Excellent service, excellent prices and very attentive to helping problem solve. I recently needed tile and a good installer for a project. Everyone in the shop is helpful and all installers recommended were professional. Tile was delivered as promised. They went out of their way to obtain the grout I wanted as well.

OK, this place is not some glitzy showroom nor does it have any nice displays. However, it carries same tiles and huge selection of tiles. Better yet - really nice service and people running the shop that are happy to help or to leave you alone. Best part - prices are better than anywhere else. They seems to be able to get tiles the same week and seems to bend over backwards if you are in a jam. My tiles were happily delivered free of charge to my driveway, and surprisingly helped me carry them into the house. No questions asked on some tile returns (although there is a restocking fee). When I had to tile my second bathroom, I didnt even bother shopping around - just went right here. Go to other tile shops for displays and ideas...then bring samples here or what kind of tile you have in mind, and you surely will get a fair or better price and nice personalized service. Just be advised they are closed on Saturday, but open on Sundays, which is nice.

The experience of buying at Classic Tile Center was excellent. They carry a wide selection of tiles at very reasonable prices. They allowed us to take home various samples and keep them until we made a selection. There was never a time limit imposed. There was a slight change in our rennovation plan and it required some extra Schleuter pieces. Both Laibel and Lorraine were very diligent in tracking the shipments to insure that it got to us in time for our contractor to finish the work without a delay.

I would not go any place else for tile. The owner and all of the people working at Classic Tile are patient, knowledgable, and helpful. I made many trips to Classic Tile and always felt welcomed and valued as a customer. On top of all that the prices are great.

I recently remodeled several rooms in my house and all required tile. Classic Tile was fantastic. The tile was reasonably priced and we could not have done anything without Tonis help - she was fantastic!!! She clearly knows her product and has a wonderful way of pulling everything together. With all the hundreds of choices, I never would have been able to pull together floor, wall and backsplash tile without her help. Laibel was also very accommodating and bent over backwards to get me a special tile. Thank you Toni and Laibel - we love the way our project turned out and we LOVE the tile!

Without question this is the place to go for your tile needs. Do not let the outside fool you. The selection is extensive and the advice, the prices, and service is without an equal. Over the years Ive done multiple baths and kitchens and have used a number of different tile stores. We found Classic Tile for our kitchen project and are now using them for our master bath. I made a mistake in the order and the tile installation had started. The owner dropped everything in the middle of the day to drive 1.5 hours (one way) to get the right tile and deliver it directly to my home. I told my contractor about this place and he says he will start using them. There is no way I would ever buy tile anywhere else.

My experiencees with classic tile was awesome! They are soo honest, helpful and patient and prices are great .The service was absolutely extraordinary! Im one of those shoppers that take forever to make a decision I was in the store almost every day taking tile samples back and forth to my house and they treared me like a queen! By the time i decided i needed it in a rush and they went so out of their way to get the tiles in almost no time at all. And this was for a small order!

Owner is a liar and a cheat. Buying tile here was the only mistake of my renovation. Warning: Do not shop at Classic Tile.
