Nice paint job. Very pricey on the body work needed to prep before hand. Probably could have done better had I shopped around at all. Also took almost two weeks to complete. Well see how the job holds up as there is a 3 year guarantee. I wont get sucked in again by the special price.

Just got my car back, excellent work and Im happy with the finish work. Its good when you meet people with integrity, we met took care of the bill when someone in tje family hit our car. DO NOT go to this location! The lack of quality assurance and professionalism is awful! I went despite the bad reviews..We were told the car would be ready on Tuesday, when I called for pickup time, we were told Friday instead and there was (no apology) for the change! After looking over the car, we noticed several issues with the paint, Robert kindly obliged & we brought the car back on the day that was scheduled (rainy day) once we got there we were told it couldnt be done due to rain (no apology)! Did not get a call informing us so not to drive there or rearrange our schedule! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The car is finally back for the corrections, told it would be there one day, get there and then told it would be the next day... Now as I do this review the car is still not ready due to a mechanical issue with the machine!! Guess what?? I had to call for pickup time to get this information!! The pictures I posted are the defects AFTER the car was supposedly corrected! This place is awful and Robert does NOT seem to be bothered about concerns or complaints from customers! If so there would not be so many negative reviews!!

The repair was good but was delayed 2 additional days because they only had one painter who was out sick. The car was filled with dust from sanding the back door. My clock and trip meter had been changed. Someone had been under my hood. They did not put down paper mats on the floor. The didn’t even bother to wash the car after repair was finished.

Do not recommend. Every we asked for it all botched up, and still asked for more money.

First off, I will say that the paint job here came out great. I had a lot of body work done and some rust repair on this truck that Im restoring and I was impressed with the paint job. They were always available for a phone call to give me an update on the job. However, they have no accountability of their work/mistakes. They ruined my window tint that I had installed several weeks ago. They left it all scratched up. I didnt notice it right away since I didnt get a good chance to drive it until 2 weeks later. I called to see if they could do something about it and they said that they couldnt. I just paid over $3,300 for the nice work that they did and they couldnt even cover their mistakes that wouldve cost them less than $100. A little bitter taste after that.

They took 2 1/2 times the amount of time to paint my car than stated. They did a horrible job so I had to leave it longer to be corrected then there was still a spot on bumper where paint came off. Would never recommend this place.

The reason people go to Macco is because of the price. Here are some things to consider while also considering the price. Brought a truck in to get dents removed and repainted. It took a little longer then estimated to complete but when I did go to pick it up wow. So fist off if you don’t remove everything you don’t want paint on take it off yourself don’t rely on them tapping or prepping for paint. Over spray on your mirrors, windows, frame. Not to mention there were 2 dents I paid for that weren’t taken out during the first trip there. Second time I went to pick it up even more over spray on some wheels I had just put on the truck. No matter how much you ask them to please prep it well they don’t care. You get what you pay for, some areas by the hood are already cracking and you can still see the rock chips in the original paint job they just painted over it. I’ll go elsewhere next time because I learned my lesson...I hope you don’t have to learn like I did.

I needed some work done on my car due to a mishap with another business in town. Robert was awesome! He helped me through the whole process in dealing with the insurance and claim, also with getting a rental car for the time my car was being worked on. I appreciated his helpful customer service, care in the details and getting me the help I needed. He made the whole process so easy and stress free. The work done on my car was first class, I was pleased with the finished results. The whole experience was great! I highly recommend this shop in Pearland and the manager Robert.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the guys at the Pearland Maaco who made my 2005 Ford Focus look like its in 2021 and not 05. Amazing work was performed on the Ford Focus! Felt good taking it to a car wash on Saturday.Purchased the car while stationed overseas in Guam. Car only has about 146,000 miles and good gas mileage so wanna keep it few more years.The roof had faded down to the actual base coat and I had gone to see Robert about giving the Focus a make over in early 2020. I figured it was time seeing what happened when we let our Escape roof rust near sunroof area. So i left vehicle with guys a day before recent winter storm and got it back on time given storm shut down city for few days.Will post pics of Focus after replacing the headlamps and fog lamp assembly which look like they are still in 2005. Roof really came out looking brand new have to give body man props!

