Sue is great. She took the time to answer all my questions and made adjustments to my current heating aids that are a big improvement from where I was. Highly recommended!

I was having a problem with one of my hearing aids. Sue was extremely attentive and caring. It seems that they are computers we are contributing to my problem. An adjustment was made and I will see how the hearing aid performance for the next few days.

I purchased my hearing aids a little over a year ago I believe. I’m not 100% satisfied because I have had to bring the Hearing Aids back for repair several times. In when the Hearing Life has promotions i never seem to get notified. And I am not satisfied when I seem to talk about upgrading the hearing aids because the price seems to be extremely high and there’s no value to the trade-in for the $3000 pair that I already purchased. I am not a happy camper.

Excellent service, Sue understood exactly my frustration with my hearing loss and immediately addressed it with the proper hearing aid for me!
