make an appointment, James drove to the store and took care of us. I only gave him 5 stars because he likes the Red Sox

Spend half a grand on a fake ring there and the owner refused a return for me. The owner was very nice and respectful though.

Took my wedding ring there to replace a broken prong. It took a lot longer than expected but they found another one cracked and made sure to ask me before they fixed that as well. Very satisfied with how it turned out and it was clean and almost new when I got it back. Very friendly

The owner and operator is a fair and honest business man, who carries a wide variety of quality jewelry at many different price points. Definitely worth considering if need repairs for watchs and jewelry.