I never write reviews. This is my first time. They painted my mustang bumper and told me it will be exact same paint. But it was totally different color and then there were scratches before I picked up, I showed Mr. Robert (who lies to customers about quality) the scratches and bubbles on bumper. He told me to get it buffed and it will be better. And they will fix the scratches. Buffing people told me that it is the dirt left inside, they did not cleaned it before paint. So, I came back to Robert and told him the situation. He decline to fix anything. Even the scratches, he told me its my fault that I gave to the box to put the bumper back. This shop is whole lie. They will lie to you about their quality and work. They give cheap price, but the work is cheap too. I recommend you find better place for this type of work.

Never, Never, Never, Never, and never, go to this location for getting your car repaired. I am very disappointed. Ive never thought they would go this far. After switching new batteries to my key fobs, the car wouldn’t still turn on. He really had the nerve to change my key fob without permission. Now I have to use the one he gave me. These people are LIARS and SKETCHY. They told me that my car would be ready in 10 days and it wasnt. Again, I called him to tell him that I was gonna pick up the car and he said it was not ready. And this happened after the 10 days have passed.

Timely, and excellent work for a reasonable price compared to another quote I had received which was about $500 more than Maacos. The guy that sits at the front desk and does the estimates very professional and kind to customers. The location in Pearland is run very well and organized, would highly recommendand will definitely be my go to place for paint job if ever needed again.

When I purchased my paint job for my truck, it looked okay. It wasn’t the color I asked for, they gave me a far off kind of blue. But it still looked good so I took it. Within 3 months, i noticed in some areas that the paint was fading away. Of course I moved away from Pearland so I couldn’t go back to get it fixed. Overall, it was not a good experience for me. They gave me a discount on the paint job, and the paint definitely shows why they gave the discount- not top quality.

Sorry I dont have before and after pictures. So. I have a 2020 chevy custom trail boss.....yup bad a$$ truck. And its customized so aside from my daughters and girlfriend, coolest thing in my life. My ex, however decided to mess it up and scratch up my back fender and scratch the he[[ out of it. Not only was maaco the cheapest....which id sY the most reasonable. They also did great work. It looks like a brand new truck again, fixed all the scratches and a few other that I did while using it like a truck. Under 1k and its like new....cant tell anything ever happened. I will for sure be going back for anything I need to fix body work on any vehicle from this point. Thanks to everyone in that shop at pearland maaco!

Had a good past experience with my last paint job so i went back. This time Robert was not there and the other guy tried to jack up the price and feed me all kinds of bs. Never going back again.

Repair took a little longer than expected, but it was understandable due to a lot of rain and high humidity. Repair looks very professional. Cost was was very reasonable.

The paint repair was done very well. However, I think they should work on having someone bring your car out to you that isnt dirty and has muddy shoes with no protection to your car interior. Probably should go out and make sure you think the job has been acceptable .not just sitting at the desk.

They did a very great job with my car. I had gotten cement all over my car and now it looks as good as new. They are a little pricey but you have to pay for great service these days. Great Customer Service.

Did a great job on our 2007 Toyota Camry. Spent some good money, but nothing any other shop wouldnt have charged for a complete body paint job including body work. Looks great. Dont expect a showroom finish though. Keep your expectations in check. A showroom finish would have cost at least $2000+ body work. Shawn was nice and courteous. Car was ready in 1 week. Very happy as long as they honor any warranty issues with the paint (3 yrs I believe on a polyurethane paint job with clear) Ill be happy.

Robert & his team are unprofessional. They took to long to do my girlfriend car, when they said it was ready they did a unprofessional job it was still scratches, dents, grinding material all over the paint. The guys in the warehouse broken her from the chip, her remote was dismantered they kept saying we brought it like that no we didn’t. They just let the car holler. They drained her battery all the way down to where they have to start it from the alternator.. this maaco in Pearland, Tx is unprofessional do NOT go there I repeat do NOT go there AT ALL!!!!!! POOR SERVICE

You have to be very careful when you use them. They have good prices yeah but you get what you pay for they leave water spots and dirt and they paint over it. They will try and charge you a lot to get scratches and dents out... don’t even go here beware!

