Rude phone experience. I asked him about availability for coins. He said he had a particular high end coin available, and so I asked for clarity about what kind of coin it was. The man on the phone became very passive aggressive asking me if Im a coin collector and then hanging up on me. He didnt like my question for some reason I dont know why. I asked if it was a 20 dollar gold coin.

The worst estate sale I ever went to. The guy running it (John) was extremely rude and unprofessional. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

We recently used this company to appraise and conduct an estate sale at our mothers estate. I might add, it was a very large estate with many antiques. Our family has lived in this house since the 1920s. The entire staff dug right in, organizing and pricing the entire house. Some of the art work needed to be researched, so a great deal of time was put forth in that endeavor. It turned out we had a painting worth over $20,000!! The (5) day sell went well. It would be no exaggeration to say over a thousand people attended this sale. It was truly amazing to see how well and controlled the sale was handled. In spite of several rude people that came, and attempted to buy very valuable items for next to nothing. As I watched this sale, it occurred to me how much patience the people conducting this sale must have, to do this type of work. In the end, we made a lot more money than we dreamed we would, and just about everything we had was sold, including many items we thought were junk and were going to throw out. In closing we highly recommend RZM Fine Arts & Antiques, and we thank them all for their help.

I will never go near any estate sale this guy has anything to do with. He made me remove my mask after saying 99% of covid cases are CAUSED by masks.Edit: I didnt mention the clearly cleaned coins that you misrepresented, you did. Besides that you were very rude.

Great to deal with, gave me fair prices on all items purchased. He had a lot of knowledge on all the items they were selling. Speedy service . Would recommend them to anyone looking to do a estate sale for them. Thanks again.

Easily the worst estate sale I’ve ever been to.

I recently used RZM for a estate sale for my parents home in New Jersey. The staff was pleasant and worked very hard. More importantly they are very knowledgeable of fine art. RZM is honest & reliable I would defiantly recommend them.. Thanks RZM for all your help…

I had the pleasure of going to an estate sale in Ramsey, N.J.this past Saturday hosted by R.Z.M. Upon entering the home I was met by Jon Felz of R.Z.M. Mr. Felz was very welcoming and friendly. As I spoke to him about the numerous antiques in the home he was able to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable including the history of the home we were in which dates back to 1900. I also met Mrs. Felz who displayed the same outgoing personality and was very knowledgeable as well. She also did a fantastic job organizing the property in the home, in fact this was one of the most organized sales I can remember. In closing it was a real pleasure to attend a sale by R.Z.M.
