Frank is just amazing! I’m glad I went to this place. We drove my Cadillac due to a noise, suspected wheel bearing issue. The previous shop I went told me it was transmission differential bearing. I almost spent thousands of dollars for no reason. Frank help saved me money with his technical and mechanical prowess. I paid less for a wheel bearing work. I highly recommend for everyone to check out this place!

I took my 1990 Montero to this shop because of great reviews and few people told me to check with him .. well I decided to make a call and speak to the boss (Frank) about my car issue . frank said come by.Made my appointment . super nice man with his work and professional knowledge. did a test drive of my rig! and gave me his honest option that I didnt have an issue with my transmission pretty much saved me 2500-3800$ repair according to another shop estimate. frank took the time out of his heavy day schedule to take care of my truck. and to be honest I wish he does more then just transmission I would have love for him to work on my car felt comfortable and friendly guy.. aloha vibes thanks a lot Frank you are the best! blessings

My Dodge Journey 2015 couldn’t even move when it was on drive. Been trying to call around but most people don’t do interior repairs on the transmission. Called Frank and he said it was a go! Thank you Frank for taking care of the car, means a lot us.

Took my car in for assumed transmission problem.Once we started test driving my car, Frank immediately told me it’s not the transmission but probably the axle. I was quoted $3800 (=/- 10%) and was charged $143 to be told what was wrong with my car from Pearl City Transmission. Pearl Harbor Transmission, gave me a free estimate and a quote of $3000-3400. I feel they are MUCH more careful about saving the customer money and doing their best for their clientele. I trust them. Frank was Great.

Took my H2 in for transmission repair and they knowingly put the wrong transmission into my truck. Transmission that they put in my truck only lasted 6 months before having to spend for a new one. They then proceeded NOT to honor their own warranty. I repeat, avoid this place at all costs.

Had the transmission on my 07 escalade crap out. Called around and decided on this place. Paul was very straight forward and checked the entire drive train to ensure it was indeed the transmission. He explained to me what had to be done step by step. My quote came out a little more than originally quoted, but this was due to the parts supplier miss quoting the price in parts. They took a big hit for their bottom line but still did not waiver far from the original quote. The transmission came with a warranty and the vehicle drives better than it did before. Great staff and experience overall. If you got transmission problems this is the place to go to. They will be honest with you and come in way under price than all of the other transmission shops around here.

Couldnt get service done on my wifes vehicle because Frank refused to tell me the cause of the problem. My transmission was leaking which I knew, thats also all he told me. your trans is leaking from the front, Ill give you two prices 1500 to fix it and 2500 to replace it. I asked what was causing it and he told me it would be 1500 dollars to tell me the cause of the leak. These are his exact words. I request my car be taken off the lift so I could come pick it up.

Great company they had my husbands truck up and running within a week. We were so lucky they had a transmission for us!!

Paul was straight forward and honest with me. Service was fast and high quality. I dropped my transmission off my car myself and brought it in to be re-sealed. they replaced all my seals and the bushing and pressure tested my torque converter. I had quotes from other shops for replacing only 1 seal and was quoted over double what paul charged me for everything he did extra. Hopefully Ill never have another vehicle with tranny problems, but if i do i am bringing it straight to Paul!

They were very professional and courteous. I was pleased with the repairs on my care because they were done on time and it was ready to go. Works great!