Quite a few paint runs, paint on the windshield. No updates, I had to call to find out when the car would be ready after the estimated time lapsed. I was worried about paint quality but at first blush, it exceeded expectation.I would definitely use them again, but now I’m educated on how and what to expect.

I took my 2009 PT Cruiser here for a complete paint job on a Wednesday night, and it was ready for me Saturday morning and looked AMAZING! My car had a ton of sun damage that caused peeling everywhere, there were deep scratches on the hood and bumper, and I even had a dent in the back where my taillight was hit. I seriously cant describe enough how bad it looked when I dropped it off.They painted the car beautifully, and resurfaced the whole thing to be completely smooth! It looks brand new and Im absolutely pleased with how it turned out! :)The shop manager Sean was extremely nice and informative, and I was really happy with their customer service!

I brought my car in three weeks ago to get my bumper replaced from a rear end collision. They work with most insurances which was quite helpful! I had my car back within 4 days, and loved seeing that clean, sleek, shiny rear my car had when I had pulled it out of the dealership 5 years ago. The new bumper color and fit was matched perfectly. I can only speak for myself, but I had a really good experience at this Maaco. I had a base/clear coat color change done on my wifes van here. It was great! Her car is 10 years old and now looks fantastic. Cant beat the price. They took care of all they said and a few extra dings. To me it felt like they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy at the end of the day. If I need my other car painted, this is where I would take it.

Went in to get the bumper fixed on my Jeep Compass, came out looking pretty good but a closer look at it, the paint has fish eye on it, I can see primer on one side . call Robert to tell him about it to my understanding when we first spoke he was supposed to replace the whole bumper turns out he just touched it up and says he didnt do nothing to that side so Ill never go back to them again I do not recommend this place tells you one thing does another

My toyota needed a paint job on the hood. Sean was extremely nice and gave me a nice deal. It took about 4 days but it was worth the wait my hood looks brand new! If you need a paint job check this place out! Definitely coming back to get the rest painted!!

Very disappointed with the body work on my Vehicle paid 3500 and body work is very bad. The paint job is bad as well big spots were it looks like to much paint was sprayed in area. I had my car for a few days now. I wish I would have paid the extra 1500 at a professional spot. called the head office and complained about my paint job still haven’t got back with me been about 3 weeks even emailed them nothing yet. Please read reviews before anything I made a big mistake

This was the second time using this location. Let me start by saying the first time using this location was ok, no major concerns, lets just say you get what you pay for. But this trip, quote over the phone was half of the actual price, I know it is hard to give a quote unless they can see the damage, return customer discount, NONE!! I did forget to remove the change that was in the center console, my fault because I signed the waiver that states they are not responsible, for lost or missing items, well all quarters gone about $5.00, they must have needed more than me. Dont know why they did not take all of the change but I hate pennies also. So bottom line, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS!! So much for trying to keep business local. Buy all the shop people a coke on me and my son with all the change that is missing!!

I had awful experience with maaco in PearlandThey fix a dent in rear passenger side of the and left a big gap between the bumper and the body.They did a very bad painting job that I can see the line between old paint and new paint. You will save a little bit of money and regret it after you receive your car

My experience was EXCELLENT. Painted my 2007 Silverado Crew Cab.I got the basic complete paint and added a coat of clear coat. Came out looking better than expected. Included my black bumpers, and top of mirrors...even door handles. I would certainly use them again!!!My only reason for 4 stars and not 5...is that...because I had previous body work...(that was not great)...and I would not pay to have it redone...I got no warranty for the Paint job.I understand...they were going over someone elses primer and bondo.Good service, took 3 1/2 days...looks and feels superb!

I recommend this store (or this company) for Auto repair !I went to some of auto repair shops for estimation, and this store offered best repair proposal with lowest price, but shortest schedule.

Unfortunately, they have a thief that stole from the car. This overshadowed the work that was performed.

