Couldnt appreciate these guys more Paul and his staff have been absolutely terrific given my situation. After a terrible car crash where I was hospitalized for a year Paul was kind enough to store my vehicle pending police investigations and insurance investigations. In regards to the bill he told me dont stress about it well work it out. The car was stored for 15 months. I was so grateful that he was able to store it for me. There was a lot to be said about his compassion regarding my situation. To tow yard prior to that was about to I have the car destroyed after giving them $3,500.. hoping for a positive outcome from the insurance. Secondly, prestige Auto body fix my car approximately 3 years ago it was done in a very timely manner and a reasonable rate.. couldnt think of a better place to bring your car

Not a first (or second..) choice for me. The service is not nice. Not professional. They charged me a lot more than just the towing. Made sure to add a whole lot of more sneaky charges in the end. Whats more, they told me (ILLEGALLY) that they will charge me more on the credit card. They arent allowed to do so, and with the pressure on me to release my car they got me to pay fully in cash even though that was highly inconvenient.

The parking lot was very full and it was very hard to find parking and to find the office since cars obscured the view. The estimator seemed nice enough before, he started rambling all this work that needed to get done for a small dent and his estimate was very expensive and no one actually explained why the, the quote was so expensive when they didnt have to replace any parts and it was a small dent that just needed to be taken out which had no paint damage. I also didnt like the fact that it was hundred dollars cheaper, if you paid in cash because, it certainly makes it hard for anyone living check to check to afford to take hundreds of dollars in cash for a repair. I just felt like I was talking to a snake, and he was so nonchalant about me, stating that it was too expensive. You would think during a pandemic that, car repair would attempt to be more affordable.

I regret using this service as they were very unprofessional in their towing and strapping down what I had on my vehicle. They in fact ruined it. And instead if taking the blame they charged me an extra 75 for the 5 minutes they spent strapping it!They then illegally informed me that I will be charged an extra 3.5 percent for paying with credit card, and basically cajoled me in paying in cash when it was much difficult at the time. So just a generally dishonest company who will bundle your final charge with a bunch of added unforeseen charges.

I see some reports here about dishonest charges and being pressed to pay up cash (otherwise the price will be much higher..) Unfortunately the same has happened to me. This doesnt seem ethical business procedure the way they go about over there at Pearl River.

Efficient. Held to their guarantee and when a sensor issue came up months after their repair, the fixed it without hesitation!! Great service and polite the whole way through.

Wow! Excellent customer service! I had a mirror damaged by a tree branch. My insurance company gave me Prestige as an authorized repair center. From the time I reported a claim to the time my repairs were completed, was 4 days. Ken in the shop was very helpful and made the experience easy and painless.

High quality service from beginning to end! Great quality, efficient and quick. Scott handled everything and took the worries off my hands. Highly recommend if you want whats worth your time, money and vehicle.

Al and Scott were very helpful, gave a very fair estimate, completed the work quickly, and did a high quality job. You cant get better than that. When I was later telling my sister-in-law about our positive experience, she said she had also had a very positive experience with them when getting her daughters car repaired.

They work with the insurance company to give you a very low estimate. When you show them all the things they missed for the estimate, they tell you to bring it to them to get fixed so they can tell the insurance company and they can get the job instead of the body shop you want to fix your vehicle.
