(Written by both of us) I cant thank Jim & Jean enough for the time and work they did helping me and my fiance develop the perfect ring. Both of us have bought and made plenty of jewelry in the past Most recently we went to another jeweler for a specific stone & setting. Within 2 weeks one of the side-stones fell out and the entire pair had to be replaced. There was a slight chip in the center stone. And upon further inspection both side-stones were not set flush to the center.After a consultation with Jim, review and discussion of many designs and ideas, we emailed several pictures of what we were looking for. Jim came up with a CAD-Cam design for us to view prior to manufacture. After a few more changes, Jimmy had the ring made within a very short window so that i could have it to propose on the beach while on vacation.The ring is perfect in every way and the pricing was under budget. I cant recommend Martoni & James enough. For those that know their jewelry, as well as the novices just looking for help and direction with honesty and care, this team provides for far and away the best and most welcoming environment you can possibly imagine.

Excellent craftsmanship & overall Buying experience. Truly second to None. James is a very knowledgeable and friendly Master Diamond guy. This guys knows his stuff (Diamonds & precious stones.) Purchased my wifes 10 years anniversary gift here recently & i did my homework. i studied everything i could when it comes to diamonds and Jim was like a fountain of information that I could trust. Bottom line is he saved me around 10,000 dollars off what i was offered in Boston and Double the quality diamonds. Words cannot describe the gratitude i feel towards them. He is truly an expert when it comes to Diamonds and precious stones/metals and i would recemond them to my Mom if she needed a good jeweler.

They saved me 15,000 on a 2.7 Ct Diamond Ring for my wife. I priced the same stone in Boston and it was 55,000. the one i bought at Martoni & James is Bigger (2.8), Cut better and appraises for a lot more than the Boston Diamond. The Building in Boston is overrated. I found Martoni & James especially accommodating and very knowledgeable. He is now my go to person from now on . Oh, and parking is a breeze.

Had my wedding ring resized here and redipoed. Wow it came out amazing. I was floored. What a great job. This is the only place Ill take my jewelery to.

Excellent quality and hands down best service. I bught my wife warrings here that we better than the diamonds i purchased on a very expensive trip and a High Value Diamond dealer. these 1.5 CT Earrings Out Sparkle, Out Shine and just plain better stones for about 1/3 what we paid for similiar diamonds we looked at but didnt buy becasue of price. I was so happy to find a local place that happened to have EXACTLY what I Wanted even Exact same setting.. Just better (Appraised for triple) Quality diamonds.