Seem to do a great job in installing my bumper did not have face to face interactions but when i got my car the paint job on the bumper was great:) I may take it back to get my whole car painted:)

I had a terrible experience plus $400 extra dollars: first, I had overspray on everything from my tires to my motor and the tape job was horrible, the bed of my truck had to be painted twice because there was no sanding done to original paint, it was just sprayed over, I paid for the medium package (plus) the extras Robert suggested,: xtra paint etc. Andi I was very disappointed with what I saw, I wish I had a picture to show you, I had to pay another $400 to get the whole bed painted again, not to mention the door where the paint is cracking that was supposed to be touched up. And the bad part is that I came from Lake Charles La to get this kind of treatment...Miles and miles of disappointment

Aboss (hope I’m spelling that right), the sales manager, is amazing he got me a great price for my single cab short bed Silverado and promised me he would have it ready by the 4th of July. He called me on the 3rd, realizing the shop would be closed that day and said he moved me to the front of the line and got me out a day earlier than promised. He kept his promise and made the truck look like I paid double than I did. Honest and trustworthy people

I dont know why they be giving it 5 stars. As soon as I walked in a guy was complaining about how of a bad job they done to his car. And there was more than one guys and only one was helping out people . The others were just chilling. Not enough with how slow he was . He start. Conversation with someone while we were waiting for him to hurry up because we had an appointment at 1pm

I wish I could give this place no stars. They are a bunch of crooks who want to get over on people. The manager and the dumb blonde working in the office are in it together. Over the phone he charged me $98 for a hood and when I got there to sign all my paperwork there was a receipt for $69 that the hood was supposed to cost. I asked the girl working the counter for a copy of it and she was going to get it for me until she snuck in the office and her boss told her not to give it to me. She couldnt even look me in the eye all she could do was stutter and lie. Dont waste your time on these people. Also, after the fact, they told me if I wanted the whole car painted it would be $599......so why did they charge me $200 just to paint a hood?

Robert was very nice, and we brought the car in they said it would take a week to get done we brought it in on a Saturday, and I was expecting it to be done following Saturday as vacation ended and we needed to get to work. I called Friday they told me to be there by 1: 45 Saturday and it would be good to go I got there Saturday before 1: 45 and it wasnt ready and I ended up waiting about an hour and a half to two hours. After which they warned that the battery was dead they had started the car told me to leave it running I found a few spots that were not painted I found the trim around the door was not the right trim it was sagging and the doors wouldnt shut right I found the hydraulic arm to one of the back doors disconnected still. I opened my gas tank and it was still taped up. I came back the next day and they fixed the molding on the doors the few spots that they missed, and the arm on the back door, but there are still dings, noticeable indentations in the paint that they were to fix, really poor paint job its sprayed very light in places and to top it all off my electric side view mirrors do not work anymore! Like I said, Robert was very nice. But to spend $2,025 for a paint job on my car in to have it all screwed up like It was, was really sad. The Pearland Macco needs to get a new paint person!

My minor body damage was repaired within the time frame I was given at the cost I was quoted and the work was done properly. That is the definition of a perfect transaction.

This place appears to not know what they are doing and will charge you for things you dont need. Car been there a month and still not repaired. Milking the insurance company.

Friendly and helpful

Wife took car in to repair damage to the front fender and rear fenders. Only rear fenders were repaired and front not done at all. Rear door molding finish was damaged due to their baking process on the back side and MAACO would not repair the damage even though the manger admitted it was due to their process. Now, the front fender was listed in preliminary quote but not a line item in the final signed job. So because we missed this under contract the work was not performed. So an industry professional typically only half fixes a car and will not make right their damage to my vehicle. Response to my request to have them repair their damage and front fender was the insinuation that we are looking to get something for free. This review is specific to the MAACO in Pearland I35. The manager of this shop is a dirt bag. Never again.

Took a brand new hood and front grill for my jeep to get painted.Had been painted for about a year. Hood is rusting so I went back to talk to them about fixing my hood. They told me that it was a used hood but they would call me to see if it was new when I brought it in. No call and they wont fix it. Sorry customer service and paint job. Beware of their empty promises. I was warned about using them. I should have listened. Now I need my hood repainted. SMH!!!!! BEWARE.
