Nice place, good ice cream and good coffee. Good place to come and just chill or play games. My kids had fun here.

Love, love, love Scoops! Excellent variety and options, and they now have gluten free ice cream cones! That is HUGELY awesome, for people like me. Long time fan and now even a bigger fan!

Not only is the staff super friendly, but the store is always clean and the coffee is the BEST coffee youll ever have! We pick Scoops coffee over other poplar coffee joints any day of the week. They have chalk tables that help keep the kiddos entertained as well as board games. We have our fundraising meetings there and they are always happy to have us. Great ice cream, phenomenal coffee, great staff and ownership. If you arent coming here on a regular basis, you are missing out!

Tons of options here! I got the birthday cake, which I usually dont like very much, but I took a gamble. The birthday cake was awesome, not too much icing flavor and more cake! I didnt try the WiFi here but a lot of people were on their laptops so I assume its pretty good.

Cute little small town shop. Offers many yummy ice cream flavors and the coffee smells amazing too! We received excellent customer service with a friendly smile! :)

Horrible experience. The two employees did their best but they were understaffed. Made us wait for about 30 minutes. Eventually asked for a refund and left.Too bad, the ice cream looked yummy.

Really nice folks here. The hot caramel brulee was tasty for sure with enough kick in a medium to fuel me back to Phoenix.

Was really busy during labor day weekend and the two kids behind the counter were doing the best they could to keep up with then line. The ice cream was worth the wait!

Myself the hubby and 3 kids drove to Payson just for a day turnaround trip 06/29/18 from Mesa, Az. We were wingin it just finding some random trails and good views to checkout. Before heading back home we came accross Scoops and WOW item options were many and tasted great! There were 3 young ladies there servicing the counter/cutomers. They were AMAZING! All 3 were welcoming and offered exceptional service! Thank you for a pleasent experience, we will be making this a regular stop from now on.
