Thank you to Sam and Jean for a no pressure, hassle free shopping experience. Got a fridge, w/d, and range. They even offered to store my items for a couple weeks while work is being done on my house. One of the other employees (I didnt get his name) was super patient to answer all my questions about delivery. Best of all, everything is in-stock! You can see it, measure it, and take it home with no wait!

I went to purchase a dishwasher. The price was fair but I asked if it needed a hookup kit and was told no at point of sale. Not only did it not have the housing, etc needed to actually install the unit, it didnt even have a power cord, causing me extra costs for parts run and time spent with the installer. Disappointing at the least, so I would advise novices in appliance purchase like me to go elsewhere.

The young woman who helped me last year was very knowledgeable, professional, and wasnt in a rush to get me out of there. Luckily there was one unit left with just minor scratches, at a very good price.Delivery was available within 2 days. The delivery guys were very friendly, careful, and worked hard to take my old unit and replace it with the new one.From now on, this is the first place I will visit whenever I am in need of a new appliance.Thank goodness for American Freight!

It was my first time visiting this place and i went in just out of curiosity. I remembered how this used to be the old Sears Distribution Center and was curious to what was inside. Looking from the outside it looked the same as it always did and if youve never been here before, you may not know that theyre open to the public. As soon as i walked in, I was greeted by a gentleman who i didnt realize was the manager. He started a conversation with me and it was like talking to an old friend that i havent seen in a long time. Before I knew it, I was buying an A/C unit because I remembered that my current one was broken. If i hadnt stop by here, or had a conversation with the manager, i would have gone home and turned on my A/C just to remember that I needed to buy another one. Bottom line is, If you are looking for any type of appliance and you want to go somewhere where you are treated as a friend (and not just another a customer), try this place. The customer services is top notch and the prices are very reasonable.

Happy to find out this store was still open as our fridge just died on us and my family and I were in desperate need of a new one. When we came in we were greeted instantly by a kind young girl named Adrianna. We spent some time in the store looking through the fridges and Adrianna stayed with us then entire time. She really seemed interested in helping us rather then just looking to make money off of us and we really appreciated the most, she even set our kids up by her computers with papers and crayons to keep them busy. We will Definitely be returning to this store as we had such a great experience there and they have really great prices. Highly Recommend asking for Adrianna when you go in!

Quite a spacious place. Plenty of dryers, washing machines, stoves, and dishwashers available in stock and at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, they dont carry a lot of refrigerators during this COVID-19 issue. By the time I arrived, there were only two (2) refrigerators available and they were the top freezer types, 5-feet tall. The sales staff were helpful.

The service I received was outstanding! I came in looking to buy an AC unit for my place. There was no pressure from any of the employees, just a genuine concern to help me buy the right unit for what I needed it for. They asked me several questions such as how large an area I was going to use this for. I thought they were going to try to sell me one of the most expensive units there, but instead they showed me a Kenmore AC and explained why this would be right for me. Needless to say, I purchased the Kenmore Elite air conditioner. To top it off, as I was about to leave to load it in my car. As I was leaving, Sam, the manager, approaches me and offers to help me load it into my car. I have not ever seen a manger provide such a service and show such great customer appreciation. This was such an amazing experience that I will be looking to purchase a new refrigerator in the near future and I look forward to visiting this store again. Thank you Sam and the rest of the staff.

Purchased a fridge here today, there are a few dents and scratches, but I was able to get a really good deal. They also had a much quicker delivery date then any other store I got quotes from. Bad service!They sold my mom a broken refrigerator!They delivered it the light turns on but it didn’t get cold! We waited 3 days and still it didn’t get cold.She went back to American Freight and they told her no refunds! They sell u a refrigerator that doesn’t work and than says no refund! They said to call Whirlpool! Whirlpool tells us that the brain of the refrigerator doesn’t work! Wow ! How can this company still be in business! Do not do business with them?

Shopped around at the homedepot Lowe’s bestbuy and Costco but no availability till next year. I could’ve waited but went to check out American freight and I’m glad I did. I went there at least 4 times and called a bunch of times to see availability of refrigerators, each time I was greeted courteously and without pressure. The store manager Sam was awesome he patiently and kindly walked me through the showroom and made sure to look over each item with me. I ended buying an entire kitchen suite the pricing was so affordable. Of course this is a scratch and dent dealer but sam made sure I knew exactly where the dent was on the refrigerator it wouldn’t be seen so I was ok with that. All of the other item I selected had no damage at all. I recommend coming here before buying your next appliance.
