Went to pick up my new Model Y Performance only to find out the spoiler for the car was broken and that I would just have to wait for a new one. Basically told “it is what it is, do you want the car or not?”. Zero customer service response on a $63,000 car. Sales associate has been completely MIA. No contact on a solution.
I was the other Model Y Performance whose spoiler was not attached to the vehicle due to shipment damage. From start to beginning the buying process and customer relation was a horrible experience. What topped it off was a 63k car not having its signature spoiler. Wishing no one has to go through with all of this.
Ian Peña was one of the sales associates who helped me through the process and was very courteous and professional. Not so much the guys who greeted me when I arrived, who didn’t acknowledge me at first, then wanted to make my delivery process a nightmare when it came to the trade-in process. Instead of ensuring that I took my 60k car that I waited for two months to get, they just plain and simple wanted me to postpone delivery. I dropped the trade-in, parked my old car at the plaza across the street, had my wife come and pick it up so I could take my hard-earned Model Y. Very unprofessional people at the greeting booth. If Ian hadn’t come in and save the day with his top-notch service and professional attention, I would’ve rated my experience a 1 star. Just because of Ian I’m giving a 3 and you guys are lucky to have him. Next time, please provide a much better service from the start, for those of us who are paying a fortune for these vehicles.
I updated my review. Must have caught them on a bad day previously. On my second attempt the staff answered the phone promptly and had me in a test vehicle within an hour of my call. Every question was answered in full. This location is a full-service dealer now. Its inside the old Sears Automotive building.

Great experience. My husband and I got to test drive a Tesla. Very different at first something to get use to. The cars are beautiful. The sales guys were very helpful and friendly.

Honestly, we have leased cars for the last five cars we have driven. This was by far the worst process ever. We wanted to start getting my wife (28) good car credit and applied for a MODEL Y 21 lease. At first you get all these texts of excitement to expect your car for delivery, VIN numbers, and then they pull the blanket from under you. We then got the finance department Denial not even a tier 2 like other dealers, even with good credit score which she has. They found a closed credit card (struggling in nursing school) from 2015 as a reason to deny a 2020 credit application. To get a hold of someone at Tesla is a NIGHTMARE, you get bounced around from call center to call center and no one is the right person to speak to. Unless you have PERFECT credit underwriting will deny you or demand more money down on a lease which is never a good idea on a lease. Going to stick with real people at dealerships who actually work with PEOPLE and not just numbers on a screen. Was excited at first to try the new thing but Tesla will never be what dealerships are and the reputations they care about as a local dealer.
If you can avoid this location, avoid it. I took delivery here, and it was a confusing, clunky, unprofessional process. Also have had service, which followed suit. The staff is unhelpful and arrogant, acting like they are doing you a huge favor by helping you with anything. If you need service, Watertown is a night and day difference to this location.
The service at the Peabody MA Store is excellent as well as their mobile service fleet! I am elated and happy to own a Model 3 Tesla!
Our Tesla experience was with mixed emotions, first not even being greeted by anyone for over 20 minutes even though we had an appointment to test drive. However, Richie stepped up and took amazing care of us when he realized the mishap. This company is lucky to have such a wonderful young man to represent Tesla so well. Thanks Richie! Because of you, we will be ordering a Model Y!

Tesla Model S owner. Power steering decided to fail on the highway and almost got in an accident when I had manual steering for the full weight of the car into an exit ramp. They call it error “Steering assist reduced GTW_w036 - steering may require increased effort”. Called emergency Tesla support and they could not guarantee the 2016 model year would be under warranty so they would not send a tow. Directed me to AAA to Peabody service center. I called the service center they were unable to take a call (phone system down). Get to the service station and they are closed. Sales team was great given this is not their problem, but as others have mentioned, Tesla’s customer service is built for scale, not for human interaction. They apparently are quick to say something is not their fault even if you do all the financing, scheduled services, and software updates. Buyer beware.

They dont ever answer the phone, and refuse to respond to email. I was notified that the parts for my service are not yet available, but they refuse to reschedule my appointment. So I have to drive 5 hours for them to tell me the parts are not available. A complete waste of my time - especially since I prepaid thousands of dollars in advance fore the service. How not to run a company and screw your customer.
In all my honesty i liked this place but would i give it a 5 star no not really i find this place to be intriguing with all the electronic cars but in all honesty i dont see the potential of 5 stars thats only my opinion obviously the customer service was 10 out of 10 but just the store itself kinda messed up the rating obviously this is only my opinion please dont take it offensively

Dont expect anything different from them, under the skin they are the same as the rest of them . I purchased a 2021 model Y. I picked it up when it was dark out . There are some quality issues, condensation in the tail lights, some gap issues but the worst is the distortion in the glass. The rear glass has it the worst, I brought back to the dealer and the service manager spent 45 minutes trying to convince me that it wasnt defective. They have a test for this defect but he said my car passed. I guess some distortion is ok with them .Evertime I look at the rear view mirror its right there to remind me how a desert must look like on a hot day .Do your self a favor and do some homework, be sure if you buy a Tesla you pick it up on a sunny day .

An unfinished showroom in an old tire center. Leaky ceiling, yuck. No amenities.
Google Maps sent me to the wrong side of the Mall, but i looked at a street view and drove around the mall and arrived. Two service advisors on duty. Very busy shop and the advisors keep you updated with repair status. Good Covid protocol, with 6 feet separation and lots of hand sanitizer.Long wait but amenities in the mall are many. There was plenty of parking around the facility. I just wish there was a human available to talk to before the appointment. TESLA pushes you to an all app experience.

Booked a 3:00pm test drive. Arrived 20 minutes early. Was told other people also booked at 3:00pm. Since we were the last to book, we have to wait for the others to go first. We left at 3:30pm.
