We want a nice new candle not something someone has been playing around in. Just by the looks of the candle it should have been free🙄 so disappointed in you guys.

None of the workers agreed on anything one would say one thing and the others would say something else. They definitely need to teach their workers better manners too. They were all wayy too pushy on fragances i didnt even want. They had a good scent selection but horrible employees.

I arrived at 6:45 PM website showed store open until 7pm, the doors were locked there was at least 5 employees inside the store.There was 8 ladies including myself trying to get their attention and we were totally ignored.We tried knocking and still no response.I understand they were probably super busy but don’t ignore your customers, not my fault.. we just wanted candles..

I dont come to this location often; but when I do, I can easily drop $100. I love the customer service here! Youre greeted warmly when you come in, and I love the clever idea of giving us bags instead of shopping carts! Next time Im in town center, Ill be back!!!

Large store with a good selection, but as for the associates they were down right rude greedy sales reps. When I asked for help with a selection of items with a honest personal opinion I was told Im just here to make sales. One way to lose a customer. When you could have been honest and helpful and built a relationship with a customer and had plenty of repeat sales. Their loss.

Good morning place is closed. 5am no one is here. One customer came @4:30am.I arrived at 5:08 amYesterday employees said they were gonna open at 5am. No email sent..No sign on door.Bad customer service only because they failed to tell us one way or the other.

I feel so bad because I had my daughter drive me here this morning at 4:30 (an hour drive) because one of the workers told me on yesterday they would have candles this morning and opening at 5. However it never opened and there were no signs or anyone there to say they were not opening nor if they were out of stock. I was intending on getting candles and other items. We stayed there until 5:30 left for about 15 minutes and came back and the store was still closed. I really hate the communication between stored and customers were better especially when there’s and anticipated sale going on. We were the first car there and by the time we left there were about 8 cars. Absolutely disappointed.

I was there this morning at 4:30 (because she was told yesterday they would open at 5am) however they never opened. I stayed out there until 5:30 and it was still closed. I tried calling however nobody answered. I was the first car there but by the time I left there were a total of 6 cars. I drove an hour to get there and anticipated on getting the candles along with some other items. I really wish the customers were giving the correct times to avoid things like this. Especially with covid, it being cold & it being so early in the morning (dark).

Its a great place to shop me and my daughters like going to shop there once in awhile.

Lost my business forever tonight when you singled me out to reject coupons from. I saw two other customers use the same two coupons I tried using, but only I was faced with denial. No effort to make it right. No manager called. Just aloof nonchalance. Shameful customer service failure. Hope it was worth it!

I just wanted to brag on the staff at Bath and Body Works. I picked up some items this past weekend (July 4th), and I was greeted with a lovely clerk who was wearing her mask (as were all employees), and sprayed my hands with sanitizer. I was given a paper shopping back vs their normal reusable one. All customers are limited. Upon check out, the clerk sprayed the counter and keypad/credit card machine. They by far, other than the hospital I work in who actually is doing things right per Covid guidelines. Thank you!

I always enjoy their semi-annual sell. The last time I got a bunch of the body mist for $3.99 each. They also have lotions and body wash for the same price. The staff is always so helpful. The last time Mathew checked me out he was so sweet I will always return.

New location located a few doors down from its previous location. So much bigger then the previous location. Well stocked with a ton of Bath and Body products of all different scents and flavors. Candles galore with at least 25 scents but probably a lot more... Absolutely packed when they have one of their annual sales on specific products. Enjoy!

The scent as you walk in is over powering. Gave me an immediate headache and nausea. One of my children had the same reaction. They had the doors open but it didnt really help. Ive gone to many that were never this bad.

They were out of a lit of the best scents, but they had some great deals close to Christmas. Employees are very helpful. There are always long waits during peak holidays because of the high volume of shoppers.

I have been most of one of there loyal customers for over 5 years. I will never shop at the location in pearland town center again in life. Customer service has went from a 5 to a 0. I went there to shop for candles when they had them on sale for 8.95 walked out of my house and forgot my 10 dollars off coupon instead of the cashier I think that her name is courtney using one of them that she had she prefer loosing a loyal customer.

They tell you theres a sale but the good stuff is regular price when it use to be apart of the sell now they giving deals on cheap stuff.

That once a year sale is a Wow factor. The prices are soooo low during tjis sale. I love this place ( location at FM 518-Pearland Texas) and getting items at more than 1/2 price off....well thats just wonderful. The girls working the store are so nice. They dont pressure you to buy, but they make sure youre aware of all the products they have. I love this store. I wish it had sales more often but hey...Ill take what I can get. Also I keep missing their promotion items. Ive corrected the email address linked to my phone number several times but each time they ask, its posted as the same wrong email. Whats up with that?? But I still love the store. Go when you get the chance. If you are like me, youll go home with a great haul. I love being a 👧 girl!!! Thanks Bath and Bodyworks.
